We‘ve loved our time here! The rooms are exceptional and have an amazing ocean view, staff and animation team have all gone above and beyond! Food and drink selection is great and waiters constantly walk around the pool and beach area serving ice cold drinks 🫶🏼

Without a doubt the best resort I have ever been to. Treated like a vip and did not even pay for the extra preferred club section. The resort was clean, the pools were warm. The entertainment team was excellent. The beach was awesome and the staff is by the far the most attentive and friendly people I have ever met. We will be back and I highly recommend anyone to give this resort a try!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Secrets The Vine! It went above and beyond our expectations. The rooms were beautiful, the entertainment was fun, and the food and drinks were delicious. We were mostly impressed with how amazing the staff was. They were thoughtful, helpful, and so kind. Our favorite was Luis at the pool — we miss him already. We can’t wait to come back as soon as possible!

Best vacation ever. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Mini bar stocked daily, housekeeping phenomenal. Butlers go above and beyond to assist with absolutely anything you may want or need. The staff by the pools and the beach were also exceptional. Everyone very friendly and kind. We truly didn’t have to lift a finger. Food was delicious! Will go back!

Do not go to Secrets the Vine. We've been to six different Secrets, the Vibe is the worst! do NOT go! not worth it at all. Bad food, bad resort, terrible patios, very long wait time on any service. The Vine is the worst. DO NOT GO! SERIOUSLY, we've been to many Secrets, do not book The Vine in Cancun. We are not picky people, and travel the Secrets resort a lot. Do not go to secrets the vine. Not worth it. Terrible food, long long wait times, small crowded beach, crowded pools. All pools are stacked ontop of eachother. Just don't go!

My $30, 000 bracelet was stolen by hotel staff and my life felt threatened. Everything was perfect until my wife and I went to the spa (for her birthday). We were walked into the locker room and the gentleman told me I should take off my Jewelery for the massage. He showed me the locker and told me to put it in the locker (later hotel manager told me he wasn’t allowed to tell me to take it off). I put it in my locker and locked my locker. In the meantime my wife was walked into the women’s locker room by a female who never told her to take off her jewelry so my wife didn’t. I Came back after the massage and my locker was broken into and my diamond bracelet was gone. Keep in mind when I walked into my massage the only person around was Angel the guy who walked me to my locker and told me to take off my jewelry. No-one else aside from staff was in the spa area. Right off the bat I had a feeling it was Angel. I asked for the cameras and for the police to come. They told me we can’t have the police come until we follow their “security protocall”. They took us to our hotel room and checked all of our room and our belongings like we were the thieves. None of the hotel staff were checked. We were the only ones checked and our privacy was violated. The nightmare keeps getting worse! We cooperated with the staff even though our privacy was violated. They told me they will get me a police report after they check our room and stuff.

The staff is amazing, they’re so attentive. The food is great, a personal favorite was Dragons. The resort is laid back and has a relaxing feel. Def would come back!

Secrets The Vine is exquisite and very accommodating. The staff is so friendly and the food is fabulous!

We visit this resort from September 9 to September 14, 2022, the resort is amazing. I highly recommend this resort. The staff were so professional. I give a thumbs up to the Butler Service, Mose and Jessy were attentive to all of our needs. Mariana was a wonderful Concierge. She decorated my room before we arrived and my wife loved it. All the staff members were so nice and the resort is well maintained. I highly recommend this resort.

Love staff here! so kind and gentle. it's always better with "preferred rooms" you don't need hassle at the front office and those timeshare promotions. Don't forget that they have "Mango Mojito and Passion fruit Mojito"! For food, stick to Western or Mexican food. Little disappointed with exotic options. Overall, good place for couples! No kids resort!

Amazing Staff, always happy and can’t do enough.

This hotel is amazing and I highly recommend it for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday. Staff are very attentive and there is a great choice of food in the amazing restaurants. The preferred club gives you access to the infinity pool, which was so relaxing. The gym has all the equipment you need to work out and the hotel is very clean and well presented.

