I just came to Yello hotel. Had to walk about 20 min in the hot sun from ferry terminal. When I told the male receptionist, he said they could have picked us up. Why not inform customers in advance.

I was booking online for this hotel, it said included shuttle bus to airport.

The location was pretty strategic. Rooms were very clean, and the AC was cold up to our liking. They have the amenities of usual hotels, but they're very quick with delivering requests.

I really like the hospitality. They provide free transfer from jetty to the hotel & help to settle all the luggages too. They give us beautiful birthday decoration for me & my daughter!

The location is excellent, with easy access to the Ferry Terminal and a wide variety of shops just steps away.

I came here for a 3D2N stay for the 2 bedroom villa. Price was really great with nice bfast buffet included. You have a great view of the sea, surrounded by greeneries. Don't really have a beach thou.

The twin bed room is kinda small for two person honestly and the table could be bigger.

Had a really pleasant stay at Ando Hotel Batam. We stayed in the Family Room and it was very spacious, clean, and comfortable for our family.

For RM80+, this room is good enough for a short stay. Overall, everything is okay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Harper Premier Nagoya Batam, and it was truly a five-star experience from start to finish.

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at Harper Premier Hotel Nagoya. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.

The room is well-maintained, which I really appreciate for a budget hotel. I would suggest adding a light, fresh air freshener in the room to give guests a better first impression.

Centrally located in Nagoya. Just opposite the famous Nagoya Food Court, and short distance to Nagoya Hill Shopping, F&Bs, Massage & Spa, etc… 10min from Harbour Bay.

I had a very pleasant stay at Beverly Hotel Batam. The hotel is well-located, making it easy to access shopping areas, restaurants, and main roads.

Stay 3D2N at this hotel with my family. Checkin was a breeze. Room was big and clean. There's a 24hr masage service in room Breakfast was ok with a good selection of food.
