I stayed at Velona’s Jungle Luxury Suites during my time in Florence, and honestly it felt like a hidden gem rather than a typical hotel.

We had an INCREDIBLE stay at Velona's Jungle. Amazing staff and the prettiest rooms. Loved the "on your own" vibe of the place. The rooms were spotless, smelled great, and were so quiet.

The stay at Dimora Palanca was great in all aspects. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Giacomo is super. He’s very attentive, joyful and helpful.

Beautiful comfortable hotel. Rooms were very nice, beds comfortable, washrooms a good size and had nice fixtures. The spa was really neat as well!

Love it. The location was perfect, minutes from the Duomo and Uffizi galleries. Space was super clean and spacious. The elevators were a plus. Will recommend to others for sure!

Nice, clean and simple hotel in the centre of Florence! Every morning everything was cleaned, however the cleaning lady came a bit early every day.

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights in the Royale Suite with our baby girl (14 months). Absolutely beautiful rooms, very spacious and great location.

Love it, it’s located in the centre of the city, walking distance from all attractions, baby cot is available, no breakfast but there is a lot of cafes and restaurants around the hotel.

Great B&B 4 minutes walk to station. Right in the heart. Walking distance to a lot of attractions.

The best place to stay when visiting Florence. The location is perfect because it is away from the craziness of the city center, but still central enough to visit the sites.

Very clean and practical designed. Even though it claims that there is a kitchenette, there is no cooker.

We stayed for two nights during our recent trip to Florence. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. It even had a coffee machine.

It's difficult to rate our stay here — we arrived at 4:00 PM and the concierge is only available until 12:00 PM. However, they did send a full list of instructions.

Highly recommended. A comfortable place, muuuuy clean and Giorgio that makes the stay perfect. I want to go back!

If you’re looking for a grand hotel this is not it. If you are looking to be welcomed, safety, peace, cleanliness and a great location this is the place.

Having a 10 month old baby, this place was good for us. We stayed in the superior room. The only thing missing is a high chair but I think it's not usually provided.

Everything was nice and neat once I arrived. The only thing about it was one towel had a dark, black spot (which means they didn’t clean well).

Wonderful place to stay, spiritually beautiful, wonderful sisters run the place. A beautiful courtyard for reading or just relaxing and an amazing chapel.

A great place to stay in Florence! The sisters were super kind and helpful. They were flexible and let us drop off our bags as we got in fairly early.

Excellent location, right by the Piazza Della Signoria, you can pretty much see all the sights within 15-20min walk.

This is a very classy hotel. Our room was beautiful, modern and clean. The location is amazing. Minutes from major attractions like the Uffizi museum, Pointe Vecchio, and the Duomo.

Simona gave us the best check in I had in years (and I travel a lot! ) she is the sweetest, most knowledgeable person. She gave us great tips and places to eat.

Rooms are clean, the door had a gap underneath which made us feel we were staying in the street as it was so noisy, I had to buy ear plugs to be able to sleep next night.

It does not feels like a hotel when you arrive. Not a good first impression as you have to grab an old and tiny elevator. The room was great!

One of the most spectacular places in Florence. Beautiful rooftop terrace, and AMAZING breakfast. It has all sorts of fresh sweets too and even as a vegetarian you can find great options.

Great service, very friendly staff, kids friendly and first of all great location. The hotel is located in the heart of Florence, walking distance from most of the Florence touristic sites.

Room was excellent; sparkle clean, nice amenities, and was cleaned next morning when we went to city tour.

Sergio and his wife were excellent hosts. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bathroom was spacious and modern.

Staff was super helpful and friendly at all times. We had an issue with the A/C and the late shift worked hard to make it happen.
