Absolutely loved the location, it was a prime spot for us to visit the Medici chapels and the san lorenzo cathedral. Everything we had planned was within walking distance.

Hotel Palazzo Benci is the perfect hotel for location and comfort. Rooms are fresh, clean and European breakfast is wonderful! Breakfast is important to us to start our day.

Visited as single female and very happy, comfortable, relaxed and safe. Beautifully simple, clean, friendly hotel.

Clean modern hotel. Pool on the roof with a bar. Nice place for an afternoon nap and beer when it gets to hot on the street.

Location and the view were perfect.
The front desk guy was the owner and was more than great, helped us with everything we needed and made us feel comfortable.

The staff was wonderful! The breakfast was amazing. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything you could want in a hotel.

Very friendly, helpful staff, especially on reception. They booked taxis, provided bus tickets and info on bus routes (No. 14 stops just round the corner, and takes you to the Duomo).

Beautiful big and clean bedroom in an a quiet area close to bus station, cafes, bakeries & shops and only 15 min walking from center.

I loved this place, it won’t be considered as hotel neither the check-in process it’s just very clean smells heavenly good and the bathroom gives amazing vibes the shower is perfect, the only problem

Hotel location is right middle of market and convenient for around the area. Service is not bad.

Our stay at this hotel in Florence was excellent.

Location is perfect, so is the personnel and staff. Hotel is located in older building, on the 3rd and 4th floor, what might be challenging to people with compromised mobility.

So happy we chose the Hotel Pendini for our 3 night stay in Florence. We were assigned Room 420 and had a private wooden circular staircase plus a nice terrace with a view of the Duomo and Bell Tower.

We enjoyed our stay here! Silvia was very accommodating and brought us our breakfast early one morning because we had early museum tickets.

We were touring italy via train so choose this venue due to its proximity to the station.

Comfortable 3 star hotel with rooms in several sections of a residential apartment building.

The current name is Corte Dei Sogni. Found this at booking. Com. We booked 2 rooms, 4 night stay. Location is great, very short walking distance to many main attraction and good restaurants.

Friendly staff in a good location only a few minutes from the train and 10-15 from most historic sites.
But, there are 2 things to be aware of if you book.

Albert is extremely helpful in helping us check in and get to know florence. The room is regularly cleaned, big space, and has complete amenities.

From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. The receptionist gave me a city map and pointed out some great local restaurants. The room was simple but very clean and I slept really well.

I stayed here with my sister for three nights and we both felt right at home. The staff were incredibly kind and even helped us book museum tickets.

Visited for a week in December 2024, had a great time. The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly.

What an exceptionally top service! Family hotel with heart. We chose this hotel after the car had to be repaired. The hotel sorted out the challenges we had with the car workshop.

This is an excellent four-star hotel. I was initially a bit concerned after reading some comments about the bathroom, but those turned out to be untrue.
