Great location right next to the tram. The staff were welcoming, check in and check out through the kiosk was quick and easy.

Exceptional customer care. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. And we surely did. Thank you so much. And what a beautiful place in an absolutely gorgeous city.

From photos I was excited to book what seemed like w luxury apartment with expensive decor with a kitchenette! The reality is the rooms are very basic and everything is bought from IKEA.

I would like to sing the praises of Giovanni, the front desk concierge. He went above and beyond to make our short term stay pleasurable and comfortable.

It was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in Europe. It seems like it is a family business. All staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast wasn’t rich but quite enough and tasty.

It's a good place in many ways. It's close to everything in the bustling city, and Valentino is invaluable and has many good ideas about where to go in the town.

Amazing stay here. Our room was beautiful with a sunny patio. Extremely convenient o train station. Owner went above and beyond to help us, store bags, make bike riding recommendations, etc.

My first time to Italy and upon arrival I was absolutely in love with the area and our charming quaint Bed & Breakfast.

We had a really great stay at this B&B. The location is perfect — very central and close to everything, which made getting around Florence so easy. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily.

My daughter and I spent 4 nights at this charming B&B in the heart of the city. We were well aware of the stairs and practiced a lot before travelling!

Absolutely perfect place to stay in Florence. The steps helped us get our cardio going, and the host is too charming. Walking distance from the train station and to all places in Florence.

Wonderful help from Alex at the check in location, which is just across the street from the Florence main train station (Firenza Santa Maria Novella).

Such a perfect little room at walking distance from everything! The staff is so welcoming and nice! They can keep your luggage until check-in time and they communicate very thoroughly with you.

We stayed in this hotel for four nights, at the end of September. We loved it! The rooms are all very idiosyncratic and charming, the breakfasts are absolutely superb.

We just had a wonderful stay at the Palazzo dal Borgo (Dec. 2024).

The hotel was very convenient to the city center — 10-15 minute walk. Great for a car as there is a parking lot on site. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional.

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Adriatico. We arrived early and was allowed to check into our room! Bonus. It was around a 12 minute easy walk from the train station which makes travel convenient.

We loved our stay at Croce di Malta. Everyone there was kind and helpful. The room was perfect and had a small balcony with a nice view of the neighborhood.

We had a great stay in your hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. Every day good cleaning, enough towels. Every morning a great breakfast. Different variety of coffees.

Hotel is perfectly located minutes from the train station and steps from the river. Easy walk along the river to city center, Uffizi, and restaurants.

Room: good! clean and modern.
Service: great! except old man (he was afternoon shift, we say Hi but he didn’t see us and answer)

Grand Hotel Baglioni is a beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. It is just a short walk from the train station and the popular attractions.

Hotel Boccaccio is an excellent choice for travelers, a 5 min walk from the train station, with nearby convenient store.
We stayed for 4 nights and had comfortable rest after each day tour.

Stayed here a couple of weeks ago with a Study Abroad tour group. Service was fantastic—major shoutout to employee Albie for excellent restaurant recommendations and hospitality!

Located on the first floor of a typical Florentine residential building this place spoke of elegance from the moment I entered.

We stayed for 3 nights at this pleasant and well located hotel only minutes from the station. Situated at the quieter end of a busy street that leads to the centre.

The hotel was overall very nice and we had a pleasant stay.

Great room in convenient location! I was pleasantly surprised by the large room with lounging chairs. Also the bathroom had enough room for 2 and a US sized shower!

I had. 5 star stay here with the staff at MH! The hotel is conveniently.

I stayed here for 4 nights. Francesca is absolutely wonderful and will make sure you have everything you need. It is less than a mile from the Duomo (easy walk) and close to plenty of restaurants.

What can I say that others haven’t already?
This is a beautiful little B&B made up of 4 rooms.

Pretty good for the price, right in the old town.
Only downsides:
— had trouble sleeping one night because the streets outside are just so lively far past midnight.

Our stay here was very nice, the hotel staff are friendly the hotel is clean and beds are comfortable, and the location is fantastic to all the main sites in Florence.
It is good value for your money.

The hotel is a good location right in front of the Piazza di Santa Maria. All the staff are exceptional and will attend to you. The breakfast included was nice especially the croissants.
