The hotel looks exactly like it does in the photos. The rooms are very spacious, but because of their size, they felt a bit empty. A small couch, bedside drawers could have been nice.

Location was perfect, 10-15 minute walk to almost anywhere we wanted to visit. Easy walks and beautiful views on every walk.

This is a unique hotel. Each room is different. The entry doors are very large and opened by a motorized pull. The building is old and renovated into apartments and hotel rooms.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay. The room was fantastic, comfortable, spotless, and beautifully maintained.

We couldn't believe a 3 star hotel could be so wonderful. This hotel, is more like a boutique bed and breakfast, and proved to be one of our favourite hotels in Italy.

We loved BSJ15! The location in Oltrarno was wonderful. There were still plenty of people around, but less crowded. It was close to everything we wanted to see and do, and we walked everywhere.

Great location. It is within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff are friendly. Would stay here again!

Location, location, location! We loved our stay at Palazzo Alfieri. Located right along the Arno river it was the perfect location to explore Florence.

A fantastic hotel with plenty of character. Staff were excellent and helpful. We loved the marble floors in reception. Our room was huge with high ceilings.

Perfect hotel experience! Excellent location. People at the reception were very kind. There are ramps and an elevator. Rooms were great with a mini-fridge and supplies for tea/coffee.

We stayed here last minute due to a significant issue with the first hotel we booked and the staff at Borghese Palace Art Hotel was very accomodating and friendly.

Nice and small rooms for a city trip. Everything is clean and Guiseppe was really welcoming and friendly. Little bit noisy at night but that’s the price for the good located place.

While checking for a place to stay in Florence, I chose this apartment without hesitation.
But due to some personal issues I had to make a cancellation and I was surprised from their response.

This place is a gem! Clean and spacious rooms. Biggest rooms I've seen in Europe. Clean bathroom, they even had a bath robe for me. Comfortable bed. The location is incredible, in historic downtown.

We had an excellent stay at Casa Rovai, the staff were friendly and helpful, and stored our bags for us on our last day. Our room was beautiful and peaceful.

We discovered this while trying to check in. Sophia the amazingly kind and helpful attendant went out of her way to find us other accommodations.

Spacious, modern, comfortable and clean. It was 5 min walk to the Duomo/David and 15min easy walk to Firenze SM Novella train station. Wonderful host and responds to messages promptly.

Been here for the 2nd time. 2** hotel near the river Arno and close by San Niccolò. 20 min from the city center. Situated in a neighborhood with good restaurants.

Really lovely hotel / apartment within walking distance of central Florence. Great facilities with pool/sauna and rooftop area for sun. Generously sized room was cleaned well every day.

On our honeymoon, on a tour of Italy, we spent three days in Florence, staying at the Vasari hotel, nice, clean, buffet breakfast for every taste, friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel with delightful staff, well maintained and comfortable rooms, located in a strategic position both for the means but also for moving on foot.

My wife and I had an amazing time at this location! Very clean rooms, kind staff, and an unbeatable location in the center of Florence right by the Duomo!

AWESOME! Seriously, everything was awesome … from the smooth pick up at FLR to the spacious, neat, very clean room. The bed is super comfortable and I had plenty of room in the shower.

Fabrizio gave me a very nice room. The room was very clean and the shower was very nice. The location was excellent. I have nothing bad to say about la Cittadella! I would stay there again.

10 minutes walk to get to the train station, and a bit more, you're at the center of the attraction.

The owner is amazing. He gives the best recommendations. Listen to him! The room was very clean and well maintained. Espresso pods everyday. Would stay here again for sure.

This place is in the perfect location. 2 blocks from the train station and 1/2 block to the inter-city bus station. City bus and laundromat right next door.

This hotel is in a great location within the Uffizi, Academica, Il Duomo and Santa Croce all within a 30 minute walk.
The front desk people were very helpful and happy to advise on best locations.
