I have asthma and they were very helpful to me during my stay. Everything was clean and the staff is so responsive.

A very nice hotel for a few days. The room was clean and very spacious, the bathroom large and fresh. A good breakfast at a nearby cafe. The hotel's location was excellent.

We only stayed here one evening on a brief stopover between Rome and Florence. A beautiful medieval building with amazing windows.

Rooms are clean, the door had a gap underneath which made us feel we were staying in the street as it was so noisy, I had to buy ear plugs to be able to sleep next night.

A great place to stay for short visits, close to the airport.
The tram connection is close by and also collected seamlessly to the city centre.

What a great place! Just a few steps from Piazza Santa Croce, therefore in a very central location: a spacious room with a balcony (with a table and two chairs) and a private bathroom.

We stayed here for three nights and everything was awesome. Location is perfect, you stay in the middle of Florence and everywhere is in walking distance.

Great access of the hotel to the Arno River and public transportation.
The street is quiet and peaceful.
The hotel is very clean and the reception staff are polite and welcoming.

Loads of Italian charm and friendly personnel. There is even a small fridge with water and some cookies in the room.

Wonderful place a step away from the center of Florence, the rooms very clean and original… the hostess very kind and available to any request. It will be my fixed stay whenever I pass by Florence.

We spent almost a week at the Hotel Careggi during our vacation. Everything was great, our room was quite big with a balcony that we enjoyed a lot. The breakfast was perfect.

A good nights rest after a long day flight and Pisa and train to Florence. Good directions. 15 min walk from station. Nice continental breakfast next day. Very clean. 20 min walk to duomo.

Really good for solo or couple travelers but no turn down service. More an apartment than a hotel, make sure to stock your fridge.

The host was delightful, helpful, kind, warm and welcoming. The location was superb, just a quick walk to the Piazza del Duomo, and an easy walk from the train station and tram stop.

This place was an absolute gem. The location is superb — so close to all the big sites and moments from the duomo.

What a fantastic place to be and so close to Florence! First, Filippo, the host and owner, was wonderful! He met us at his apartment and gave us an excellent overview of his apartment and of Florence.