A beautiful hotel with everything you could possibly need. The service was impeccable, staff were friendly and nothing was too much for them. I would thoroughly recommend for groups, friends and couples x.

Absolutely would recommend Secrets the Vine to family and friends. Preferred club is most definitely the way to go. The staff is amazing but our butlers Aldo and Raquel were beyond amazing! The view is amazing, food was good. We will definitely be back!

The service is amazing and unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. When they say “all inclusive”, they aren’t kidding.

The pool wait staff, paella chef and Daniel in entertainment were amazing! Food and drinks were very average, and management and spa desk employees were horrid. Won’t go back. Not terrible, just nothing to bring me back. Daniel, you deserve a huge raise. Made me smile every day.

I must say I love this resort but the last time we were there we were held hostage with our luggage unless we paid a $400 wine fee from dinner which was not mine. They refused to look at cameras, remove the charges or allow us to leave the resort until it was paid. This is an all inclusive resort. That saying we did not purchase wine at dinner nor did anyone with me order wine at any time during our week stay there. We will consider other places in the future after this trip.

My husband and I stayed here a couple of months ago. The hotel has very slow service and is not very clean. Front desk is not very helpful and they are always trying to upsell. I highly recommend Excellence if you are looking for an all-inclusive resort with 5-star service!

My husband and I went here for Valentines weekend and we loved every minute of it. The resort is super clean. Good food and good service. Will definitely come back!

Currently staying here and the food is terrible, slow service, rude staff from the concierge. Very clean hotel I will say but it's very dull and boring based on 20 plus all inclusive hotels I've stayed in the past few years. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Great all inclusive resort. They are doing a wonderful job at social distancing and cleanliness it’s a beautiful resort.

We had a frustrating issue with the check-in where the hotel didn't have our reservation. They said their reservation department was closed until the next morning but we could put down $500 to check-in and they would refund if the reservation was cleared. They wouldn't assist further so we had to go call Southwest on our own and they were able to assist a bit. They emailed the reservation confirming it was accurate and the hotel accepted it for the night but required that we came down the next day so they could check in with their reservation department. After all was said and done and the full reservation was confirmed, they told us that even though it wasn't there fault (whose fault was it then? ) they would allow us to upgrade our room for $80 a night as a special bargain! We weren't about to give almost $600 more to them for losing our reservation and wasting over 3 hours of our vacation time. The rest of the stay was nice and relaxing at least. The food and service at the restaurants/bars/activities was top notch. They did end up closing one of the three pools on site without giving guests prior notice which was a bit of a bummer and the beach area is nice but very narrow. Overall, I wouldn't be opposed to staying there again but would prefer somewhere with a little more beach space.

What a blast I had in this multi-cuisine, multi-bar and multi-pool adult only hotel. The vibes are so highly energetic. The food and drinks are outstanding. Super courteous staff. Always ready to help. Their limited access infinity pool is fantastic with a direct ocean view! It's a must stay for adults! My 2 complaints from this hotel for which I deducted a start are: 1. ) My private butler never showed up, even once to say "Hello" after initial check-in introduction, let alone catering to our culinary needs. 2. ) I do not know what Valet parking did to our car but on our last day while checking out to drive to the airport, they just didn't show up for 45 mins so I personally went to the parking lot and found them pumping gas in my car, obviously someone took our car for a cruise without looking at the gas tank or made a mistake of keeping the engine running eating up the gas.

On our honeymoon currently and this place really knows how to treat their people. Drinks are very good, food is excellent. Service is awesome. Yes there is work being done with one of the pools but it’s blocked off and the music blocks out the jack hammers not a big deal not sure how some people on here can give this place a 1 Star because there deciding to make an upgrade?! Beach wasn’t really a place to hangout because of all the red seaweed which isn’t the resorts fault it’s just that time of year but there’s plenty of chairs around the others pools to have a great time.

This place was amazing. The service the staff were incredibly helpful kind and a pleasure to be around. We managed to hit almost every restaurant while we were there and the food was delicious in all of them. Drinks were fantastic using top shelf Liquors and wine was excellent as well. We went there to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and we received a birthday surprise in our room every night while we were there. I highly recommend you visit this adults-only all-inclusive resort right on the beach in Cancun Mexico!

