Yummy food 🥘 and family friendly.

The hotel was clean and they served us really friendly. And our children were happy because of the facilities.

Good place and nice environment.

We stayed during the pandemic of Covid-19 on May, eventhough they limitedly operating 2nd storey rooms but we can say the hotel is clean, nice and luxury look.
The room is fancy, has class and unique style.
the staffs were friendly.

Its was great hotel so far. I will come back here again. Love the bathroom shower. Very helpful. My wife lost her wallet and manage on time to get bck her wallet. Very friendly people. Breakfast not bad. A best place to chill with friends & Family. The most important my kids love it soooo much.

Simple and functional. Air-conditioning can be improved. Aircon thermostat is not really working. There is little things to do in the surroundings but a short taxi ride to Nagoya Mall is possible. Suitable for church camps.

Nice hotel but the gym was a disappointment. No free weights at all and no exercise mat even though the gym had lots of space. Breakfast sheaf was not that great.

So many nice & cooperative people in Ibis Style Hotel Batam. Make us very very enjoyable to take a photoshot.

Love this hotel for the clean room, interior room uniq design, the bed n pillow clean and convertable, central air condition cold, good menu for breakfast, clean swimming pool.

Nice pretty room. Nice breakfast. But location to other malls n eatery has a distance away. If location is nearer to malls is better.

This is a nice hotel, perfect for a retreat. The rooms are neat and new. It's a new hotel also in Batam. They have gym, swimming pool, meeting hall with a stage. It is a short bus ride from Nagoya Hill Shopping Centre.

Upon arrival, front desks staffs didnt seem to welcome us, not even a smile. Check in process was fast but the staff did not bother to explain to us the details for our stay as well as the hotel. Room overall standard is quite good especially with the decor and furnishing but cleanliness can be improved. Most staffs did not seem to understand what we asked or requested. Breakfast spread was alright but some food were not replenished although only a few tables were occupied at around 7.30am. Overall experience was bad and need a lot of improvement. Even though is under the Accor Hotels brand, the standard was way not there. Disappointing stay with such service.

Very different concept. Nice ambience. Really good rate. Room spacious and look fresh. I have been in 5 different hotels in Batam before with 4 star ranking. This is the my best choice!

We LOVED it! as it is a new place, you know for sure that everything is tip top. The rooms we got were of different design and its totally new. I hv been to ibis in some other places and I really love the concept they hv here in batam. D bed are super cozy; each wif a pillow and bolster. Now tat you dont need to fight for. D room will be any woman's favourite; mirror everywhere! 3 full length mirrors at the toilet sliding doors and u stl hv other mirrors too. D pool area is really suitable for family bonding; baby pool is just next to the playground. The adult pool is also suitable for those who cant swim; as it is of same depth 1.2m. My parents love the place and kept saying they will come back here. To Monica at the front desk!

Arrived on 01/09 with my whole family. Initially was impressed by the ambience and well mannered front office staffs. Requested for Connecting room but non was available. Well I Guess it's quite common that check in late may not have this request at all. Requested to change into bigger room or any joint room so my 3 children can be within my sight. Willing to pay but counter staffs says fully booked. In the end, settle for 2 separated rooms and I Guess I will be worried abt 3 of them coping by them self and need spare key just in case! After check in, realised that aircon control panel could not work in one of the room. Informed the front office to request for a technician to look into this matter while we go for our dinner. In the restaurant, just pass my family 2 menu which is almost torned down from 1 of the menu. Requested to have more menus but seems like the whole restaurants could not get anymore and can rely on this 2 menus. Asked the restaurants staff is there any promotional menu brochures and again could not find any! I have to walk out from the restaurant to go to the front office area just to see what is the promotional menu on the LED TV bill board! Finally, after finished my food order. I order some drinks and was told this no more and that no more already. I was totally! When my drinks came. A fruit fly was actually visible trying to play dead on my Ice. Luckily I always have a habit to look at ice before pouring my drinks in.
