One of the warmest hotel staff I’ve even met. All are smiling and always ready to assist. The genuine Asian hospitality greets u the moment you step into the hotel and leaves a lasting impression.

I just came to Yello hotel. Had to walk about 20 min in the hot sun from ferry terminal. When I told the male receptionist, he said they could have picked us up. Why not inform customers in advance.

Old Hotel tucked on top of the hill with scenic views Batam all round. Nice environment and fresh air but apartments lack a little repair. Hotel is old but still ok with big rooms.
