I had a lovely room facing the sea. The room was bright and clean and very comfortable. The staff were all very kind and courteous.

Turi beach was a great choice. Very helpful staff and the buffet breakfast and dinner has a lot of choices. Thanks to the staff of ATV for taking photos and videos. As well as the jet ski and spa staff. Good job!

Great stay with my family at Turi beach. The view is fabulous. The room is clean and big enough for us. We love the pool. The staffs are helpful and friendly. Great shout to Mr Zulkadri for assisting us to our requests promptly. My boy don’t even want to go home after the stay. 😅

The worst experience ever. Scenery is nice, room is ok but staffs management is horrible. From security, receptionist to cafe, restaurant staffs. All see face to act and only serve big group customer. Table of two asked for menu, showed poker faces and bring menu after 30 mins affer I “excuse me” for like 5 times. It was at 4pm, less than 6 tables of customers. I even need to go to cashier make payment bz they simply dun care when I asked for bill, what cashier do is leaving the bill in front of me and turn to talk to another customer while I haven’t settle anything yet. You guys should leave a board at entrance “Only serve big group of Chinese”.
I dun bother to talk about concierge staff.
First time I have experienced this low class attitude in a such a high class resort.

Except the cafe all are good. Their cafe Taming Sari was the worst of our experience.

Staffs are all friendly and available, food is delicious, atmosphere is peace and nice.
I love here and enjoy with my partner.

Our recent stay at the Turi beach resort was simply amazing! The room was the basic king room, comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The island bar, cafe, pool everything was great. Views from the balcony and in general was simply breathtaking. Staffs are super friendly. Loved every bit of it.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Friendly staff, always trying to accommodate your requests. Will definitely come again. Really appreciate the birthday.

A nice location for one or two nights. This is a family friendly hotel with big groups and lots of children. This would not be the place for a romantic couples getaways. The views are lovely.

This resort is huge and it is great for families, corporate or friends gathering. Plenty of rooms to accommodate everyone. It's next to the beach so you can play beach volleyball or just relax to work on your tan. They have a huge pool as well. There's a variety of rooms — bungalows style, apartment style. The toilets are big and clean. Beds are firm, pillows not so much.

Great hotel, beautiful view, service, a little far to the center, but tuk you to help.

Room is filled with sand and bugs. Amenities were a lot less than satisfactory. There’s no shower curtain so when we shower it’s wet everywhere. There’s no floormate so our feet are always dirty with sand wet from water in the bathroom. The hotel staff speaks minimal English which is strange because it’s a hotel. Staff should be able to converse with customers and take care of their basic needs. The hotel also double charge us on the extra bed and it took them awhile to get it sorted out. Waiters are not friendly and we have to call and waive at them most of the time to get the service. We expect more service and decent room from what we paid.

A wonderful Indonesian holiday resort next door to Singapore. All rooms in this sprawling resort rooms opens towards the Indian ocean giving a mesmerising view. The view is most breathtaking during dusk. Innumerable activities are available at this popular weekend gateway. My favourite was the pool and the nighttime fishing at the jetty. Further the staffs are responsive and sensitive to ones need. The food quality and taste is superb. Overall if you are looking for a fantastic relaxing holiday, look no further.

I had a wonderful time at Turi Beach Resort. The staff were attentive and some went the extra mile to ask about and follow-up with issues that needs to be addressed. My beachfront view was fabulous though my side of the beach still has the tar residue. Although the Jetty was closed, the pavilion on the beach side provided much needed rest at times. It was fun watching and being in awe at the people doing sea activities.

A great place to relax. The staff are very friendly and the resort is well-maintained. Variety of activities to try here, both indoors and outdoors. However, unlike the average hotel, there is only one room key for each room. Would come back here soon :)

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The massage provided was comfortable though the environment and waiting time could be better improved. Husband and I loved the room! We stayed in the renovated Riani room and were super pleased with it! The pools and recreational services are very basic though. The schedule on the website needs to be updated as well. All in all, a good place to just have a chill and getaway. Popular seafood restaurants are 10-15min drive away. You could arrange for a grab or ask the receptionist to help arrange for transportation at a fee.

Good location by the beach. Room cleanliness can be improved slightly more. Pool opening hours end at 5.30pm. Good service. Overall pleasant experience :)

We stayed for 2 nights at Turi Beach for my wife's birthday celebration. The management prepared a surprised cake and sang the birthday song to my wife which she enjoyed and appreciated a lot. Since I am a novice photographer, I got to practice photography skills with the beautiful sunrise and sunset by the beach. Food was perfect, but we are not aware their servings are really huge when it comes to set meal. They just need to find out ways on how to lessen the mosquitoes in the area.

