Pros: location is convenient. Aircon is cool. TV a lot of channels.
Cons: Room door does not soundproof. : (Other guest alarm at 6am, people chattering in the corridor can be heard loud and clear. No water kettle provided, and I have to request from counter. The water drainage seems choked. It took some time for the water after shower to seep through. Only one charging port is provided. FYI, Room size is small. No Phone set to contact counter. No Shampoo and no Soap.
No more restaurant for providing breakfast.
The nearest hotel to the grand batam mall. The cheapest in this area, of course exclude breakfast. But its easy to find snacks and coffee near sovrano hotel. If you're a moslem, you better check the restaurants before you order the menu. Mostly chinese restaurant and contain pork.

If you’re staying as a couple, I really wouldn’t recommend this hotel. They only provide one key per room. When we requested an additional key, they refused, claiming that each room is only given one key. The male receptionist even said, quite unreasonably, that they only have one key available for each room and no other options are provided. This policy doesn’t make any sense. My friend had to go to the hospital and took the key with them, which left me unable to enter the room or turn on the electricity.
What’s even more frustrating is that my friend had already placed a deposit, so if the key was lost, the cost could simply be deducted from that. It’s surprising that something so basic needs to be explained to the staff by a guest.
