SPA Hotels in Quintana Roo

The hotel was great! I’m a Diamond with Hilton and was treated exceptionally. My husband and I were upgraded to the honeymoon suite for our 2nd anniversary celebration. It was great!

Our Stay at the Hilton was great. Plenty of things to do with the family without having to leave the hotel. Room service was great. Rooms were clean.

Our first time to Cancun. This resort is the reason our lives changed forever when it comes to vacation.

Had a great time spending a week long vacation at Paradisus Cancun. The interior of the hotel and the food was better than we were anticipating. Staff was very kind, helpful, and attentive.

Had our first stay at Le Blanc Cancun. It was truly amazing. What makes this resort so special is it's well kept property, a tranquil beach and the top notch service provided by all the employees.

Le Blanc has the best staff. Our butler's handled anything we needed. All the staff members are happy all the time and do everything they can to provide you with the best experience.

Absolutely incredible stay at this resort! The entertainment team truly made the experience unforgettable.

Cannot fault the staff & service at Iberostar coral level. They have been fantastic & attentive. The activities during the day are fun & inclusive.

Absolutely the best. Wonderful staff, facilities and fun!

My brother and his wife have gone there several times on their vacations. The water is gorgeous and they rave about the food at the many restaurants on site.

Beautiful place, clean rooms and wonderful friendly employees. It’s pleasant and great experience. I will recommend to all my friends and will stay here again next time.

I loved everything about this hotel. I was just there September 2022. The views were immaculate! These are the only photos I took on the property.

This was my second time staying at this resort the service is always great the ones who stood out were JJ, Javier, and Anselmo. The food was great. The ocean is beautiful, the pools were nice.

My favorite place! This resort is incredible. We stayed in a room with a plunge pool — SO worth it and absolutely incredible.
The drinks are made with quality liquor, and SOOO yummy!

Loved the resort! Everyone was so welcoming— special shout out to Angel! And Jeremy who kept the fun going with activities. Food was fabulous— sushi! Yup!

Good attention good food and events.

My friends and I had a great time (5 nights). The hotel is slightly on the older side but the rooms are clean and decently sized. Location is in the Hotel Zone so super convenient.

Had a blast with all of the staff here! Daniel and Jazmin entertained their hearts out! Natalia and Sandra always smiling while taking care of everyone at the beach.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exceptional Dining Experience at BAO.
We recently had the pleasure of dining at BAO at AVA Resort, and it was truly an unforgettable experience!

Our server Miguel from Black Iron restaurant was the best! He was very attentive and thorough with each and every one of his tables. You could tell he truly cares and enjoys what he does.

We just returned from our first time at the JW Marriott Cancun and we couldn't have had a better time. From the second we arrived, we felt at peace and were treated like royalty.

This hotel is fabulous and we feel, is the best in Cancun. From check-in to breakfast to dinner at Gustino's and Sasi Thai is always spot-on.

Staying for two weeks in the sunrise moon palace. What a beautiful hotel, food choices and quality was amazing 🤩, the pools and activities were fun has such a brilliant time.

Stayed at sunrise portion. Great pools but don’t go for the beach. Too much seaweed to be even able to enter the water. Standard rooms are small unless you pay extra for suites. Food is delicious.

We just spent a week at Secrets The Vine in Cancun, and what a fabulous trip! From our very first interaction at the front desk, we had incredible service.

We spent the last week of February at Secrets The Vine. It was amazing during our entire stay, so relaxing and enjoyable!
Check-in and checkout were so easy.

Had a great time at TRS Coral for my cousin's wedding!

Had an amazing meal at La Boheme in the TRS Coral. The food was superb and the service was top notch.

Super recommended excellent attention from all the staff within all Sun Paace Resorts.

Wonderful experience. The resort is beautiful and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. I ate entirely too much food because it is all so good!

We have stayed here for 15+ yrs & you cant beat the location & price. The beach is beautiful & always clean, the food is good and the staff is great!

The hotel is very very nice! Very close to the mall and amenities! All the stafff are very nice and approachable. A staff that really stood up was Joel.

Took a 6 day vacation here with 2 small children and had a wonderful experience. It was so clean and accommodating. I want to recognize a few of the staff that went above.
And beyond.

Great Resort for the price. All the restaurants are a 5 star. All highly recommended, very delicious.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The only negative was that our room was connecting room and we could hear people next door.
It felt like they were in our room!

The service was outstanding! Everyone was so polite and accommodating.
Feliciana was always smiling and friendly at the breakfast buffet grill.
Roberto and Karina were great at the pool side bar.

Mine and my partners experience here was extremely positive.

Its a great property with breathtaking views of the beach. We had the beachfront room with amazing view.

Our trip to Sandos exceeded our expectations! Fantastic value for cost in all areas of our experience.

Karla is absolutely incredible. The vibes she brings is exactly what is needed.
Entertainment was great from the pool parties to volleyball and the night time entertainment.

Overall the experience was great. The rooms and resort need some updating however you can’t beat the view. The property was extremely clean and well kept.

I love this resort. The staff are friendly and fun to be with. The food is excellent. Our room had recently been renovated and I had the best sleep. The beds and pillows are sooo comfortable.

The staff here are awesome very friendly and professional they go out of their way to make sure you are enjoying your vacation.

The resort was great once we got it figured out all the staff is friendly. The food was pretty good all the restaurants were good and the buffet always had good options.

My wife and I are retired professionals. We planned a 2 week stay January 7-20. The Staff were truly outstanding and friendly and naturally humble.

Positive: The food was really really good. I ended up having 3-4 plates every meal and I usually don't eat much. Reasonably priced.
