We had a great stay here.
Close to the train station, big room, updated and beautiful decor, clean, and they allowed early check in. We couldn’t have found a better place.

The living room is located in an excellent position with helpful and nice staff but given the proximity to the train station I recommend reviewing the effectiveness of the windows.

Cosimo was our host and very accommodating and patient, despite us misreading check-in instructions. His recommendations and assistance was very helpful, and he is very fast to respond to issues.

The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. In addition, the breakfast was very good. The beds were also very comfortable and the rooms were clean :)

This apart is soooo nice and nearby every spots that you can walk to there and enjoy the scenery of Florence.

Was perfect for our needs! They were easy to communicate with and very helpful, allowing us to store our luggages on the day of departure.

Neat old hotel. Lots of stairs and elevator is really small. Owner lives there, very nice.
Towels were not your normal ones as they looked like plain cloth but they worked really well.

Hotel's location is ok. Almost 13 minutes walk ftom Santa Maria Novella train station. Entrance to the hotel looks pretty good. However, rooms are not that great.