From the moment we arrived on the property we were treated like royalty. We we’re greeted with champagne, and then off to our private check in with our personal concierge. I had done quite a bit of research on where to go for our 35th anniversary and finally decided on Secrets the Vine. We we’re not disappointed whatsoever with our choice. Our butlers, Ceasar and Mario were fantastic assisting with every small detail of our stay. Erick, the pool attendant, on the 12th floor preferred club pool, took amazing care of us every day as did Karla, the server we had the first 2 days. The one thing I would hope they improve upon is the service of the wait staff, at the preferred club pool, it was pathetic to nonexistent the last 3 days. However, it wasn’t enough to drop our overall rating. Raymundo, the bartender for the main pool area, was amazing! No matter how busy he was he would greet you by name and start mixing your drink. Overall value for the $, you can’t beat Secrets the Vine. We’re already planning our next trip!

Nice place and very comfortable accommodations! The staff is gentle and the service is good! My wife and I stayed for 5 nights in this resort and the experience was amazing. Tip: as some restaurants have dress code (long pants for men and shoes), like casual dressing, when pack your stuff, remember that some restaurants only accept those type of clothes. The beach is clean and the place is safe. Really recommend!

Exceptional! Exceptional! Exceptional! That is the only word that comes to mind. From the minute we arrived till the day we left we just had incredible service, abundance of food and drink options, great entertainment. There is even a sports bar that has such a vibe especially during the world cup games (there is even a tote if you want to place a bet on a game). You also get to shake your booty at the piano bar every night after the evening entertainment and we found it better than going into town (and allot cheaper) The rooms are lovely and spacious and are serviced immaculately daily and at night. I would highly recommend doing the PREFERRED CLUB it is definitely worth the extra daily rate (our butler Fernando was great) — the private check in and out, unpacking and packing service, restaurant reservations, concierge services and iron service of 2 pieces per person is included but The 12th floor pool surpasses all these extras and we just loved it there — especially Evelyn our waitress she was awesome and just had a great personality! If you need to book excursions Eduardo Aguilar at the concierge desk is great and is such a character and could literally sell ice to eskimos! We had such an amazing time that this hotel and cancun have stolen our hearts. Even the 28+hours to get there from South Africa wont stop me coming back! See you soon!

Great rooms. We had the honeymoon suite. The breakfast buffet was great. 2 of the restaurants were great. Bluewater Grill and the Italian Restaurant. The others weren't great and found it difficult to get a good lunch. Found that every time we wanted something slightly more premium there was an extra charge. Going to a premium all inclusive you expect it to be all inclusive.

Very nice resort. Everything was perfect and very relaxing. Lots of activities and entertainment. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cesar at Market Cafe was one of the best :) a few suggestions for improvement: 1. It rained a little during our stay and we wished there was some cover over the Jacuzzi so we could enjoy the rain and Jacuzzi at the same time. Something to consider. 2. We weren't Preferred Guests but we wish the minibar would have snacks in addition to drinks. I don't think that's too much to ask for:) 3. Free sunscreen by the pool area would have been nice. We previously visited Le Blanc in Cancun and that is why the suggestions and These are just suggestions but we have zero complaints. Everything was very professional and made for the guests to truly enjoy their vacation and really relax.

5 stars is not enough! We absolutely LOVE this place! My husband and I have travelled from Australia twice to stay here and it didn't fail to disappoint again this time either. The rooms are gorgeous, the restaurants amazing, the pools spotlessly clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with the energy of the entertainment crew infectious. Anyone who rates this place less than a 5 is just looking for something to complain about. There will be a 3rd visit for us without a doubt.

