The environment is decent overall, though the interior feels a bit old. What I really liked was the TV — it offers YouTube and Netflix, which is a big plus.

Spent two days here for meetings and had a great experience. The venue is well-designed, with a high-ceiling ballroom that feels open and comfortable.

Stayed for 4 days in February and didn't want to leave! A beautiful boutique hotel, tranquil lush surroundings and tastefully decorated rooms which are so homely and comfortable.

I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Batam and had a really good experience overall.

I am impressed with this hotel for its well maintained and modern demeanour. The reception was well staffed with at least 4 check in crew and the process was very friendly and speedy.

We had a wonderful stay at Harris Resort Barelang. The ambiance was fantastic, with a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful surroundings.

Another great day at the tea tree spa. Wonderful always been coming for the past 13 years and the standard is still amazing.

Good location between two malls in walking distance, with ready access to some good restaurants and eating places as well. Room was clean and room service was prompt.

I visited Aglow Hotel Batam for an event and the experience was good. The security at the entrance greeted me politely and guided me to the motorbike parking area.

Happen to book this wonderful hotel just opposite Harbor Bay Ferry Terminal Batam. We took 2 Rooms with extra beds for the 6 of us 3 adults n 3 kids. Room was clean, spacious and full of amenities.

If there is one hotel to stay, you must check out Pacific Palace Hotel. The ambience, the service, the lobby bar, the restaurants was absolutely awesome!

I stayed here for 5 nights and 6 days, and overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The room was cozy, comfortable, and well-furnished.

Friendly and accommodating staff at the front desk, especially Nano and Yulia. We arrived before 12 noon with an elderly companion and initially only wanted to deposit our luggage and use the toilet.

Beautiful resort with a white sand private beach, 2 pools (beach infinity pool and garden pool), large garden area, water sports centre.

A beautiful resort that is clean and very well maintained — you can really see the effort the staff put into keeping the place in great condition.

Beautiful property but a bit old. Need some renovations especially in washrooms. It has old tiles, basins etc. It is one of the best location in Batam with private beach, clean swimming pool.

The Nongsa Turi Resort is only 15 mins from the airport making it very convenient.

The charm, secured, and safe environment of this Nongsa Point surrounding will always have a place in my heart.

Superb stay at Planet Holiday despite the fact that it is at least 30 years old (I first stayed there some 20 years ago).

Its a bit older hotel but service was great and rooms are big and lots have balconies! Swimming pool is also nice but most times u have to bring your own food n drinks.

Other than location is easily accessible, friendly staff and spacious room, the hotel itself is rather old and not well maintained.
