My husband and I had a wonderful 4 night stay in February. The staff is so friendly and helpful! We booked vantage club and loved the rooftop pool.

We LOVED this resort! Ignore any of the negative comments or reviews on Facebook groups, etc — this resort is wonderful.

We will definitely be back again! The resort is conveniently located not too far from the airport, which made the arrival and departure process easy.

Even though the beach was covered in seaweed, the resort still provides plenty of amenities and services to make our trip truly memorable.

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Alifelet at the front desk greeted us with such warmth and professionalism, making us feel at home right away.

This is our second time at this all inclusive in Cancun. We have enjoyed it both times.
The entertainment staff Santos, Hugo, Antonio, Emilio and Oscar are wonderful.

Great Friends’ Getaway — Amazing Staff & Activities.
We recently spent a week at Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort with a group of friends, and overall we were very impressed with the experience.

This resort is very clean, has great service and amazing food! Some of the downsides are the cold pool and a small beach but they are not deterrents at all.

It was an awesome stay, the place has a lot of soul, taste, design and done with great art and care. Very clean. The communication was over the phone and very efficient.

I had a great stay at Humant Coliving in Cancún. The room was very comfortable, clean, and perfect for relaxing and working. What really made the experience stand out was the amazing service.

This place is great because it's quiet. There's a private cenote and the owner Juan is a really genuine guy.

My brother and his wife have gone there several times on their vacations. The water is gorgeous and they rave about the food at the many restaurants on site.

I stayed here December 2025. Nice hotel that is clean and well kept. Parking is easy if you have a car. The on-site restaurant is good but not the cheapest.

Great location if you want to stay close to the airport. The shuttle comes every 30 mins and it’s 24 hours. Breakfast was way better than expected.

My favorite place! This resort is incredible. We stayed in a room with a plunge pool — SO worth it and absolutely incredible.
The drinks are made with quality liquor, and SOOO yummy!

Had a great time spending a week long vacation at Paradisus Cancun. The interior of the hotel and the food was better than we were anticipating. Staff was very kind, helpful, and attentive.

This is still a relatively new resort so is very clean and nice looking. This is our second time going here for a week and both times have been well worth the money.

Just finished a 5-day trip to Riu Palace Kukulkan as a couple to escape Canadian winter. Overall, we had a great experience.

This was a fun place for my wife and me to stay for a little weekend for our anniversary. We ended up using some World of Hyatt points and requested an upgrade (if available) before we left.

Great room, 27th floor preferred. The Preferred pool was great, breakfast and lunch preferred was a nice touch as well. Room service was great, food was great.

We stayed here for 9 days in July 2025. We booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite with a kitchen. It was perfect for what we needed and we're able to go to nearby stores to stock up on food.

Location: 5 min walk to a huge mall with a supermarket within. 30 seconds to oxxo & 7-11.
40 min walk to ADO bus terminal. Feels safe.
Room: no elevators. Window does not open.

Had a great stay with family here. The resort is clean and well maintained, all the washrooms are very clean and have change tables.

I had an AMAZING time at Sunscape Cancun Resort & Spa! I went in early march with a group of friends to celebrate our spring break, and we were so so happy that we had sunscape cancun as our stay.

Amazing resort! Food is exceptional we enjoyed our time and extended by 3 days😂 we loved there. Staff was welcoming and polite. Also the entertainment team was great.

Resort was nice & clean. It’s right on the strip and has a great location (about 30 mins from the airport). The food was ok for a resort. Not a lot of options, but it was decent.

Excellent small budget hotel. Very nice accommodating staff, rooms are clean and pleasant. Breakfast delicious and inexpensive. Location is quiet but close to restaurants and markets.

Small hotel in a residential corner, about 15 minutes from the ADO terminal in Cancun. The hotel staff is lovely and warm, and the neighbourhood felt safe as a solo traveler.

Absolutely perfect experience!
The house is owned by a gentleman who is really kind. It is located in a very safe area, quiet and far from the noisy parts of the city.

We stayed at this hotel and found the experience very enjoyable. The hotel is well-located, close to the beach and attractions, yet in a quieter neighborhood.

Positive: The buffet breakfast was excellent the whole time I was there (7 days). However, once you leave the place don't go back for coffee.

Started our trip here and ended our trip here due to the proximity to the airport bus. First time the room we had was good, clean and with all necessities.

I’ve seen reviews on TripAdvisor saying that under new management temptation is less fun. I still went into it with an open mindset and had an excellent time!

Third time here and love the staff at Sultra restaurant the most (Christian Reyes, Juan Tee and Jones). Very attentive and remembered my drink order.

We absolutely loved Chef Arturo, Olivia, and all the staff at the breakfast and lunch location. From the mimosas to the best guacamole I have ever eaten, our breakfast options were bountiful.

We just returned from our first time at the JW Marriott Cancun and we couldn't have had a better time. From the second we arrived, we felt at peace and were treated like royalty.

This hotel is fabulous and we feel, is the best in Cancun. From check-in to breakfast to dinner at Gustino's and Sasi Thai is always spot-on.

Had our first stay at Le Blanc Cancun. It was truly amazing. What makes this resort so special is it's well kept property, a tranquil beach and the top notch service provided by all the employees.

Le Blanc has the best staff. Our butler's handled anything we needed. All the staff members are happy all the time and do everything they can to provide you with the best experience.
