This is very easily one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had if not THE WORST. First we were placed in a mosquito infested room that was obviously not cleaned. The shower stall was covered in mold and the place smelled damp and musty. We did not sleep the entire night due to swatting mosquitoes every few minutes. The next day, the attendant found us another room which seemed at least slightly better than the first. And she gave us a mosquito repellent plug in (this is apparently a known issue. Wow! )
There was less mold in the showers but still present. Slightly cleaner… so I wonder why that disgusting room was offered in the first place.
Now lets talk about the accommodations a bit more. The bed feels like a rock, I had so much back, neck, and hip pain afterwards. They don't ever clean the rooms. The one time I asked for extra towels I was yelled at and told to come back in the morning because he didn't have any (in front of other people btw). You have to fight for basic creamer for coffee. We were unable to control the a/c our last night and basically drenched the bed in sweat the entire night, trying our best to adjust it to no avail. Why didn't we notify anyone you ask? Because all the attendants leave by 8pm and you can only contact someone (possibly) if you're locked out because they lock both doors by 8pm. Do not be swayed by the obviously fake positive 5-star reviews. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE, SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

Our room had a mosquito in it, and we got bitten several times. The safe also did not work and one of the patio doors did not lock (it was broken — we've used these doors before in other hotels without issue). The location is decent; it's a bit farther from the train station, but there are good bakeries nearby. Overall, I would not stay again.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the rooms were perfectly fine—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—my experience with the staff was disappointing. Whenever I requested something as simple as an extra towel or a tiny bottle of shower gel, I was met with disapproving looks, as if I had committed some sort of crime.
In particular, Andrea was incredibly rude and made me feel very unwelcome and sounded racist. A little bit of friendliness in ur tone and understanding from the staff, especially Andrea, would have made a huge difference in my stay. Unfortunately, this kind of attitude overshadowed what could have been a much more pleasant experience.

Very clean and practical designed. Even though it claims that there is a kitchenette, there is no cooker.
The breakfast — included in price — is a joke. We better bought our own food and had a nice breakfast.
4 coffee capsules and 4 bottles of waters were there for us only on the 1st day. Then we had to buy them.

We stayed for two nights during our recent trip to Florence. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. It even had a coffee machine.
The hotel is located close to the metro station and it a 10 minute walk to the main square of Florence. The reception staff guided us on the attractions and transport. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and won't hesitate to comeback.

Conveniently located. It took only 10 euros on a cab coming from the train station. However, just be aware of some cheating cab drivers. Going back to the train station after checking out, the cab charged us 25 euros because he drove us around. I wish I could send a formal complain to the cab authority. Not the hotel's fault though. They just arranged our ride.
For daily commute you can take the red line to the main train station, the city center of Florence. The metro is only 5 minutes' walk from the hotel.
The room was spacious. We were happy that the hotel authority allowed us to use the kitchen. It helped us warm the food that we bought. It was too hot to eat outside. Besides, in Italy, I guess you pay extra to dine in.
They don't offer daily service. But that's OK for our two-night stay.
The shower is definitely a bit small in size. We needed to be careful in spilling of water outside the shower area.
All in all, it was a good stay for the price.

WE had a first floor apartment which was half underground. Room was super quiet. Cool and comfortable. Breakfast croissants were delicious as well as cappuccino. The only downside was housekeeping didn't clean up the kitchen daily. Water pressure was strong and room was very clean. Tram to downtown Florence a short walk and very convenient to train station too.

I happened several times to stop to sleep in this fantastic residece is a lovely place, you feel at home. The people at the entrance nice and helpful. Mr. Andrea and his wife are really good people.

We had a great 3 week stay here in October. Everyone was so helpful especially Andrea and Manuela Francesca at the front desk. A short walk to the tram, and you’re in the center of Florence. I recommend highly!

Very nice experience. Very welcoming person always ready to help and advise you. Very convenient location. Large impeccable accommodation.
