Service was awesome, the place is quiet. Hotel lobby is quiet and has nice places to rest. There are nearby massage parlours, Nagoya hill shopping centre is nearby too so that's great. If you're looking for a nice dinner there's Windsor food court which is nearby too but can get very noisy.

Didn't actually stay there, just popped in to ask questions about tourist attractions and such. The staff were really professional and helpful, even though I wasn't a guest there! From the decor/ambience/cleanliness/dressing of the staff, I'd say this is probably one of the more upmarket hotels in batam. No idea about the cost though.

When we got there, we made our way to the reception counter. When we were checking in, the receptionist keep giving this dismayed look towards my dad like my dad doesn't belonged there. My dad was dressing rather casual with just shorts, a polo tee and slippers. I was annoyed but I kept it to myself. We also have to wait about 1 to 2 hrs before we could get the keycard to our rooms as there wasn't any rooms that were ready. Other than those issues, the entire stay at Nagoya Hill Hotel was rather pleasant. The room was clean and felt fresh. The beds were comfortable. They had a mini fridge with a few drinks and snack for free. The breakfast buffet that came with the stay was absolutely amazing. A great variety of choices to choose from. All and all, it was a great stay.

Although the hotel is nicely located right next to the shopping centre, the quality of sleep in this hotel is really bad. You will hear loud motorcycles riding past the entire night even with the windows closed. We were given a room on the tenth floor and yet the noise level did not reduce. We hardly got any sleep at all.

Conveniently located right next to the mall. Good breakfast spread. Beds are exceedingly comfortable. My only gribe is that the air-conditioning isnt cold. We had to ask housekeeping to check, and frankly they didn't have a clue what was wrong. We had put up with it since it was just one night.

Cleanliness well kept. Wz toiletries n coffee making counter, comfortable n conveniently next to shopping ctr. Great location in term of shopping.

This hotel is situated next to a shopping mall. The room is clean and spacious. I love their spread of breakfast buffet. Free use of gym, swimming pool and sauna for guests. There is message salon in the hotel. I have a first hand experienced to try their Hot Stone message. It is pretty good for 250, 000 rupiah.

The facilities are really good. The gym and swimming pool are of standard and the rooms are very cool. The toilets are very nicely designed and the breakfast spreads are amazing. The best part about it is that it is only a stones throw away from Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall.

A pretty new hotel in the middle of town. Nagoya hill is just a minutes away from this hotel, you can find foods, leisure, shopping, movies easily when you choose to stay in this hotel. As for pricewise, it might not be cheap but considering the conveniency, this hotel is definitely a good option.

Hotel facilities is great. Clean room and swimming pool. Services rendered are exceptional. Mini bar comes compliment. Location just beside nagoya hill shopping mall. What can you asked for more?

Next to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall with quite a good choice of eateries nearby. Rooms are big and decently comfortable, food is good and service is decently good.

Stay there 2nd time. Clean room and good service from the staff. The location is very near the mall and easy to go around Batam. Shelter pathway connected to the mall. Save money on transport. Recommend to stay.

A great hotel to stay over especially if going to Suka jadi or southlinks. Very good breakfast spread!

The room is condusive and clean. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simply superb. Best of all… It's just across the famous Nagoya Mall.

As a high star hotel management should make their guess free and comfortable to choose their transportation by apps not own decide by management to choose the only option with hotel taxi. Its very disappoint when hotel not allow us to use application to order taxi. Hope you will change your direction for your own good.

The service is really really good. And the food is so nice. Even the room are sooo worth my money and its soo nice.

It's a 1 minute walk to Nagoya Mall where you can find places to eat, drink and massage! The hotel is very comfortable!

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Nice service with delicious breakfast too, and the room also comfortable.

We tried it when it first opened. The food is so so and the room is standard. There's no cable yet at the time but it has smart TVs and Wi-Fi so you can at least watch some YouTube. Parking is not good but it is really close to the mall which is nice I suppose. It has nice interior decor but I'd not explored the place fully yet to know what they have. From what I heard the pricing had shot up drastically after a few months even for small rooms, so it'd be highly unlikely for us to visit again.