Clean beautiful property, spacious modern fresh rooms. Pool, spa and gym A+. Food was good+! Service was excellent but doesn't go the extra mile as in no waiter service for food poolside and drink service was sparse. As an inconvenience in the lap of luxury it was surely missed. There is a thing to be said at an all inclusive to not have to leave the water (no swim up bars either). All in all I'd still recommend this resort we had a great time…

Amazing stay at this resort. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room was nice however you can't put the AC lower than 68 which wasn't great. Pools are all fantastic, spa and massage were great, and the ocean views are perfect. Just about all the food was amazing, and all the drinks were good. We paid for preferred service however all rooms are ocean view already and the only great thing about preferred in my opinion is the 12th floor pool. Not sure if I would pay 100 extra a night for it again. We listened to the "buy a membership" speech which was supposed to be 90 minutes but ended up being almost 2.5 hours. They gave us a lot of credit for our massages though so it was still worth it. Overall had a wonderful time here!

If you are a person who loves rules and you like to be told NO, then this is your place. They have a dress code at nearly every restaurant. Most of the guests including myself didn't know this until we were told to put on a pair of pants then turned away. We say this happen over and over to the awkward embarrassment of the guest. Even in the buffet, you must wear sleeves. We watched as one of the male guests stormed out in disgust. Again, this happened a few times at every meal. It was a way to spot the new guests. "oh watch this, hes wearing sandals, and sure enough, they were turned away". It's a tropical vacation in Cancun, most guests have no wishes to dress up and we heard that over and over. The Vine is a very clean place with a great staff. The staff who serves drinks by the pool were excellent! They have a number of staff members in the lobby who push the timeshares on you but other than that, they were good. We had an issue with our toilet on the first day where it was leaking from the tank. We called the problem in around 2pm. When we returned around 6pm, the problem hadn't been fixed and our room was no flooded. We called it in again and still no one came. By 8pm, we went down to the lobby and told them the room was flooded and it needs immediate attention. They sent a few maintenance workers to fix the issue and dry our room. After they left, the tank started leaking again.

Just WOW! … First level facilities and view to both the sea and the lagoon, really amazing.

Came for our honeymoon. Lots of great food options. The room and the view were beyond my expectations. We had the ocean front suite with floor-to-ceiling windows for 3/4 of the walls. There were black out drapes so we could sleep in too. The only draw back was that it was very busy. They played music at the pool all day which didn't feel relaxing. All the beach chairs were taken very early. I think some people will love the party atmosphere here but it wasn't for us.

Resort Service: 5/5 Restaurant Service: 3/5 Cleanliness: 4.5/5 Hotel Room: 4/5 The AC would not go below 68 and even left at 68F it was still humid. We made sure our sliding doors were shut and still suffered. Dragons was the ultimate disappointment of the stay. This restaurant was such a disgrace for Asian cuisine. So much so that patrons got up and left after getting their entrees. I ordered a spider roll and got a roll with only cucumber. There was so much rice to filling ratio I laughed. Breakfast buffet at Market Cafe was one of the food highlights of the trip. Different food everyday, fresh juices and just plentiful options. It did get extremely humid one morning and we had to leave before passing out.

It was a big disappointment, as hotel is not bad but the visit was disappointing, although it was an invitation without compromise at the end they wouldn't let you go if you didn't hire anything. Bad business management and sure I would never go back or recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely love this place. We have been here 15 plus times in a 2 year period. The food staff and facilities are awesome. The only thing I'm not fond of is the reservation and booking department. It seems to be better to use an outside source to get good rates. You would think as often as we come it would be easier…

Secrets the Vine is the best all inclusive resort! This was our 3rd year in a row going. They have the best staff and service. Some of the staff had remembered us from years prior which is amazing service! Cesar the waiter in the market café is AMAZING! He greeted us with a giant hug & welcomed us back to the resort. We will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!

This place is the best all inclusive I've been to. I got the concierge level and it was totally worth it. Cesar, Eduardo, Alex, and Lety were more than accommodating. They made me feel like a king. I felt guilty with how much they did to make my stay perfect. Secrets Vine had the best food I've had at an all inclusive. I loved that we didn't have to wear wrist bands. The property was meticulously maintained. I don't think I saw a speck of dust or sand anywhere other than the beach. I can't say enough good things about Secrets Vine. I have no critiques or anything I would change about this property and staff.

