Hotel staff was friendly, room very clean. Definitely will stay here again if I come back batam 🙏👍

Grand sydney hotel. The bed is very comfortable, it is very convenient to go everywhere, and most importantly, the room is very clean. The price is reasonable and it is worth staying.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort! The swimming pool is clean, spacious, and perfect for families with children.

Watching the sunset from the swimming pool was an unforgettable experience. The view was absolutely stunning, with beautiful colors filling the sky as the sun went down.

Dara came by to the lobby after our room checkout to ask us how we feel about the breakfast and enquired about our staycation experience.
Overall, it’s been pleasant.

Stayed here recently, this hotel is so near many massage place, as of today, the cost of massage are around 200k per hour for foot massage.

Nice hotel strong recommended.

The hotel is located at a center to most of the places in nagoya. You can take grab to the mall which takes around 5-10minutes.

The room is well-maintained, which I really appreciate for a budget hotel. I would suggest adding a light, fresh air freshener in the room to give guests a better first impression.

Located in the same building as Wyndham Panbil. Just tell grab/security that you're headed for apartments and not the hotel side.

A Perfect Stay with Exceptional Hospitality!
Our stay at Panbil Residence Serviced Apartment Batam was absolutely fantastic.

Beautiful sea-facing resort and a wonderful place for a relaxing getaway. The staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay.

Had a wonderful stay at KTM Resort Batam.

I stayed here for 5 nights and 6 days, and overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The room was cozy, comfortable, and well-furnished.

Friendly and accommodating staff at the front desk, especially Nano and Yulia. We arrived before 12 noon with an elderly companion and initially only wanted to deposit our luggage and use the toilet.

I would like to send my special thanks to the following staffs for their Service DNA during my stay from 16 September to 21 September.

The room is spacious and well-equipped — TV with plenty of channels, a fridge that works perfectly, and a clean bathroom complete with bidet, toiletries, and a great hot shower.

Pacific Palace Hotel Batam was a special choice because of its unique architectural design resembling a luxury cruise ship, which provided an unforgettable themed stay experience.

Elegant hotel, clean and spacious room, terrific morning buffet with varieties of dishes.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years, and it has long been my go-to choice whenever I’m in the area.

Reception is very friendly and helpful. Near hotel has a lot of local food and restaurant. I will be back to this hotel when I will go to Batam next time.

Good and clean hotel! Surprisingly nice!
We booked a family room, and the soundproof is weak. But we are able to sleep through the night.

Old Hotel tucked on top of the hill with scenic views Batam all round. Nice environment and fresh air but apartments lack a little repair. Hotel is old but still ok with big rooms.

The Crown Vista Hotel in Batam is truly magnificent and offers everything you could possibly need and more. There are countless positives about this hotel.

I love everything about this hotel. Yes its an old hotel but they are trying thier best to maintain a good place.

Very near to the Jetty. Overall service is great. Children play room is superb, my daughter is having a fun time there.

Nice place to stay, affordable prices. Friendly staff and it has solid building structure, yet there are few furnitures should be renew.

Staffs were very helpful and polite. The rooms is ok for the price. Front desk is very efficient when ask for the toiletries etc. Breakfast spread is a plus for its varieties and standard.

Location is close to spas, salons, food, next to Nagoya Hill Mall with cinemas and more food and shopping.
We are a vegetarian family, and there are several vegetarian eateries nearby.

Exceptional Stay — One of Batam’s Best!
This was my first time staying here, and my first experience with a private pool—it did not disappoint!

Everything was great except that they don't allow you to use the smart TV function (netflix or YouTube) as the Wi-Fi function on the TV was locked.

This is my go to hotel every time I have my day business trips to Singapore.
The place is clean, comfortable and peaceful to work from.

As claimed, 2-star hotel, it is what it is. As I entered the room, quite comfortable, but the bathroom was smelly, smell of pee, I tried to clean by spreading soap but the smell still came so I gave

The nearest hotel to the grand batam mall. The cheapest in this area, of course exclude breakfast. But its easy to find snacks and coffee near sovrano hotel.

Sovrano Hotel Batam offers a pleasant and comfortable stay for both business and leisure travelers.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Asima, the Front Office Manager, for her outstanding service and genuine care towards my family during our stay.

Batam View Beach Resort in Nongsa is such a peaceful and relaxing place with a beautiful ocean view and clean private beach.

Beautiful property but a bit old. Need some renovations especially in washrooms. It has old tiles, basins etc. It is one of the best location in Batam with private beach, clean swimming pool.

Great place to stay!

My dad had a solo trip but this hotel really made my dad had a nice & comfortable stay. All the credits go to the friendly & helpful staff. The sevices (shuttle, food, necessities) are really good.

I stayed for 3 days in Oct 2025. Now I came back again to stay here today 17 Nov 2025 for another 3 days. The short range breakfast buffet is delicious.