I was quite impress that there are security Guards outside the hotel but after I checked in, it's really disappointed with the hotel. The hotel receptionist made an unacceptable mistake during check in. They assigned me a room whereby it is already been occupied by another traveller. When I open the room door, I was shock to see other people's belongings in the room. Luckily there are no one in the room if not I will be invading others people privacy and I will not know will happen next. This is an unacceptable mistake whereby it should not happened in this hospitality industry. How will I be able to trust the staff that they won't assign my room to other traveller? The management really have to look into this matter seriously and to educate the staffs to take every steps to prevent such things to happen again.

Hotel is clean and spacious for the triple delux room. Toilet ventilation not so good, a bit of a musky smell. Overall a comfortable stay.

Comfy, cozy, delicious breakfast spread, friendly receptionist, u named it. They have it.

Location is awesome as its just beside Nagoya Hill Shopping Malls. Easy access.

Taxi there from Batam center is 70, 000. Don't get fooled into paying more than that fixed rate.

Near to Nagoya Hill shopping mall, there is even a sheltered link-way to the mall in a 5 min walking distance. Superb room that allowed an extra bed. Nice breakfast buffet. Friendly staff and good service.

An amazing stay and a great location — just beside Nagoya Hill Shopping mall. The room is clean, spacious and well lit. Breakfast spread is impressive and would satisfy even the fussiest eater. Service level is impressive as well.

Nagoya Mall is just beside. And the TV is very advanced.

I was surprised that this mall had everything! You can find Bon Chon, J. CO, and other delicious stuff in here. If you forgot to bring little somethings from your vacation at Singapore for your family at home, you can buy those stuff here (even with lower prices)!

All in one shopping mall. One of the best shopping mall at batam.

The mall is pretty popular for its various shops and cinema. You want to buy phones, Nagoya Hill has it. You want to buy clothes for your crush, Nagoya Hill got your back. You want to watch a movie, sure thing, Nagoya Hill has it. There are tons of foods right here and I won't believe if some people said that they can't find the foods that they like. The tourist are always here for a reason, there are tons of stuffs around. Finding a parking lot for your car is going to be hard. There are lots of parking lot but you have to go to the parking building to find one and it's incredibly frustating to find one on weekends. Other than that, this mall is a must if you want to find some stuff to buy.

For Batam Island this is the top of the line and my new most favorite stay.

One of the biggest mall in batam! Seems old to me, but it is big and has almost everything! Bad thing I encountered was both of the escalator is going upwards. Forcing my friends and I taking the lift! This place is good for foodie too!

Its a bizzare old feeling shopping center that smells like old aircon. So much stuff available though.

I booked 6room for 2nights holiday… cosy n clean hotel, satisfied n near to go shopping anytime u like… breakfast fantastic… will come again for the forth tyme… soon:)

A complete shopping mall in a region, you can find almost anything in here with reasonable price. be smart and do your bargain power, since there are some shop that need to be bargained. happy shopping!

Cause this mall has everything that I want! And the price are reasonable to shopping in this mall.

The iconic shopping center in Batam. Lot of stuff at reasonable price. There Are several money changers inside too. The building can use better maintenance though.

A good place to buy, to eat, and reasonable price, anything you need, all can buy from here, of course, you can exchange money here as well, btw, negoya hill hotel is just nearby the mall, a good place to stay when you come here.

Big shopping area. Lots of different stuffs and food places to try. There is an arcade area on the top most floor as well as a mini play area at the basement near their local hyper-mart. The hyper-mart also has an eatery that you can get local delights. This place was supposed to be called a hippies shopping area but I don't see many big brand names as well as very trendy clothing merchandise. Would come back but not specifically because it is a shopping heaven. It is one of the better shopping area in Batam though due to the size of the mall.

Good place for lotsa shopping and food. Lotsa "branded" stuff.

Nice & Simple Market and Shopping Mall.

That was my first experience of being aboard and I was here in Batam. Really enjoyed each & every moment of my stay over here and in other places of this city too. As for this shopping mall, a very nice place to spend our time in shopping and for other activities with our family or even alone. Really enjoyed here very much with my comrades…