Upscale resort, with great food and service. You will not get bored because the staff have planned plenty of entertainments during the day and amazing shows at night. Drinks as good quality. If you are looking for the high end brands you need to upgrade your reservation and spend more money. Housekeeping could be improved. We left our room at 10 am, came back in at 4, and the room was not cleaned. If you order room service, be prepared to wait at least 50 minutes for your food to arrive.

This place is GREAT. This was 100% safe and the service was excellent. I was impressed with every aspect of my stay and was treated great every time I did anything here. The restaurant, the bars, the pool service was all excellent. Top Notch. I would definitely go back to this resort.

We took a family vacation in 2017 and loved this resort. Our group had 20 people and the staff was great. My husband and I upgraded to the premier club with access to the private pool and it was totally worth it. There was always a cabana available and poolside service was great. Our room had beautiful water views and our family members walked off the resort for shopping and a bit of exploring. The nightly entertainment was enough for us and we enjoyed karaoke night and the live band brought in. They had a magic show one night which we could have done without, but we just spent time in the sports bar that night instead. All the younger cousins enjoyed the pool table and relaxed atmosphere. The food in the Japanese restaurant was our favorite by far. Highly recommend.

I’ve been here 5 times and enjoy it more every time! Secrets is beautiful, luxury, and relaxing, all in one! The staff at Secrets is unmatched and always willing (and eager) to help ensure your visit is unique! As soon as you arrive, you realize it’s different than other resorts. You’re greeted as though you’re home. You have immediate access to wonderful pools, bars, and restaurants! Each restaurant offers its own taste and experience. Dragons is my favorite, quickly followed by the steakhouse! Drinks are much higher quality than traditional resorts and there isn’t a bad seat near the beach/pools! Access to the VIP area is available to those about the 12th floor and I would advise it. The pool/restaurant there are an excellent addition to your stay and exclusivity!

Clean and well maintained resort hotel with great service. The spa service here was a little more expensive than typical hotel spas in big cities such as Toronto. Food was fantastic with three-course meals at various different themed restaurants. Everything was great at four-star rating. I would only give five stars for something extraordinary that blows my mind, which in this case was not. It is a good and typical resort hotel well worth a brief vacation.

A beautiful hotel in a paradisiacal setting. Human-sized structure which is pleasant, not too big. A good choice of restaurants, very varied and hearty buffet at breakfast. Direct access to the beach with beautiful turquoise water. Very friendly and helpful staff. The ' ' unlimited luxury''gives access throughout the day to all possible drinks as well as food. A place to spend your holidays if you want to rest, sunbathe and enjoy!

This hotel is modern and fresh. Our head butler, Debir, was a great help and super friendly during our stay. You’d be lucky to him as your! I totally recommend this place to stay and relax. There is many options for food and each place so far has been delicious. The wine will cost you extra so make sure you bring cash to taste their delicious options and remember: tip the staff ;)

Every interaction with resort staff was great, the beach was well taken care of, and the food was tasty. I'm removing one star for the slow food service, and for the hot $280 romantic dinner. If you opt for the romantic dinner on the beach, I highly recommend getting a seat up in the terrace instead of on the beach, as they seat you where there is no breeze. Housekeeping staff was amazing, and the drinks were pretty on point. Portion sizes were not consistent, especially notable at the steak house. All-in-all a solid experience.

Was going to leave a good review, the service was amazing and the food tasted good, also a very nice modern design. The spa at this location is out of this world, if you are staying at this location the spa is a must, about 2 says before my departure we had lunch by the pool next to barefoot grill, I bit a few pieces of the burger and realized it was really red on the inside, looks like it was on the grill for only a minute or so, so I threw it out but it was too late, I got food poisoning from it and could not eat for the rest of my stay there, Also intense diarrhea, sorry to get graphic but thats just not the way I imagined spending my honeymoon. Upon checkout I mentioned it to the concierge and he just shrugged it off, it seems like they don't do anything about food poisoning at this location unless it is a large group that gets sick. Another review on this website shows where a reviewer got sick from the exact same meal, a burger by the pool, and it looks like nothing was done, I guess they are waiting for more people to get sick from the burgers by the pool? anyways I don't think I will be going back, thank you secrets of the vine for ruining my honeymoon.

