Perfect location to the ADO bus station, not close to the beach if that’s what you’re looking for. The hotel is unique but quite rundown.

Oscar the host was one of the kindest most helpfu people l we've met on our travels.
The room was perfect, nice bed with plenty of room and a nice bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay here while in Playa! It was very close to the beach. We walked there every time. But most specially, it was close to many great restaurants and fruit shops and grocery stores.

Good location, comfortable, fast contact with the owner. I gave 4 stars because of the lack of proper cleaning. The window was so dirty that it was hard to see what’s outside.

Excellent small budget hotel. Very nice accommodating staff, rooms are clean and pleasant. Breakfast delicious and inexpensive. Location is quiet but close to restaurants and markets.

Small hotel in a residential corner, about 15 minutes from the ADO terminal in Cancun. The hotel staff is lovely and warm, and the neighbourhood felt safe as a solo traveler.

I stayed at Yak Lake House and this hostel honestly has my heart — mainly because of the people and the atmosphere.
Let’s start with the location: unbeatable. Right on the lake.

Paradise on earth!
Initially planing to spend two days in the hostel, I ended up spending five and I wish I could stay longer.

Diego and Ludo are the best hosts, we had such a fun time in Tulum because of them! The new extension for the hotel is beautiful, with the pool a great oasis with the beach so far away.

We loved our stay here. Staff were so kind and helpful and Deigo did his best to accommodate all our many questions for suggestions.

My husband and I are so grateful to have started our journey through Mexico here! Sandra & crew took such great care of us it was like staying with family.

We really enjoyed our stay in Cancún at the BnB Pecari. The breakfast was nice and we could have some nice conversations with our host and the other guests.

I thought the queen size capsule would be bigger from what I saw in the picture on expedia. During my stay I found a few pros and cons :
Pros : professional staff.
Simple but delicious breakfast.

Needed a place to rest our heads at night after 2 very long days of exploring the Cancun/Yucatan area. Great way to save money, has everything you may need and the staff were nice.

5 stars for everything. This place is amazing. Quiet, great location, clean rooms and the friendliest owners. Once Tulum is accessible to everyone this place will triple in rates.

Este lugar es espectacular.
We had such a relaxing time with our two kids. A family place with a pool, the sweetest pig Chorizo, and nature around. Great food too! A place that we will return too!

Casa Palmita is a beautiful and relaxed place, which is certainly thanks to the charming Manuela, who is there to answer any questions. I felt right at home.

I stayed at Casa Palmita for 10 nights. It was very quiet and peaceful. The house mates I encountered were so kind and thoughtful, and Manuela was attentive and kind as well.

Cute little place. Location is perfect. Highly maintained rooms are comfortable and big, prolonged our stay for 4 nights instead of 2, really had a nice time, staff is friendly.

If you adjust your expectations based on the relatively low cost despite the great location the hotel is fine.
Pros:
— easy checkin and checkout.
— excellent housekeeping.

The hostel is located close to the city center, is well furnished and clean. The price is appropriate, we payed around 30€ for a private room.

Had a lovely, peaceful stay at Casa Delia. Bedrooms were clean, comfortable and modern. Karen was a wonderful, friendly host and kindly organised a wonderful boat trip for us on the gorgeous lagoon!

Wow what a gift to humanity this place is. I've traveled to Mexico to do bufo having researched some of the benefits but I never in my wildest dreams could've hoped for what happened.

We three middle aged guys from London were touring Mexico, Belize and wherever the wind took us (and chatting to others).

Coziest place we've stayed so far on our trip. Really welcoming and relaxing. Only issue we had is 1 bed out of 4 was uncomfortable. It is actually larger than I expected — the hotel and the rooms.

Love but maintenance and safety alerts: This is one of my favorite hostels in the world.

My stay ar Maui hostel was really great! The location is really nice and the staff is really friendly. The biggest positive is definitely the rooftop!

I recently stayed at Cuca Macuca Hostal in Puerto Morelos for two weeks, and I had a truly wonderful experience!

I'm so happy I picked this place to stay in. From a very get go you feel like right at home. Staff and people here are very friendly, social and help you with every need or questions you might have.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were 2 issues; the Wi-Fi was not good in the room and the shower water pressure was weak. Other than, I enjoyed my stay.

Alright stay at Casa Isabella but I had one problem that is a non negociable while traveling, one about safety.

Great place to stay. It is comfortable, clean and the kitchen is well equipped. It has a nice common area where people can meet.
Daniela is super nice to make you feel at home.

One of the best hostels I've experienced! Mostly because of Ben and Morgane, the owners, and the various activities.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Coral! The owners are absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful.

A lovely place in a quiet part of town. The room is spacious, has good hot water and strong Wi-Fi. The wider home is beautiful, and the family that own the place are so kind and friendly.

My stay at Hotel Balche, in Bacalar Mexico, was absolutely fantastic. Everyone was so friendly and the rooms were spotless.

This is a hidden gem here in Bacalar, Mexico. The owners are fantastic. The staff is so friendly. It's just a few blocks to the Town square where there's something to do for everyone.

Lovely hotel, great location near la Quinta and the beach (Zenzi). We had a room on the ground floor next to the pool. The room was spacious enough, nice bathroom as well.
