Good amenities. Great buffet breakfast & good services from all the employees.

Not bad for a 3 star hotel. Nth extraordinary or luxurious, decent price I booked mine on agoda for $45 sgd a night. Opposite is nagoya hill mall which is totally empty. Near several booking joints and pretty much walking distance to entertainment areas like massage parlours around hotel romance, NED n nightclubs. Hotel only 3 floors, breakfast on 1st floor which lacks variety n anything special. Can call masseuse to yr room.

For get the discount u just have to post the food photp to their ig then tag them… Many teenagers here… Lol.

Best budget hotel in the Nagoya business district. Rooms are well maintain and neat. Front desk and customer service excellent. Location very nearer to Nagoya shopping mall. Breakfast quite OK with lot of varieties. Hotel nearby lot of spa, massage centres and street side food stalls available. During Evening mostly crowded and busy in the surrounding.

A good place to stay. Clean room and friendly staff. Shopping malls are nearby.

Visited the tea story cafe at farmosa hotel level 1. Food and drinks are great, value for money. Personally love the emperor chicken and the tea story milk tea. Post your pictures on instagram and you can get a discount too.

Good location. Rooms are great. Restaurant is great. Not grab, uber and go car friendly, which is major minus for hotel consideration these day.

Nice place for family stay. Walking distance to the popular Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall. Lots of eateries. Spa Ctr can be found.

This hotel is one of my favorite hotels in batam. They have a big room, and nice suite room. Near by Nagoya mall and surrounded by food courts! Very recommended!

Have been staying since more than 10 years ago whenever I am in Batam. Suitably located with access to shops / food / temple. Good value for the rooms & services rendered. Never once disappointed. Everyone is friendly, YES EVERYONE IS polite & helpful. After the refurbishing & upgrading on rooms were made, even the Wi-Fi is so much better now. Keep up the good service… not forgetting the great tasting food! FishHead curry Mutton Curry & Steamboat combos, just to name a few.

Whole hotel stinks. There's a musky mould smell that's in lobby, even their renovated rooms and they mask it with automatic room fragrance which contributes to the funky smell. Water pressure is extremely weak. The in house massage is relatively cheap but suggest in-room massage as the beds in the spa stank. Convienence store just by the lobby. Be prepared to be swarmed by lots of guys asking if you want to be driven to pick up joints. They don't take NO for an answer This hotel has so much potential due to its location but unfortunate it's not maintained well.

The pricing of the hotel rooms are quite fair. The food in the hotel is as tasty as they are affordable. I had lunch with my picky sister there and it cost me 250k for 2 set meals and 2 drinks. She had a great time and I am stuffed after the meal.

Rooms are a tad old, entire place smells musky, but there is a 24 hours restaurant and convenience store on the ground floor and that helps.

Big room. Near to nagoya mall bfast was ok service also good but I dont like the smell of the hotel.

Location: good Room: many furniture started getting tear and aircon unit not as cold. Im getting intermittent electric cut off during my stay. For this kind of money I can get a decent hotel Service: neutral.

I always stay in Formosa Hotel if I'm in Batam on company trip. Being a Silver card member, I enjoy benefits such as very affordable transfer to / from harbour, free laundry, late check out (2 pm). Located at the prime Nagoya Area, it's just 5 minutes walk from Nagoya Hill Mall and with the choices of eateries around the hotel, food is never an issue even if the restaurants in the hotel — Tea Story and Venice Restaurant — doesn't satisfy your taste buds.

5 mins walk from Nagoya Hill shopping area, very convenient. Old room but still quite comfortable. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Nice room and service. Integrated Circle-K door. Lot of cheap and good food around the hotel. Side by side to Lucky plaza, cellphone center.

Been staying at this hotel for the past 15 years.
To me… its ok. From SGD 25 per nite those days till now SGD 75 per nite on weekends.
Only thing is. The restaurant have to think other dishes such as more western like american breakfast.

The service was nice. Hotel is quite comfy but looks very old in the inside. Price is quite resonable. It has quite strategic location near Nagoya. Beside it, there is Lucky Plaza, the place where you can find phones with reasonable price (quite cheap actually). It is a recommended hotel if your pupose in Batam is to visit its Nagoya Hill mall and Lucky Plaza.

Good hotel, with good services. Lot of foreigners use this hotel, as it's fairly close to Nagoya and several other shopping center. Right next to the hotel is Lucky Plaza, which is like the center to get affordable gadget. The hotel itself is not brand new, but in good shape. The management clearly put their effort to renovate. But I guess, without total makeover, the hotel will always look a bit old. Overall, it's good experience.

Overall enjoyable stay. Room service buck up!

Comfort the room and nice buffet. And also nite have Alisan karaoke.
