I was looking forward to a good steak for which Sinaloa and Sonora are known for. Very disappointed with their steak restaurant. The filet mignon was over cooked. The Cesar salad was mediocre. The waiter did not come around the whole time to check on us to see if we needed anything. He only came when we were done with our meal, to pick up all the plates. I ordered a bottle of beringer bottle of merlot wine. He came back to inform me that they were out but substituted another bottle. Got the bill but a lot more expensive. Over all not a good meal or experience for the price. I usually try to stay at Lucerna Hotels. But this was my worst experience at the Culiacan hotel steak house restaurant.

We spent one night at Hotel Lucerna to escape Hurricane Willa. Beautiful hotel, very clean and comfortable, and great location. I've already told friends about it. The only negative was that the bed was very, very, very firm, which we find at most hotels in Mexico. Our room overlooked the pool and pedestrian river bridge… beautiful view of the city. Their steak restaurant next door served us a delicious meal. Aged beef that we could almost cut with a fork. The sides were enough for two people to share and delicious. Service was wonderful. Can't wait to return!

The hotel and facilities in general are very good. Only from the part of the event halls to the pool looks something dirty. Also the parking drawers are not clearly marked.

The people were very attentive and had good quality service. I only attend ed um closing event but the stay was very pleasant.

Very good service. Great staff and a fantastic restaurant. The hotel's infrastructure is slightly old (e. G old carpets with stains, no air conditioning in the elevators, incredibly noisy air conditioning inside each unit, no mini bars for standard rooms, balcony doors do not work) but is compensated with an incredible workforce who will take care of you.

Very nice. Clean. Very good service. Very good food. With pool. In the back there is a large and beautiful natural park. On the side is the forum gallery square with clothing shops of all brands.

We just stayed here for 7 days. The hotel is great! The people are very hospitable & helpful. The foos at the restaurant is delicious. Thank you Hotel Lucerna for a wonderful experience.

I did not stay at the hotel but if I tried the buffet breakfast. The juices were good Mt, the waffles also, but I feel that the rest of the options had very little flavor.

Good facilities, can improve with the attitude of the reception, as well as the air conditioning system, in the room that we touched, the latter produces a very loud noise that woke us every time… Everything else was pleasant.

The buffet on Sundays is very varied and rich. The price is somewhat high but they give excellent care and service.

If you want to stay overnight in a luxurious place this is the right pisto.

In the event halls, more attention is needed. The coffee had to be asked insistently. Good breakfast and excellent clean facilities beautiful and comfortable. Proper parking.

This hotel is the best from my point of view in Culiacan. Located close to nice restaurants and a mall. Rooms and environment are nice and quiet.

The hotel has a very good location as it is located in the central area of Culiacan, taking in areas surrounding the city's Iconicos restaurants such as CABANNA, ASIAN JUNGLE, Panama and PLAZA FORUM. It has an excellent morning buffet.

The rooms are fine, the restaurants and their food too. The people are very helpful and friendly, the only thing that can improve is in terms of punctuality, as the rooms were not ready when we arrived, even being after 3pm (time indicating how Check-in)

They wanted to charge Me more than I said on the reservation.
In their "covenants" by wedding they charge more than the regular rate.
The rooms smell like wet, they are old and the sheets and showers are dirty.

The hotel is nice. The night before, they charged me "a hold" fee that has been pending on my account for days now. That's pretty annoying. My son forgot some shirts and the Maide "never reported them" they were nice shirts. The pool and garden are kept meticulously nice. The room itself was nice, clean, quiet and cool enough. Pictures are of the view from the 5th floor and the gym.

Superb in all ways excerpt as noted below. Great beds and pillows, except that they were FULL size instead of Queen size. Two fat people will have trouble fitting in the same bed. AC worked great, a welcome relief from other hotels in Mexico were they usually work poorly or not at all. They need to upgrade the TVs as they are small… not much bigger than my 17" laptop. Sad that a luxury hotel doesn't even have decent TVs. Bellhops/Doormen did not open doors for me on several occasions, which is unacceptable for a lux hotel. Awesome pool and landscaping. They ONLY want to give you one card key, which is dumb because the elevator requires card, the room requires card for lights and AC, so with 3-4 people you need a min of 3 cards so everyone can do their own thing. Also the bathroom door handle was installed the wrong way so door would not close properly (shoddy workmanship is common in MX). We left some clothes in the closet and when we asked about them a few hours later, they said there weren't any clothes. This means the maid must have taken them for herself, which is sad because we left her a very good tip, which is not common in Mexico. So much for karma.

Excellent hotel located in an important business area in Culiacan, first-class facilities, pool, rooms, restaurant, bar, business area, lounges, ample parking, among others.

Bad experience. The private event room has excellent view, but the carpet is old and smells a lot like moisture. The chairs are X and the tables are very well decorated. The location was excellent But the smell if it's very unpleasant.

A technology event was attended, food was phenomenal, including tortilla soup, strong sauce and dessert. The coffee and the good quality snacks u the cleanliness and first attentions.

The hotel is located in the best Culiacan area "tres ríos", near restaurant's and a nice shopping mall. The hotel pool is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and the staff goes the extra mile.

I was only in the restaurant and the waiters are good suckers. To all them served orangeade except to my as going with clothes of work.

The kindness and spontaneity of the staff "Culichi" was to my liking. This is an asset of crucial importance that the hotel has.
