From the moment we arrived (far too early to check in) the staff were superb.
Very attentive with coffee/tea on arrival.

We had a wonderful stay in Florence. Viola was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

Location is perfect, so is the personnel and staff. Hotel is located in older building, on the 3rd and 4th floor, what might be challenging to people with compromised mobility.

So happy we chose the Hotel Pendini for our 3 night stay in Florence. We were assigned Room 420 and had a private wooden circular staircase plus a nice terrace with a view of the Duomo and Bell Tower.

We were only here for one night before an early flight, but we ended up wishing we’d stayed longer because we enjoyed the hotel so much.

Our stay at the Moon Boutique Hotel in Florence exceeded every expectation.

Wonderful hotel. Excellent, friendly and helpful staff — even after I failed to read the access/key entry instructions. Great location! Near food, restaurants, small market, atmosphere.

Our stay at Residence Hilda was excellent. The apartment is spacious, bright, and perfectly located just a few minutes from the Duomo. Everything was very clean and well equipped.

I had a wonderful stay at The Hoxton. Beautiful rooms, a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and an excellent location.

We booked a Roomy room and found it to be clean, comfortable and a good size by European standards.

Great location and wonderful rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Views from the room — of river and hills — are magnificent.

Beautiful hotel with a great rooftop pool and bar. Majestic views.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our stay very enjoyable.

This is a beautiful hotel with sauna that offers an unforgettable experience, but what truly sets it apart is its world-class team.

Wonderful place for stay at Florence! Well equipped apartment, comfortable, clean and cozy. 15min tram to town center, few stores nearby, good car parking and very helpful team.

An amazing stay from all perspectives. The staffs are super helpful, the location is very convenient. There are quite a few restaurants & convenience stores around. All is all a 10 on10 stay.

We were a group of families and stayed 3 nights in the hotel. Everything was perfect. The location is best you can choose, in the middle of all points of interest.

Excellent stay – outstanding service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Our stay at this hotel in Florence was excellent.

The hotel is a small boutique hotel close to everything in Florence. The staff were all so very helpful, especially our breakfast waitress.

This hotel is wonderful! The location is perfect, the views are beautiful, the staff is accommodating and made everything perfect for us. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.

We stayed at the Villa Cora in a family room, the room was split level with separate rooms meaning we could all have a good nights sleep. Gifts were given to our boys which was a lovely touch.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but the service could be spotty sometimes despite their best intent to help.

The hotel was newly renovated so everything was squeaky clean. The room we booked was spacious, and came with a large balcony with a great view of the city, especially during sunrise.

When we arrived in Florence from Milan, we booked and Uber and our driver told us that he loved the place as he was a part time driver for their service.

Positive: Overall feel of the property is wonderful with a upscale feel while not being pretentious. Rooms are spacious, location next to Santa Croce and walking distance to everything.

Slightly more expensive and farther away from all the actions of Florence, but on the other hand we got to enjoy the amazing amenities and service.

The absolute best place to stay!
The Staff:
The hotel starts out being phenomenal by the amazing staff here. Everyone is so welcoming, accommodating, and just so friendly.

Perfect stay for a group of four! We booked two rooms at this hotel on Via de' Calzaiuoli and couldn't have made a better choice.
Location: Literally between the Duomo and Piazza della Signoria.

Fantastic hotel right in the city center, literally steps away from the Duomo. The strategic location allows you to explore all of Florence on foot.

Hotel Club is an oasis in the midst of bustling, tourist-packed Florence. My husband and I stayed there from April 19 to April 23, 2026.
