Our experience at this hotel was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Alifelet at the front desk greeted us with such warmth and professionalism, making us feel at home right away.

This is our second time at this all inclusive in Cancun. We have enjoyed it both times.

Le Blanc has the best staff. Our butler's handled anything we needed. All the staff members are happy all the time and do everything they can to provide you with the best experience.

We enjoyed our stay in the Altitude Tower. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Of special note, Jahir in the Altitude Lounge Bar was very welcoming and he made the tastiest drinks!

Staying for two weeks in the sunrise moon palace. What a beautiful hotel, food choices and quality was amazing 🤩, the pools and activities were fun has such a brilliant time.

Stayed at sunrise portion. Great pools but don’t go for the beach. Too much seaweed to be even able to enter the water. Standard rooms are small unless you pay extra for suites. Food is delicious.

Beautiful place, clean rooms and wonderful friendly employees. It’s pleasant and great experience. I will recommend to all my friends and will stay here again next time.

My wife and I are retired professionals. We planned a 2 week stay January 7-20. The Staff were truly outstanding and friendly and naturally humble.

Positive: The food was really really good. I ended up having 3-4 plates every meal and I usually don't eat much. Reasonably priced.

The staff here are awesome very friendly and professional they go out of their way to make sure you are enjoying your vacation.

The resort was great once we got it figured out all the staff is friendly. The food was pretty good all the restaurants were good and the buffet always had good options.
