Amazing stay. We Head 4 wonderful days as Part of our trip to the Reviera Maya. What can I say it was outstanding.

My brother and his wife have gone there several times on their vacations. The water is gorgeous and they rave about the food at the many restaurants on site.

April 2026. Ok, this is my very honest review. I just came back from this hotel where I spent 4 days, I was staying with my husband and we both loved the experience.

My third time here. Great service from super friendly staff. Today had an excellent massage on the beach by Isla who is certified massage therapist and reflexologist.

Level of cleanliness, hotel design, quiet rooms, great signature and other drinks, beachfront views and amenities, and excellent service from every staff member that we encountered.

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Alifelet at the front desk greeted us with such warmth and professionalism, making us feel at home right away.

Positive: The buffet breakfast was excellent the whole time I was there (7 days). However, once you leave the place don't go back for coffee.

Started our trip here and ended our trip here due to the proximity to the airport bus. First time the room we had was good, clean and with all necessities.

Had our first stay at Le Blanc Cancun. It was truly amazing. What makes this resort so special is it's well kept property, a tranquil beach and the top notch service provided by all the employees.

Le Blanc has the best staff. Our butler's handled anything we needed. All the staff members are happy all the time and do everything they can to provide you with the best experience.

I’ve used this hotel on a number of occasions as a convenient stopping off point on fishing trips to ascension bay further down the coast.

We spent the night before our fishing trip in Punta Allen.
Everything was lovely. We got a good price from Trivago. The shuttle driver found us at airport.
The pool and hortub was quiet and inviting.

We stayed at Hyatt Vivid Grand Island and had a good overall experience. The pool and the Beach Club were both very nice places to relax, and the staff throughout the resort were friendly and helpful.

We absolutely loved Chef Arturo, Olivia, and all the staff at the breakfast and lunch location. From the mimosas to the best guacamole I have ever eaten, our breakfast options were bountiful.

My friends and I had a great time (5 nights). The hotel is slightly on the older side but the rooms are clean and decently sized. Location is in the Hotel Zone so super convenient.

We will definitely be back again! The resort is conveniently located not too far from the airport, which made the arrival and departure process easy.

All in all it's a good place, reasonably priced and relaxing. Would I come back to this specific location? Probably not. Will I recommend people to come here? Sure. I will list all the pros and cons.

Stayed there at the end of February 2024. Everything went smoothly from the check in to check out. Food was fine, plenty of choices, drinks were good.

Staying for two weeks in the sunrise moon palace. What a beautiful hotel, food choices and quality was amazing 🤩, the pools and activities were fun has such a brilliant time.

Stayed at sunrise portion. Great pools but don’t go for the beach. Too much seaweed to be even able to enter the water. Standard rooms are small unless you pay extra for suites. Food is delicious.
