A great hotel to relax in Batam with all the amenities one could require… children playgroup, snooker, table tennis (although air-con needs to be repaired in TT room), sauna, adults swimming pool and open air pool, gym and more… Fantastic breakfast with healty option.

Everything about the hotel is awesome. Good food, the view is awesome, lovely pool. And the staff is friendly and very helpful. As my stay goes on here I'll keep on posting my experience. Second time around, very disappointed with Radisson. Pool water were dirty, breakfast spread were nasty! Front desk staffs were flirty, way too much than usual.

One of best hotel in batam, located near the airport. Have a spacious room, comfort bed, and good food. This also have meeting rooms, pool, massage spa and golf course as its facility but far enough with nagoya shopping center. Overall I think this hotel worth for the money.

Dear Sir/Madam, We stayed in your hotel last weekend and in overall, we find it a very new and nice hotel. However, it would be better if the following improvements can be made. Firstly, after we checked in and move our luggage to the room, a hotel staff just opened our door without any notice and asked if we want to check out. Trained hotel staff would have made this mistake. The staff should not have done that even if the previous customers hadn’t checked out. The staff sh…ould be trained to respect the privacy of the guests. Secondly, we found the design of outdoor swimming pool may not safe for swimmers. Because there are so many step under the pool without any coloring and the edge of the steps are very sharp. My husband did not aware of the irregular step arrangement in the pool and accidentally injured his leg while swimming with our kid in the pool. His leg was bleeding and I asked a hotel staff for a bandage. It was a shock to me when she told me the hotel does not have any bandage in stock. This is unbelievable that a hotel does not have a functional basic first-aid kit and this problem should be rectified Thirdly, the restaurant staff appear to be lack of training as well. Our kid was given a broken cup with leaking water. When we asked for a replacement, a staff provided us with an empty cup. We have to request for the 3rd time to get our kid some water. Additional training may be required for the restaurant staff.

This hotel has a lot to offer. Since this hotel was quite new as well, place still very clean, good ambiance, and staffs very friendly. The restaurant also offer a lot variety of food, taste also ok, worth the money (compare to other hotels offer with the same cost as this hotel), spacious room yet no so expensive. Downside maybe only a bit far to the heart of the city but plenty of taxi to call.

Great hotel to spend your weekend. Clean, luxurious, friendly staffs. Room was spacious and has a open toilet concept. View was great facing the city although not much to see as the hotel is not at thr heart of the city. They have 2 pools (Ground Level and Gym Level). Breakfast was decent with varieties of menu offered. Staffs at breakfast were friendly and made small conversations. Provides transport to tourist spots and ferry terminal if necessary. Check in time at 15.00 and Check out time at 13.00

The service at Radisson Golf & Convention Center was impeccable. From check-in to check-out, the experience was smooth sailing. Bonus points for how prompt room service was (under 30 mins) and although more expensive than dining at a restaurant outside the hotel, I felt the price was fair for the convenience and quality. Both pools were gorgeous and the buffet breakfast had great variety. My only gripe is that there was a smell emanating from the toilet in my room and when I called the front desk, they sent house keeping to clean it with additional chemicals, which unfortunately only provided temporary relief. Also, I think their shuttle service could be improved — — they only have one complimentary shuttle that goes to all the destinations in one big loop, so as a result we did not use this service. In conclusion, I think this Radisson hotel offers a lovely 5-star experience for an affordable price for guests who are primarily looking to relax on the premises more so than sight see, as the location itself is not ideal, but the hotel makes up for it with great service and sufficient offerings to keep you entertained on site.

Service is awesome. Quaint yet near to a mall. Everyone here is friendly. Clean rooms. Has indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Gym is spacious with a great view. Keep aside $30sgd for a wonderful dinner buffet.

Facilities are great. Staffs are friendly but a bit far off from the usual places we g0 in Batam. The rooms are quite spacious and very clean. Nothing much to see around the hotel though. As for the food, best international breakfast buffet I ever had. So much variety! Room rates are quite steep for Batam so unless you are a golfer or just wanna stay indoors whole day then I suggest other hotels.

My family and I went for a 5 days trip to Batam and stayed here. We celebrated my mum's and my brother in law's birthday too. Their service is tip top! Loved it, love everyone of their staffs. Security is tight there so we don't worry as we have children with us. There are all so accommodating, gave complimentary cakes. And always look out and take care of children. Special thanks to Romi and Liza. Liza liase with us even when we are still in Singapore to surprise my mum! Thanks! Infact all the staffs there are super awesome! Room is big too! The thing we specially like is that there are not calculative in anything. Gave us trials before we paid for archery incase the kids do not like it. Since we always go Batam for holiday, the other hotels we stayed has always restricted to 2 towels per room for swimming but not for this hotel. We can take one towel per pax. Since we always have many kids, its super convenient for us especially when the kids can bring up the towels to the room after swimming so they will not be cold going up to their room. We even have more than 2 towels in our rooms respectively so when we showered before bed, the next morning we do not need to call in for dry towel, we have spares! We are planning for another trip there soooooonnnn! Oh ya! The buggy ride was a hit for our kids and us too! Thanks! Browse my album to see our awesome the hotel is! First time staying in this hotel, I was impressed by the outdoor infinity pool. They even have a indoor pool which came in good use on rainy days. The gym is huge with full equipment. I could spent the whole day working out and lazing by the pool. They have free shuttle service to BCS & Nagoya. Best of all the hotel is walking distance Kepri mall there are variety of food. I’ll like to specially give compliments to Mr. Irwan at the concierge. He volunteer to drive us to and fro Kepri mall at night as we girls feel unsafe to walk over in the dark. Again on the second night, we wanted to buy supper from the street stall (auntie sell the best mee goreng). Mr Irwan drove us and waited for us to “tabao” our favourite mee goreng and drive us back. He made our stay awesome and the best one ever in Batam. Kudos to Mr Irwan!

Very new hotel, service great, big breakfast spread. Beside Kepri Mall so you still can get supplies and buy some stuff. It is about 20 min from Nagoya City, however it very good for couples for a quiet getaway.

Horrible service. Came here with 6 families and children. Food took 1hr45mins to come. Worst of all, no one was in the restaurant! Don't expect anywhere close to a 3star service when you come here… Tried raising this with the duty manager but couldn't really do much. Very very disappointing! Never coming here again.

It's a new hotel, so the staff are very eager to please and very friendly (I hope it stays that way). Convenient to Batam Centre and has a large shopping mall only a short walk from the hotel. The food in their restaurant (Bite) is well presented and tasty. The drink prices seem a little odd (beer is cheaper than fruit juice), but not too expensive if you've come from Singapore. Overall a good place to relax and unwind (or play golf).