Rooms — Clean and spacious with very nice view of the ocean. Staff — Very friendly, polite and ready to help. Food — It has the best food options I have ever tried. Quality, variety and quantity is just amazing. I highly recommend this place for an "all inclusive" vacation.

Loved our stay at Secrets the Vine. The hotel exceeded our expectations. It's modern, very well maintained and has everything you need while on holiday. Drinks and food were great, there is a variety of restaurants and cuisines in between which you can choose from. I highly recommend the Italian and steak restaurants. Staff were very friendly and well trained. Big ups to the entertainment team for making our days by the pool and evenings by the bar very enjoyable. I would definitely go back there and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious break.

Very polite staff, and delicious restaurants. The resort is right by the beach, and if you don't like beaches, they have 3 nice pools. Service was spectacular, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Awesome all — inclusive hotel. Great, modern rooms with wonderful views. Had a lovely stay here. There were always several special events going on which was pleasantly surprising. However the staff topped off the experience, they were amazing!

Absolutely amazing! Highly recommend the Jr suite. Food was amazing. Service is impeccable. We seriously considered buying the vacation package because we will definitely be going back.

Place is superb. The facilities are still new. The staff is wonderful. The restaurants are delicious. The beach is top 5 in the world. The tourists who stay in nearby hotels are all jealous. The Market Cafe was by far my favorite experience of the entire vacation. Our server Cesàr was courteous and overwhelmed us with hospitality every morning. He introduced us to Chef Elmer, who prepared a private dinner of a traditional Yucatan dish, Cochinita Pibil, for my wife and I. Muy amablé Yusef. They basically spoil you to the point of indulgence. Of considerable mention is the staff at Olio restaurant. Our server Francisco wowed us with his hospitality. The food was excellent. Of notable mention: the young men who labor tirelessly to move beach chairs and umbrellas, for mostly thankless tourists but continue to do so in a cheerful manner. The security is always visible and present providing the peace of mind we all desire on vacation.

My husband and I went to this Hotel for our honeymoon recently. I would suggest this place to anyone and everyone. The service is really good especially on the beach. Mariam was the butler on the 27th floor we stayed on. She was very friendly and glad to help every time. This is a very romantic and fancy hotel. Beautiful location.

The rooms are perfect for a holiday in couple. The service of the staff throughout the hotel are friendly and attentive. The quality of the food and the drinks are according to the concept of Secrets The Vine.

I stayed here for a friend's wedding this april and I fell in love with this resort. The best thing about this place is the staff. They're so friendly and know the true meaning of customer service. One of the hardest working crews I've seen. The staff by the pools were wonderful and so was the entertainment crew. Gebron was hilarious and I loved the "Spanish lessons" he hosted by the pool. The resort was spotless. At all hours of the day you'll see people cleaning the resort in the nooks and crannies. The breakfast buffet is 5 stars and the lunch buffet is 4 stars. The dragon restaurant was mediocre but the Italian restaurant was amazing. We had 2 issues with our room (A. C wasn't working and the fire alarm was beeping), and they had someone come look at it immediately. The guys running security were the coolest guys. They set our friends up out by the pool at 3 a. M. To play music, dance and swim. They even rolled out carts of alcohol and food. Only in Mexico can you party until 6am at a couples resort. My only complaint is the Vine bar. The bartenders were unfriendly and would try to avoid eye contact so that they wouldn't have to serve you. Also, I'm pretty sure this resort fudges their liquor bottles and I proved it on more than 1 occasion. We all ordered vodka drinks that tasted like tequila and I watched them take a "new" bottle of Absolute Vodka out from underneath the cabinet when their bottle on the shelf ran out and it was already opened.

