Hotels in Tokyo Prefecture with a Pool

Absolutely Exceptional Service – The Best Marriott Experience We’ve Ever Had.

I just recently stayed at the Tokyo Marriott hotel for a 3-nights stay. This hotel is truly amazing. The staff are incredible and provided the best service in every encounter.

The size of the hotel took me by surprise, it’s super spacious and big for a hotel in tokyo.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant – the service was good, the location was great, and the rooms were perfectly adequate.

Wonderful hotel with great staff. They are super helpful to English speakers. It's clean and the views are amazing from up top. I didn't use the spa area though because I have tattoos.

Incoming a very detailed review! I stayed here with my husband for a total of five nights (not consecutively) back in September.

What a wonderful hotel! We are frequent travelers and the attention to detail and service here has been phenomenal.

A great hotel Amazing hospitality, service, food, amenities, conference facilities and people.

We had a wonderful stay at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi.
What stood out to me the most was the level of care and support from the hotel team.

Sadly, I am only able to review this hotel for my one night stay however, the one night I was there was a great experience. We decided to end our Japan trip with one last night in Tokyo.

Booking price:
JTBるるぶ RURUBU was the lowest price compared to agoda.
Room view:
Staff advised me if I pay ¥3, 000 extra charge per night, then the room can be changed to beautiful night view room.

Good location, scenery, public bath.
May I know the brand of hair dryer in public bath? It is very light and comfortable. I would like to buy the same one at home.

The Gajoen was a highlight of our Tokyo stay — a magnificent heritage hotel, with huge rooms, marble bathrooms, garden with waterfall, antiques and historic art deco murals.

The best and most spacious room I’ve ever stayed in. Excellent service in the best hotel. Absolutely worth the price! Everywhere you look is a piece of art.

Fantastic hotel, if a little on the older side. Close to the base of the slopes and well as the bus "terminal". There is also a convenience store nearby.
The staff is very kind and warm-hearted.

Came for the location (steps from Tokyo Station + shopping), stayed for the vibe.
Staff were super welcoming — free illy coffee anytime on request at the front desk was a lovely bonus.

We stayed here for our last night for our two-week trip to Japan. We arrived back to Tokyo via Shinkansen from our 4-nights in Kyoto.

Positive: Walking distance to transportations. Nice HOT shower. Negative: Could use a refresh painting, walls scratch, mattress and box springs are showing signs of needing replacements.

Excellent staying experience!

This is a very well-located hotel that makes getting around Tokyo easy.

Sheraton Miyako Hotel Tokyo is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in Tokyo. The room was spacious and spotless, and the staff were welcoming and kind.

Excellent service from staff. Beautiful hotel with very tasteful artwork. Rooms are large and functional. Great breakfast in AM.
Enjoyed the pool. Very clean. Use by reservation is a great idea.

Very nice apartment-hotel. Our room was very quiet and spacious. A large TV in the bedroom and the living room. Full usable kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The staff is very professional and polite.

The hotel is located in a fairly central area of Kubitchico, which is lively and quite chaotic at night. The hotel is clean and offers the possibility to use an onsen.

I had a great time during my stay at this hotel. The location was very central behind the Toho building (Godzilla Head).

The hotel is in a small shopping centre near a number of restaurants and shops nearby and only 5-10 minute walk from the metro.

Breakfast soba is delicious.
Inari sushi is also delicious.
I have a salad and one more item, so I'm pretty full.
The free coffee from the vending machine was also delicious.

I was surprised that such a hidden gem hotel with the best value for money existed. Close to the station = close to restaurants and convenience stores. Use Nagano Tokyu parking lot.

Our recent stay at Takanawa Hanakohro offered a beautiful glimpse into traditional Japanese hospitality, though there are a few operational areas where the guest experience could be more seamless.

Courteous staff, beautiful hotel.

This hotel is truly world class in customer service. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with warm welcomes and smiles.

The Sorano Hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was so spacious, clean, modern and relaxing.

We stayed at this guesthouse for 4 nights and found it to be perfect! The owner of the guesthouse was beyond welcoming and even invited us to a Mochi making class l the next day.

Despite it is basic accommodation I liked it. The staff is friendly, everything is working, kitchen is well-equipped and it is in calm area just beside the castle.

We have stayed at this location twice when in Tokyo. The rooms are clean and the water pressure is high. The location is great; it’s a ~10-minute walk from two subway stations.

Even though the rooms are a bit small, it has everything you need. Their rooms have a huge TV with infotainment and movies. The location also is perfect as it is right in the heart of Roppongi.

This hotel was in an excellent location — 2 minutes from the Akasaka subway station and bus stop. There are free tea, coffee and toiletries in the reception area.

I’ve visited Tokyo multiple times and this hotel is my favourite to stay at. The location is unbeatable from a transit perspective, being a 1 minute walk to 5 different lines.

Easily our favorite part of our trip to Japan. They made us feel like we were at home, honestly, better than home.
Every employee from the bartender to the GM was fabulous and unreasonably hospitable.

Wow! This hotel exceeded all expectations in all areas. My family and I stayed in this hotel for 8 nights and every single day was made extra special by the staff.

It was a good possibility to find a hotel near airport and subway. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Self check in mitten in der war kein Problem.

I had a good time staying here. It’s close to airport and an easy walk fromm Otaari station. It’s pretty quiet at night and relaxing! Host was very responsive and gave good instructions to follow!
