This hotel is very convenient and comfortable, especially for travelers looking for a well-located stay in Batam.

My room was very clean and had a nice scent. The bathroom was fully equipped with everything I needed. The Wi-Fi worked smoothly throughout my stay.

Stayed at Aglow Hotel during my Batam trip and overall it was a decent stay. The hotel is quite new and the rooms feel modern, clean and comfortable.

I visited Aglow Hotel Batam for an event and the experience was good. The security at the entrance greeted me politely and guided me to the motorbike parking area.

We had a barbeque dinner with 3 families (6 adults + 4 kids) around 7 pm. The food was very nice, and the service was top-notch.

Love the experience there. Service was tip top, excellent from the time we arrived till we leave. My daughter really enjoyed her stay there.

If there is one hotel to stay, you must check out Pacific Palace Hotel. The ambience, the service, the lobby bar, the restaurants was absolutely awesome!

The hotel is located at a center to most of the places in nagoya. You can take grab to the mall which takes around 5-10minutes.

The room is well-maintained, which I really appreciate for a budget hotel. I would suggest adding a light, fresh air freshener in the room to give guests a better first impression.

I checked in quite late, around 4:00 PM. The front office staff Yulia, was very helpful and friendly. She kindly provided a free room upgrade and arranged a smoking room as requested.

I stayed at this hotel with my family. It is pleassure I found this hotel & I got the good price too with 3 rooms inclusive breakfast.

Grand sydney hotel. The bed is very comfortable, it is very convenient to go everywhere, and most importantly, the room is very clean. The price is reasonable and it is worth staying.

I stayed here for 5 nights and 6 days, and overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The room was cozy, comfortable, and well-furnished.

Friendly and accommodating staff at the front desk, especially Nano and Yulia. We arrived before 12 noon with an elderly companion and initially only wanted to deposit our luggage and use the toilet.

The room is spacious and well-equipped — TV with plenty of channels, a fridge that works perfectly, and a clean bathroom complete with bidet, toiletries, and a great hot shower.

Batam View Beach Resort in Nongsa is such a peaceful and relaxing place with a beautiful ocean view and clean private beach.

Beautiful resort with a white sand private beach, 2 pools (beach infinity pool and garden pool), large garden area, water sports centre.

I love everything about this hotel. Yes its an old hotel but they are trying thier best to maintain a good place.

Very near to the Jetty. Overall service is great. Children play room is superb, my daughter is having a fun time there.

Old Hotel tucked on top of the hill with scenic views Batam all round. Nice environment and fresh air but apartments lack a little repair. Hotel is old but still ok with big rooms.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years, and it has long been my go-to choice whenever I’m in the area.

The hotel is located slightly away from the city, making it peaceful and not too crowded. The room is clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Reception is very friendly and helpful. Near hotel has a lot of local food and restaurant. I will be back to this hotel when I will go to Batam next time.

We booked a family room, and the soundproof is weak. But we are able to sleep through the night.

Beautiful property but a bit old. Need some renovations especially in washrooms. It has old tiles, basins etc. It is one of the best location in Batam with private beach, clean swimming pool.

Staffs were very helpful and polite. The rooms is ok for the price. Front desk is very efficient when ask for the toiletries etc. Breakfast spread is a plus for its varieties and standard.

My dad had a solo trip but this hotel really made my dad had a nice & comfortable stay. All the credits go to the friendly & helpful staff. The sevices (shuttle, food, necessities) are really good.

I stayed for 3 days in Oct 2025. Now I came back again to stay here today 17 Nov 2025 for another 3 days. The short range breakfast buffet is delicious.

The Hotel location is Not so convenient but the room is ok. The front office staff is polite and friendly. Overall it is nice and for the price is definitely value for money.

Nice location. Good sunset and sunrise view. Have sea view rooms. Breakfast buffet have a lot of varieties. Enjoyed my stay at Kings Hotel Batam and will definitely come again.

Quite a good hotel.
What I liked:
1. Spacious room and toilet. It had a big double room and a bunk bed so ideal if ure coming with kids.
2. The eska massage and spa is in the same building.

I was stay at Family room at Eska hotel. Suci from Receptionist very nice and good hotel services. Give is free late check out till 1pm and arrange free shuttle.
