I spent here four night during the Golden Week. The place is very convenient in terms of position (4 minutes walk by the Kyoto main train station).
The place is very clean and we appreciated this a lot! The procedure to take off the garbage is very simple.
Inside the apartment we had three rooms and two WC, it is confortable until you are a group of 5-6 people.
Be carefull if you have little children because some stuff is fragile (like some windows made of Washi paper).
The host was very available and the check in was easy (no need to meet the host).
The price is high but is reasonable considered all the pros!

The Ground-Floor apartment is very spacious for us 8 pax. Beds are more than sufficient, kitchen also complete with kitchen utensils, fridge n microwave. The location is about 400m from Kyoto Station and very near to Yodobashi Camera where u can get groceries and other shopping (Uniqlo, GU etc). I even manage to get new glasses from Jins.
Host can consider to have washing machine in the future. Thank you for the hospitality.
