Beautiful property but a bit old. Need some renovations especially in washrooms. It has old tiles, basins etc. It is one of the best location in Batam with private beach, clean swimming pool.

Good location. Near to many eateries & massage places.
Nearest shopping is Nagoya Hill mall that's within walking distance.
My double room comes with a window that looks out to another building wall.

Location is good as it is near to the Pujabahari Market (to purchase local delicacies and bask in the market atmosphere) and Harbour Bay Jetty.

I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. To be honest, they need to service their air conditioner because it was leaking, and I had to use a towel to prevent slipping.

Location is very good, walking distance to Nagoya Hill mall. Downstairs got many eateries at night time. Only not good is quite noisy during almost morning time cos got Muslim sholat.
