Greatest scenery, spacoius Pool and huge Resort.

On arrival from Malaysia, quarantined for mandatory time, loved the facilities so much we stayed for another week to enjoy, could have stayed longer, it’s that sort of place! Professionally run marina by manager Prakash & staff who looked after all our paperwork, PCR test etc. Warmly welcomed to use all the excellent facilities, well stocked bar with Sari, delicious western & Indonesian food with Scherly, great pool, including all festivities for Christmas & New Year. Highly recommend to yachties either entering Indonesia from Malaysia or exiting Indonesia to Malaysia and beyond. Will will be back! Rita, David Jackson Beachhouse 57

The location is stunningly beautiful and would be a great pick if you like a neat well maintained place away from hustle and bustle. We stayed in a sea facing room on the ground floor and you could literally run off into the sea from the backyard. Or relax in the balcony having a beautiful view of the sun setting down in the distant Singapore skyline. Yes, Singapore skyline is distinctly visible from here with a help of a powerful camera having a good range of optical zoom. The food available here is quite good. We had dinner in the in house restaurant instead of opting for the Saturday night buffet. The spread of food for the breakfast was quite good too. Turi beach resort is just adjacent to it, and you have full access to the turi beach. You get a lovely view of sun rise from the Turi beach. All in all, it was a delightful stay at Nongsa Point Marina & Resort. It is simply a picturesque place to sum up.

Could have been better, breakfast selection can be improved. Location is abit too remote to hail a cab. Calling bluebird cab is recommended.

A marina! What else can I say. Small shop with very little in it. A beautiful resort hotel with a very nice 24 hour restaurant. If you need supplied you need to take a taxi to Big C, about 30 minutes away. A well stocked supermarket Very pretty marina on Batam island, 45 minutes from Singapore.

Resort is really good. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Our chalet was very far and they used to provide transport every time to lobby. They don’t have private beach as turi beach is connected to this resort as well. They have very good pool. Chalet was very spacious and had 2 rooms with king size bed. Bathrooms are very small and little old not in very good condition. Breakfast was very good, they will provide everything on special request. We celebrated birthday so they delivered cake midnight. Worth staying in this resort.

The service is very friendly and the location nice and excellent. The common areas are nice. The food is not regular. The rooms are a bit disappointing, the painting is old, the furniture has the painting skipped and the minibar rusty. The air conditioner makes a lot of noise. The bathroom worked very well.

Accommodation ok only, abit old, scenery ok. Not suitable for family with kids as cleanliness is so so.

Good place to relax. But view point wise bit disappointed, not so great beach view. Have to walk to Turi beach for sports and beach view. Professional staff, friendly staffs. For rooms car to drive from lobby.

First Impression (Stay 5D4N in Resort) : 1. Building&System Hotel: The Building design is combine between modern&Traditional. Has facilities complete like Bar, Restaurant, Small Supermarket & can also flexible charge into room if you are not enough bring cash. This resort accept any credit card, cash, debit and almost accept every credit card. System payment is straightforward & you must pay in advanced before you enjoy your stay + note your credit card only without add charge again (I. E: you must pay the total cost 5MIDR in advanced + They will noted your credit card number only) ; 2. People: Very patient although we have a lot of request that time & really flexible. So I'm really appreciated & thank you so much for your hospitality. People in here is very Friendly. 3. Food: I can consider very good for some Indonesian, Chinese, Italian foods; This restaurant is open 24h (you need to get re-confirm again ya) ; Keep clean for all foods especially for some bird will come to eat also ya, make sure you always have good cover kay. 4. Transport: Hotel has transport based on destination and each destination has different price. You also can choose 4H for round trip & the price is consider moderate is mean not so cheap & not so expensive. 5. Hotel Rooms: Consider clean as resorts; Pressure water (Hot & Cold) is really good; Toilet water pressure also good, provide two towel also & soap like usual. Has deposit box too, has mini bar too, and place to hanging our cloths.

Very memorable place with yatch view in front of the lobby, and so nice for make your holiday so counting. The staff very good in service and so helpful.

