Awesome. So helpful at the front desk — tickets to the David that are sold out miraculously appear. The perfect pizza place for a last dinner in town. Restaurants off the tourist trail. Last minute shout for a place to buy great cartucci. Just a great place. Special thanks to Annalisa at the front desk for being beyond wonderful.

Could not have had a better place to stay for my mother's wish to see Italy — It is like a Palace; yet everyone is so wonderful, sweet, helpful humble and enthusiastic that works there! — very close to the larger than life statues my mother has dreamed of seeing all her life (made it easy with her knee replacement to walk to everything — rooms are stunning too! — thank you _ Gratzi!

The Hotel Bernini Palace was an absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my time in Florence was extra special with my daughter. We enjoyed the wonderful breakfast each morning in the gorgeous restaurant and all the other amenities. Great location, I would highly recommend and I hope to return again. Ciao!

Rooms dated in decor and bathroom was very narrow making it difficult to navigate through. Also the view from the window were the roof tops of another building and air conditioning units. The air conditioning in the room barely worked and staying in August in Florence the weather was extremely warm. Location is great right in the center of florece and walking distance to all of the tourist attractions. Breakfast location is beautiful and spread is very diverse.

This is our 2nd time at this hotel. The location is convenient to many sites and restaurants. The room for a disabled person is fantastic two bathrooms one for him one for me. Very spacious room. Outstanding over the top staff who cant do enough for their guest. Very highly recommend.

The only place I will stay in Florence. Outstanding staff, great rooms convenient to attractions, did I mention the great staff? 2018 we came back to Florence so we booked here. My husband is disabled. I haven't ever seen such a room. Large bedroom with a nice sized room for luggage, large closet plenty of drawers and the best of all is one bathroom for him and one for me. Shower in his bathroom tub in mine with a nice shower head. Both are roomy. The best staff ever, they cant do enough for us. Convenient to many sites.

The location to all of the historic sights could no be better. At check in we were treated warmly and professionally by the entire staff and they were this way the whole stay. Room and service were unbeatable. We'll only stay here when we return.

Amazing service, nice and friendly. Everyone spoke English at the front desk which was very helpful. The rooms are gorgeous and the location is ideal — very central and closer to main attractions (5 min walking). Not far from the train station (20 min walking). Breakfast buffet was large and varied. Delicious and great service.

The restaurant La Chiostrina inside the hotel Bernini Palace is a caress for the palate. Well-manicured Dishes and elegant atmosphere but without being too snobby. I Recommend The rooster, the cut and the sweets.

The hotel is in a very central location which was fantastic but because we came by car, it was nearly impossible to navigate to. The hotel staff was more than generous and accommodating and the decor was beautiful. Our room had a lot of mosquitoes and we got bitten a few dozen times so that took away from the experience. I wouldn't personally stay here again but I'd still recommend it for a first time travelled to Florence.

Absolutely flawless experience at Bernini palace. The room was amazing and looked like a Renaissance castle without being overdone. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel bar was a great place to wine down after a long day and the location was absolutely perfect being centrally located to almost everything we wanted to see and do.

Loved loved loved this place and all the people there. The room was perfect, the breakfast was wonderful, and Simonetta at the bar was the absolute best. She and Luciano (sp? ) at the front desk made our time in Florence so much better than we could have hoped. It was really hard to leave!

Rooms were small but desk staff was beyond helpful. Location was good. Breakfast was good. Everything was up to par for a standard 5-Star hotel. Except linens were exceptional, from the bed to the restaurant tablecloths and napkins. It was very nice. We had a "superior" room which has a very, very small terrace overlooking nothing. One chair and side table on patio. It was not breathtaking, but a lot of high-quality features. Right next door to a church and a lot of your guides and groups go directly in front of hotel entrance. Can walk to basically everywhere.

We stayed here a few years ago while traveling through Italy. It was a wonderful place to stay. In the heart of Florence with easy access to everything worth seeing. Highly recommend!

This is a five star hotel, next to the Palazzo Vecchio in the centre of Florence. All of the historic buildings are with in a quick walk down the narrow, historic roads. Service is friendly and professional as you would expect and I cannot fault it. There is an additional bonus as the building itself has history attached, dating from the 15th century, and being the Parliament of Italy back in the period from 1865 to 1870 when for a brief period Florence was the capital of the newly united Kingdom of Italy.

The hotel is thoughtfully and elegantly decorated with well equipped rooms, an excellent restaurant and a well stocked bar serving classic cocktails and regional specialties. Fabulous hotel in the heart of Florence. We enjoyed a beautiful room with an exceptional bathroom, luxurious furnishings, and spacious closets. A gorgeous gift of fresh fruit was waiting for us to enjoy! The bed and linens were extremely comfortable, and absolutely perfect! The staff was helpful and courteous… the hotel is in an excellent location. Sunday Brunch was provided and it was simply outstanding! A fabulous array of juices, coffees, teas, champagnes, pastries, fruits and breakfast foods… so delicious! I would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Five star in every way.

We stayed at the elegant and luxurious Hotel Bernini Palace from 4-11 November, 2015. This is the best hotel in which we have ever stayed in Italy. The service is impeccable — starting from the doorman, to the receptionists, breakfast personnel to the housekeeping! Pros: Location — the proximity of the main tourist attractions are all within easy walking distance. Free Wi-Fi everywhere. Bed — very comfortable. Big room. Very clean. A little box of chocolates on the bed every night Cons: — Most of the rooms don't have a very good view because the streets are so narrow, typical of an old town in Italy. Highlight: The management kindly gave me a bottle of chilled Danzante Prosecco and some nibbles on my birthday! Fantastico! Grazie Mille. Looking forward to our next stay! ❤️

The Hotel is romantic, beautiful and excellent location! my husband and I we were there in August 2014 and being the first time in Italy was awesome.

We went here for our honeymoon in 2007 and it is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Probably our best hotel experience as well. Service was exceptional, in the most beautiful and romanitc city in the world. Can't wait to go back, and when we do, it will be to the Bernini.

Beautiful hotel centrally located near the Duomo. Recently renovated so facilities are super clean and new. End your night with a drink at the bar.