Big resorts. Equipped with all facilities. Two big pools facing the beach. The rooms are spread along the beach. The room size is big. You will have a lot of privacy. Hotel staff is very helpful. Minus one star for the pricey food and spa.

One of the best places on Batami. And the prices are suitable.

Beautifully build property on a secluded pretty beach with blue waters. Rooms are spacious and all are facing the sea. Resort is offering good selection of activities (chargeable). Service while very friendly could be better, lacking a bit of maintenance as well as promptness or initiative.

I had pleasant stay at here. It was my family trip with my children. The start wasn't so good but the manager who is named Zaenal did everything I've needed. He is so delicate and considerate. He remembered our names instantly and asked questions initiatively for further help. I've traveled countless countries but he is a definitely best hotelier ever. If I visit here again, it's only because of him. Thank you for having us great memories here. Hope to see you again!

The resort is clean and well maintained, and the rooms are beautiful — much better than they look in the pictures. The private porches are wonderful, and the interior of the rooms have gorgeous vaulted ceilings with artful accent lighting. The food was, as is common for resorts, mediocre and a bit pricey. There really isn't a beach to speak of — — it's Rocky and largely covered by the tide. We spent most of our time by the pool. I wouldn't recommend this for a true Beach vacation, but it's a nice place to rest up on a weekend trip.

Just checked in at turi beach resort today and I can safely say that this has been the most frustrating day ever. Waited forever to get checked in, and when the room was finally ready, there was a mattress that was left outside our room window. Later we proceeded to lunch at their restaurant, ordered and waited for our food for more than an hour. Waiters just waved us off and dismissed us when we asked where our orders were. Poor service and always over promising and under delivering. Never again.

One of the best hotel/resort that I have ever been to. Driving here could be a bit of a challenge. Cheap foods can be found within 15 minutes of driving. I do not recommend ordering from the hotel as its a bit expensive. Swimming pool is awesome. Great scenery!

The resort is by the beach and my travel mates and I went on the jet ski. The jet skiing experience was exhilarating and people should try. The prices of the water sports were generally expensive and the resort was located at a rather remote location. If guests would like to participate in water sports, they could get it at a cheaper price if they research online. The food at the Japanese Western restaurant was of decent quality but the portion was on the small side. Overall it was a good getaway but it is far from the best getaway one could get.

Great value. Clean, large modern rooms (stay in the Tirta Premier Wing). Friendly staff, 2 swimming pools including a large two-tier modern one. The restaurant serves good international and Indonesian dishes. The TSPA is pricier than those in town but a good option for those who just want to amble backs to their rooms after treatments. Lots of public spaces to chill in. Oh and water activities on offer.

To me it seems the beach resort is more for travel parties and large numbers rather than those booking for a couple or small family. 'Reservations' is difficult to deal with via email as one doesn't always get replies. Despite sending repeated reminders to them, we were still waiting hotel pickup at the Ferry terminal in Batam. We got a taxi that actually cost $15 which was cheaper than the $17 the hotel was charging for the same service.
Rooms are basic and alas you do have …to put up with ants and bugs in rooms that face the beach and are amongst the foliage. Hotel does provide insect spray but when the lights go out, you are wondering just what is causing that itch on your shoulder.
Food and restaurants seem okay and they do live up to their promises of decent food at a reasonable price (unlike EATIGO who promise vouchers and then give nothing).
Breakfasts have a varied theme and there is plenty of seating.
Have to be honest, wife and I came here to celebrate my birthday and we wished the reservation folk had been a bit more professional when we were trying to confirm the bookings. Then the reservations organise a birthday cake that was presented at breakfast. What to do?
This place is not the best resort I've been too (who can top the Maldives) but it has the open pool, the beach and sea metres from your resort room. Rooms have a safe and multi channelled tv. Wash items are provided but they are basic. Tea/coffee facilities and a fridge.

Good place for weekend gate away. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Bathroom also spacious, with hot shower but no Bathtub. You can enjoy the pool and having a glass cold beer in the pool bar, or you can enjoying the calm beach with beautiful scenery… Beware of the mosquito's, always close your nett door to avoid mosquito's enyering your room… In this place you can play many water activities such as jet ski, banana boat, etc.

Leuk resort. Vriendelijk personeel. Helaas veel last van muggen. Maar veder zie je zo nu en dan een vleermuis en het zit vol met gekkos dus die weten wel raad met die muggen. Schitterend uitzicht. En mooie kamers.