WOW! What an incredible experience to be able to stay at Secrets the Vine. It was first class treatment the entire trip. From the minute we walked into the hotel to check in to the minute we left, we were treated like royalty! Everyone was so friendly and took great care of us all! The entertainment staff was amazing! Gibrann, Moises, (Big Sexy), Valeria were so personable. They called us by name and made sure w were happy and had everything we wanted. We had the sweetest beach waiter as well. Norborto retrieved us an umbrella and made sure that we had drinks at all times. These people never expected a tip, they waited on you and were happy to do it! And lastly, the spa was fantastic! Erick and Mary (or May) treated us with great care! We were treated to a soothing massage with another smiling face. Oh and the food? OUTSTANDING! Italian restaurant was amazing but all the others were as well. We didn't eat anything bad. Service in every restaurant was top notch. Lastly, the resort was super clean! Staff was constantly sweeping, mopping, cleaning… we could have eaten off the floors. It was beautiful! Out of all the resorts I have visited world-wide, this one rates at the very tip top! If you have the chance to visit this resort, GO! It will be a chance of a lifetime and you will want to return, just like I plan to do! Way to go Secrets the Vine!

Definitely the nicest place I've stayed at in Cancun. The rooms are great, the staff is fantastic, and food is tasty everywhere you go. All around great experience and would come here again.

I've been to about ten resorts in the Yukatan, including the Palace Resorts and the Riu Palace Resorts in the hotel zone and Riviera Maya. This is, by very far, the nicest hotel I've stayed at in Mexico. I would say it's a whole step up from Riu Palace Las Americas, Riu Palace Riviera Maya, Valentin Maya, and Moon/Beach Palace.

I travelled to Cancun from March 25 ~ 30th, Lived in ‪#‎SecretsTheVineCancun‬ ~WALLET WAS STOLEN IN MY OWN ROOM IN THE HOTEL~ HOPE everyone will have a safe trip in the future and ALWAYS keep your stuffs separately in different bags or lost everything. ALWAYS KEEP YOUR EYES ON YOUR PROPERTY! It is NOT that safe then what you THOUGHT! My wallet was stolen in my own room in the Hotel (Secrets The Vine Cancun, R. Q. Mexico) last day of my trip, right before I was ready to leave and check out. After I landed in Dallas my bank transaction shows all three credit cards in the wallet were used by fraud. I called them and the general manager (Crystal) told me to give them 48 hours to investigate; however, it has been three days and hotel has no response and the other assistant (Lina) either said the manager is not in the hotel or she is in meeting. Trying to transfer the responsibility. Honestly, I feel they know when would be my last day and when I was going to leave. Also, another detail is that when my boyfriend tried to heck out, there was a night time manager (Gustavo) took the room key to check out for us.

Excellent hotel, the staff is very friendly, very good food, cancun beach is beautiful and this super well located, is a quiet hotel so si. Buscas party maybe isn't the right choice.
But if they seek to burn service and something to rest this hotel is a great choice.

Very luxurious and modern addition to the Location.

Fantastic! My girlfriend and I just got back from a 4 day trip to Secrets — The Vine Cancun. We were greeted with 2 glasses of champagne and a cold towel and it only got better from there. There was a special online for the “Preferred Junior Suite — Oceanview” and we couldn’t have been happier that we went with the upgrade. Not only do you get private access to a preferred pool on the 12th floor you also get a personal “butler” located on your floor by the elevator, who at the drop of hat can get you pretty much anything/everything you want. You also get access to a private lounge on the 21st floor. The lounge has light snacks, a high-end espresso/coffee machine, and a full premium bar (the only all-inclusive I’ve been to with Kettle One). The bartender at the private lounge, ORLANDO, was the BEST bartender I’ve had south of the US border. Orlando was the man — friendly, professional, and can make almost any type of tasty drink you want with a smile. He’s a true asset to this resort and sets the standard for exceptional service. As far as the food and service throughout the resort, it was top notch. I’ve stayed at almost a dozen all-inclusive resorts throughout the Caribbean and Costa Rica, and this place had the best tasting food and friendliest of service. As far as food, I would recommend going to Bluewater Grill (Seafood) and then Nebbiolo (Italian).

An experience that we will not forget if you are looking for option for a honeymoon, this is definitely the place, especially for wine lovers, and Uzziel a tipazo my congratulations.
