Washing machine and dryer available. Tram just across the road in 5 minutes in the middle of the center. Parking garage available. We will definitely come back. Have made us feel super comfortable!

Location-wise it is in a pretty depressing area, lots of construction work, but no restaurants and no shops. The room itself is clean and spacious, which is quite nice.

Very well made spacious apartment with fairly well stocked kitchen utensils. Bus stop is 5 minutes walk and bus to centre takes 10 mins. Very helpful staff at the desk. Would high recommend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Aparthotel not far from the station SMN, nearby a bus stop with connection to the old town. Clean and well furnished apartment with all the comforts. We were very surprised at our arrival to receive a welcome kit very much appreciated and not by everyone. Recommended and we will definitely go back.

Super place and hospitality. There were hiccups when we tried to checkin. We got room late even after committed time but rooms are awesome. I think this was my firstever experience where the person really made me aware with all available things in the appartment and explain dos and don'ts with them. Good 24 hour front desk. Heating can be a problem but not much. Colors and quality of construction of building is good. Bus station is just 400 m and near to Sanata Maria Novella which is central station. If you are in city for long stay and want to have comfirtable stay, this is the place.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Were super friendly and helpful to check in. Lady advised us of services and recomendations in the area and within Florence. Room was a very clean, modern room with amazing air-con (it was 35-38c when we visited) which was sooo glorious! Location is out of the main area (double the price for rooms closer) but the 22 bus gets to into the centre in about 15-20 mins and is less than a 5 min walk to the stop. Tickets are sold by the cafe right by the stop, although they may run out so get the before you need them. Cannot fault them. Room was lovely, bed a little more firm but still slept like a log and really handy to have a mini kitchen (we had room in pics 10/11). Would recommend for both short (1-2 nights) and long stays (7+). If we come back to Florence, we will stay here again! Recommended!

Nice accommodation. Neat an near City Centre.

We enjoyed our 5-day stay at this spacious, comfortable, and modern accommodation. Our room had a well-stocked kitchenette and plenty of closet space. Very quiet and calm so we rested very well. The staff is friendly, attentive and multilingual. Only an 15 minute walk to the train station and a short bus ride to the attractions. Wifi is strong and very fast broadband speeds. Highly recommended!

Amazing hotel, spacious, comfortable and very clean. They offer everything you need for an amazing experience the Florence, about 15 minutes walk from Florence Central Station MTF, central location and with a staff with very good deal with guests, speak Spanish, English and Italian.

Comfortable and simple. A short walk from the station is a great solution if you want to avoid the hotel.

This is a really nice little place, especially if you're a family that just wants to experience "living" in Florence. The apartments are clean, modern, and come with all necessary amenities. You can walk to the old town center, but it is a bit of a trek. They have a car park in the hotel for €20/night, otherwise there is next to no parking in the area. There is a lovely little square just behind it with some great local restaurants, a supermarket, coffee shop etc. Definitely worth a try!

Excellent well equipped and clean apartment. A bit of a distance from the centre but that is offset by the excellent local restaurants providing great food at excellent prices. Also a regular bus makes getting into the centre very straightforward.
