Dropped in for a drink whilst out and about, great staff and the lovely young lady who served us was magnificent. Lovely Prosecco and Chianti Calaisco. Will be back and highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel — one of the best in Florence. On one of the most beautiful plazas in the city. Excellent food and service. Rooms are tiny but well finished.

The restaurant. Not everywhere in Italy you will find really good Italian cuisine. But this place pleased me. I am fastidious in food, I like to make sure that the products are good and that the service is great. If you are close, be sure to eat here, you will be satisfied. Prices are very high. We're vegetarians. Specially for us cooked vegetable soup as we asked. The menu had avocado tartare, salad.

I have finally visited my husbands home for Pitti Uomo. The hospitality at JK place is simply unmatched. Everything from the furnishings to the fragrance of the house (which I will bring home) is as Divine as David. Perfectly elegant.

I attended a standing buffet organized by the Mohair Association. The hotel location is great, just in front of the S Maria Novella church. The hotel staff was very corteous and professional and the food quality was good.

Great and amazing hotel/Service and staff. Very elegantly designed. The breakfast and terrace restaurant experience are unique and classy.

The JK Place Firenze is an amazing place, to make your home away from home. The beautiful rooms and spaces evoke such a high level of comfort and sophistication. The menu selections are all handmade with locally sourced ingredients. Most importantly, GM Mr. Claudio Meli and his exceptional staff has made this our home away from home!

Nice and super refined style Lounge in a unique location. Attentive service. I had a coffee and was served with some very good pastries, made ' at home '. Too bad the coffee was undrinkable… But served in elegant Chinese cups.

The hotel is beautiful and very well located. The downside is that the food is not up to the hotel class level.

Absolutely exquisite… from the personal service to pressed linen sheets to fresh white roses and Prosecco each night. Stunning… amazing… will return soon!

J. K. Hotel has a restaurant that partially is on the outside. We went there on Sep. 29 and it was the worst restaurant experience ever! The service was terrible. After initial order of 2 Gin and Tonics, we looked at the menu and selected our order of food and wine. We were sitting and waiting for arrival of at least our wine and nothing was happening for another 25 minutes. We were hungry and tired, it was lated at night. So, we called up a server and asked where our wine was. He mentioned that he will ask his collige who was in charge of bringing wine. Some friend of the server came around and they started to converse intensly for another 20 mnutes, while we were stil waiting for food and wine. When the friend was slowly moving to leave, we caught a server attention and prompted again. He told us that the wine is on the way and so is the food. The other server came with a bottle of wine and while the visitors was leaving sje started a conversation with this friend, while our wine was sitting on the counter not being served to us. Another 15 minutes went by and we were still waiting. Finally she served us 2 glasses of wine — one glass was great, a beautiful burgundy glass and another much smaller white wine glass. Since we paid for equal amout of 2 glasses of wine, we complained about the second glass, the server brought 2 nwe glasses of red wine. While I was really mad, I said that we would like to have 2 the same wine glasses like the Burgundy glass.

Hands down the best hotel in Europe with the most attentive service. Andrea in particular, was absolutely amazing! He takes care of his guests as if they were his own family and his attention to every detail is incredible. We will absolutely be back again! Thank you JK Place for making our vacation truly unforgettable.

This hotel is one of my favorites ever! We stayed in 2014 and I never wrote a review till now. Gorgeous, huge suites, amazing staff, the best general manager, and the coolest bar. I always recommend this hotel to all my friends and can't wait to stay here again. Also, the best location centrally located in Rome!

Me and 4 Friends went for an aperitivo in the hotel lobby. The entrance is visible from Piazza Santa Maria Novella. The place is warm and cozy and they have a great selection of wine and artisanal beers. I totally recommend it if you want to experience a fancy aperitivo, something more than the usual Italian bar aperitivo.

Amazing room, staff and location! It was our first stay in Florence and it couldn't have been a better experience. I want to come back to this gorgeous gem of a first class, 5 Star experience. From the minute we walked into the hotel we were very welcome. The staff was very attentive, kind, authentic and helpful. The breakfasts and foods that we ate were delicious and served with integrity. Our room was spacious and beautiful and gave us a wonderful view of Santa Maria Novella. Ok, do you understand the reason I love JK Place and want to come back to savor it again? I promise that I will! ❤️ Thank you for a wonderful visit!