+ Great view. You can see Singapore's city lights when night. + ‎Nice and clean room. + ‎Good service. — Paid Wi-Fi. (In some public spot there is free Wi-Fi tho) — ‎Can't swim without swimming suit. (They sell swimming suit. So go figure). — ‎Broken electronic (Some electric port doesn't work. Refrigerator doesn't work) — A lot of mosquitoes around the area. (They even provide mosquito repellent in their rooms)

Perfect. I lost my charger. And the reception fount it. They still serve me with their best. Love their service! Very recommended.

It was an okay resort I guess, good location to the beach, swimming pool. There should be enough to entertain young children. Now the negative: horrible dinner at indonesian restaurant (soup served cold! mosquito bites etc). Do not leave food in the room! We bought dinner in advance and left them in the room for short sunset walk and returned to find 3 geckos inside the plastic bag of our dinner! We have to throw the dinner away : (

Absolutely wonderful staff, elegant architecture and so very cozy. Came here for a weekend getaway and it's really a jewel. Will definitely come back here. All the amenities you'd want and more, and can't sing enough praises of their excellent service.

First time here! First time writing review!
Appreciate the thoughtfulness of the counter staff… "Upgraded" our room to villa as we have too many kids!
But totally disappointed! Please at least check the facilities in the room beforehand.
1. Toilet door cant be locked.
2. No water heater.
3. No proper window.
4. The stair case is not even stable.
5. Under maintance, all rusty.
6. Bath tub filled with water not drained for weeks.
And for this, it costs s$300++ for this night.
It is totally unworthy!
But thumbs up for the services provided by staff, including those from the restaurant!

Excellent resort with courteous staff and a range of amenities. Perfect for a 1 night stay, just 30 minutes away from bustling Singapore. The rooms were clean, and big, and there are two swimming pools, and also a range of water sports activities. Restaurant is decent. A good photo-op is the promontory/jetty from the beach into the sea. Prices on Batam are also much lesser compared to nearby Bintan.

Clean, historic place, resort design also good. Has good view and game on beach. Swimming pool very nice. Rate is upscale. I stay in nongsa point and I can come here to play as facility.

Location is amazing and we were able to stay right by the sea. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Some times people do not understand English so you have to be patient.

Family Resort and well-equipped for a wide range of relaxing sports. The beach is littered with litter but 2 superb swimming pools compensate. Staff extremely nice and efficient.

We have been here many times since I am the TCIC member for 25 years!
Turi beach has always been transforming to be better and the service level has above most hotels Standard! Zaenal, the front office manager and his team mate has always been so helpful, thoughtful and caring. You just feel like coming back to your 2nd home!
My family and I have spent the last 4 days here at Turi Beach and we have enjoyed throughout the stay!
Sea sports was good even though a little pricy and the food at the poolside were great especially you can swim and stopped by for a relaxing drink in the pool!
The fusion dinner have a great choice of tasty food and going with a bottle of wine perfect it!
Zaenal and his team arranged a 7 seater MPV for our shopping with a reasonable good rate and we cover more than we have asked for.
I would certainly recommend to friends coming to Turi Beach for a getaway vacation for chill out and food!

The view is nice, this place is also quite secluded. Ideal for those who are looking for peace and serenity. It's a bit pricey but worth the price.

It's totally overrated! Were given a twin bed when check in as a couple! When ask for a change, they simply say your booking did not specify you want king bed (seriously? What's the purpose of providing prior name list and gender for?! ). We purposely go there for a birthday celebration… the staff responded that rooms are fully booked but you can upgrade to suite for 1Mil Rupiah! I feel it's a rip off for the mistake that you did and at my expense. The best part is that when ask to speak to the manager, the staff said manager is not available! So far, the worst hotel service experienced!

Had the teppanyaki buffet for dinner. The spread is pretty decent however most of the skewered food were very dry and tough. Not the most appetizing. Lamb chops Were very fresh and delicious though. As for their teppanyaki, they were frying their ingredients and noodles with spoonfuls of seasoning which turned out a tad too salty. Would not really recommend this restaurant for a meal.

Structure showing its years. The location is interesting but the set leaves a bit to be desired. Friendly and helpful staff, but the offer is limited: from the breakfast (little assorted), to the rooms (superannuated and not functional). It should be renovated and relaunched.

I didn't exactly hate my trip here, but also wasn't overly satisfied with it. There was a wedding taking place, which meant my room had to be at the edge of the resort. The room I had booked was an ocean-front, but I didn't have a full panoramic view. Couldn't visit the bar too since it was booked out for the wedding, so the first night, I only had room service for dinner. I would avoid ordering the fish & chips or the satay. The staff though, were very friendly and quite prompt with my requests. The room was clean, although I did notice the jar of moisturizer wasn't replaced, and does seemed to have been used by the previous occupant. Overall, considering the price of the room, it was still worth the stay, and service was good. Just think they could do more to set themselves apart from other resorts.

