We stayed for 2 nights here, it was amazing! the room was super clean and cozy, the view from the balcony was amazing, and all the staffs were really friendly and helpful! would totally come back.

What a wonderful experience we had. We were upgraded to a beautiful room which was a bonus. Welcome drink was a blessing after a long day’s travel. We were met by Dario who was very helpful.

Palazzo Vecchietti, built in 1578, was once the home of a prominent Florentine family.
Bernardo Vecchietti, who commissioned the work, was a senator and patron of the arts.

This property is spectacular. The staff were exceptional. Ideally located to the main plaza with dining, shopping, and museums/catherdrals all within walking distance.

Hands down the best hotel we stayed at on our entire trip. The value here is unreal — it honestly felt too good to be true.

Good location, quiet room, modern with free gym and laundry. Friendly staff, lots of things to do during the stay like play pingpong, pool and etc.

Stayed here in August 2024, and what an amazing hotel. We had a room in one of the lodges in the grounds and it was huge with high ceilings and amazing bathroom.

The staff was wonderful! The breakfast was amazing. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything you could want in a hotel.

Very friendly, helpful staff, especially on reception. They booked taxis, provided bus tickets and info on bus routes (No. 14 stops just round the corner, and takes you to the Duomo).

This is an excellent four-star hotel. I was initially a bit concerned after reading some comments about the bathroom, but those turned out to be untrue.

Great overnight stay in Florence. The St Regis is very luxurious and staffed with great service.

This is a high-end hotel offering a refined and well-structured service experience. While pricing sits on the higher side, it is consistent with the overall positioning of the property.

Very modern, clean place to stay. Many msjor sites are in walking distance. Light rail literally out front. Staff were all very accomodating.

Hotel location is right middle of market and convenient for around the area. Service is not bad.

5-Star Experience at Its Best!

I stayed at Hotel Rosso 23 for two days and opted for the single traveler room. While the room was a decent size for one person, the bed was quite small.

This luxury hotel is located in a charming area of town. The food is exceptional, but most important are the outstanding staff. We arrived in the midst of a family emergency.

Hotel Lungarno was an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the ambience throughout the hotel was beautiful and inviting.

Positive: The staff were polite and friendly. The location is unbeatable; close enough to Duomo and restaurants without being in it, so you can actually sleep at night.

Great location, friendly staff and a fantastic roof bar with views over the Duomo.

We stayed here for 4 nights. We had a great stay. Easy walk from the train station, albeit a little bumpy for the suitcases. Centrally located which was great for getting around and touring the city.

Very comfortable room and bed. It looked like it had been recently renovated and the bathroom was reasonably spacious. You could bounce a coin of the bed linens they were so crisp.

Amazing hotel! Very clean, organized and service is impeccable. Room is very nice and they refill the fridge every morning with snacks and drinks.

We stayed in this hotel for four nights, at the end of September. We loved it! The rooms are all very idiosyncratic and charming, the breakfasts are absolutely superb.

We just had a wonderful stay at the Palazzo dal Borgo (Dec. 2024).

We loved our stay at Croce di Malta. Everyone there was kind and helpful. The room was perfect and had a small balcony with a nice view of the neighborhood.