Beautiful view, but sadly I couldn't enjoy it enough because there were so many boats/yachts parked on the beach (rich people, I can't blame them tho). The villas are great and comfortable (big rooms, big windows), only need a lil more maintenance.

For Indonesia it's pretty good, compared to the Western world this marina misses on protection against the waves and in service. The price is at least double of what it should be, abusing the fact that Singapore us nearby. Showers and toilets are poor. Back to basics. No shops for parts at the premises. Marine office does try to help and is very friendly, organises several events.

We recently stayed overnight at Nongsa Point Marina Hotel, prior to setting sail for the equator in the Neptune 2018 Regatta. The hustle and bustle of Batam Island is likely a difficult experience for newcomers but our stay at Nongsa Point Marina Hotel served as an insulating oasis from the outside. The ethical style of the management and all of the staff we came in contact with was impeccable as was the accommodation standard, culinary service, pricing and overall relaxation experience.

The chalets are on the older side, but is cheaper than Turi beach resort which is owned by the same company. You'd also have access to facilities at Turi beach which is a short walk away, which includes the beach, pool and water activities. Free transport within the resort is a call away as well. It's located quite far from Batam centre though, so do make arrangements for a private hire car.

Very spacious chalet but theres a lot of ants at the ground floor. However the surroundings are calm surrounded by trees n lake. A short distance is the sea.

1. Service is good. Staffs are friendly. 2. The view is ok. 3. Couldn't find air-cond's remote control. The air-cond of our chalet was opened before we moved in our luggage. 4. A buffet dinner is prepared for our company's year end party. The food is bad. The meats were not cooked properly. I could see some blood in the chicken wings.

Lovely place… but why Wi-Fi connection at villa need some more charges? … I suggest to make it free for customer convenience. Thanks.

The place and the room is big and the staff were nice and helpful. Available food they offer is great, price is bit higher compared to other resorts in the island. Overall stay was great.

Perfect base for cruising to Riau and Anambas islands. Full Indonesian CIQ provided at marina.

A pleasant and nice resort. Suitable for those looking for a quiet and peaceful retreat. 40 minutes away from Singapore by ferry. Room was clean and neat. Staffs were friendly and attentive. Breakfast however, was way below average.

The place and the room is big and the staff were nice and helpful. Available food they offer is great, is not cheap but not so expensive. Overall stay was great.

Great place for refreshing and enjoy playing in the beach with family, they recently put floating trampoline in front of the beach, try it out and jump all the way you want or knock your buddy of the trampoline so they fall into the sea XD.

Old place but clean, well maintained, peaceful and comfortable. Service may be a bit slow during peak hours. Generally affordable.

Visiting on our sailboat Asylum, and feel most welcome here. Prakash and his staff are professional, helpful and friendly. Facilities are top notch. Highly recommended!

One of the great resort in Batam, good option for holiday destination. It has Seaview room with a view of many yachts well-parked at the marina. The sunset may bring you to a great vibes.

Poor maintained rooms and grounds, and ill-informed staff made for an overall poor and miserable experience. The food was good though, which was the redeeming point of the trip.

9 of Us stayed at Nongsa Point Marina Resort from 18th to 20th December 2015. Resort is very relax… We Love It! Staff that attend to us are very friendly. I would like to highlight a few best staff that the Resort should be proud of. They are; Andre, Nita, Tony, Faris, Anggie and a few more… and Billy, the staff that receive us at Nongsa Pura Ferry Terminal. Definitely will be there again next year!

Floor was sticky. Place infested with mosquitoes. The bathrooms are dirty. We practically wear bedroom slippers everywhere incldg the bathrooms. Absolutely not recommended. Left behind the kids' sling bags and send them an email for a lost & found. 2 days later an email replied saying they will check n revert. A week almost passed but no news frm them.

Luxurious… Holiday time… wonderfull hotel service… recomended.

Very bad experience. Chose the place for the sea view. But they downgraded our room at their end due to lack of rooms facing the sea. Very disappointing.