Excellent food options, great accomodation and a lovely setting. Just beer at the island bar can be a bit pricey.

I recently went on a weekend trip to turi beach and stayed at the riani wing for 2 nights. It was highly recommended by my sister who went there quite often. My stay there was wonderful. The room is clean and nicely furnished, the bathroom is very spacious and equipped with the basic amenities. The balcony has a leather sofa for guests to lounge and enjoy the sea view and breeze. The pool area is nice and clean and the food is excellent. I especially want to recommend a Guest Service Assistant, Tora, who followed up closely with me for my entire trip. Tora gave me prompt updates and assurances throughout my booking. He takes special attention to make sure we are comfortable in our rooms. I will definitely book with Turi Beach again!

A good resort with lot of sport activities and pretty beach. Had a nice stay, rooms are fine too. Swimming pool definitely needs renovation as it looks old and water wasn't clear at times.

I am up for almost 2 weeks on a business trip and was in this Hotel accommodated. I had a very nice and modern room. The facility is very well maintained. In the morning there was a large and delicious international buffet. In the evening I at the Hotel is very good eating. The staff is very attentive and friendly. I can the Hotel only recommend.

Our stay with Turi Beach was indeed a relaxing and great one. With tranquility view almost everywhere and even had our programs planned awesomely despite the heavy downpour, we still managed to go for our ATV ride. The staff command of english was excellent and they were all very helpful. From the front counter to Cabana Club to Restaurant staff and even housekeeper!   1 of the housekeeper who's tall and quite skinny, while he was tidying a room in Tirta Resort during the day of my check-out, I approached him for directions to Nongsa Marine Point. It caught his attention when he saw us made a u-turn as the boardwalk was pretty creepy and soul-less, he immediately volunteered to walk us there together, however we rejected as it was a distance away and we were also checking-out on the day itself. His service made us felt warmth and like at home. However, room location was alittle far from hotel lobby and cleaniness was average as we caught 1 cockroach in the room the same night on our bed and bedsheets were stained either. Overall stay was relaxing for both my husband and I. Really hope things will improve as we are planning to return to the same resort the next vacation to Batam.

Was there with my sister last weekend for a 3D2N short getaway. We loved it! Everything went smoothly from the day I emailed the reservation team for my bookings, the day we checked-in right until the day we checked-out. Impressed that there were welcome drinks upon our arrival at the lobby accompanied by traditional Indonesian music. Friendly staffs too. We rented 2 jetski (1 jetski each) on the first day and we had a last minute jetski ride on our last day cause we didn't had enough fun. Food (breakfast included) at the Taming Sari restaurant was good too. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! Hope to come back again in the near future. We hearts Turi Beach.

Went with my family and parents last week. Decent room and service. Price wise it was OK. I recommend you go.

How much 2 weeks in the hotell.

Although I only stayed in Turi Beach Resort for two days, it was a very wonderful experience. :DDD The facilities there were romantic and cozy, and very suitable for the visitors to enjoy the relaxing holiday:) And the most impressing thing was that I forgot to bring my earphone in the hotel room, then I just noticed that until I came back to Singapore. I was very worried that my earphone couldn't find, and I wrote to the Front Office Manager, he replied me very quickly and said already found my earphone, and will send back to me to Singapore office. I was very impressed the efficiency and well-attitude of the FO manager and the housekeeping staff of Turi Beach Resort. I will definitely come back again:) ).

Honest to Goodness Review from a very satisfied guest — Rukaiyah Abu Bakar This is our SECOND trip within a few weeks — mid October and end November 2013. This time we came with more people and our friends bringing their relatives. We extended an extra night instead the initial two nights because we were totally immersed and really soaked in the atmosphere enjoying the variety sea activities offered or just lazing around the swimming pool. Everything about the services were efficient from getting the taxi at the last decision to town and our needs were attended to pronto especially with the assistance of the Front Office Manager, Pak Zaenal who seems to troubleshoot our problems effortlessly and one of it was when we decided to change our return destination port last minute; he personally called the port and ensured his staff did the necessary changes. We also have no problem changing the room based on our needs at that moment and the very courteous staff were ever ready try within their capacity to accommodate to our every needs. Frankly, because of the sincere and efficient service that Pak Zaenal and the resort staffs rendered is one of the reason why we decided to return to Turi Beach the second time round :) Every one of the staff from front office to restaurant and maintainance were ever so helpful and polite.
