Arrived on 01/09 with my whole family. Initially was impressed by the ambience and well mannered front office staffs. Requested for Connecting room but non was available. Well I Guess it's quite common that check in late may not have this request at all. Requested to change into bigger room or any joint room so my 3 children can be within my sight. Willing to pay but counter staffs says fully booked. In the end, settle for 2 separated rooms and I Guess I will be worried abt 3 of them coping by them self and need spare key just in case! After check in, realised that aircon control panel could not work in one of the room. Informed the front office to request for a technician to look into this matter while we go for our dinner. In the restaurant, just pass my family 2 menu which is almost torned down from 1 of the menu. Requested to have more menus but seems like the whole restaurants could not get anymore and can rely on this 2 menus. Asked the restaurants staff is there any promotional menu brochures and again could not find any! I have to walk out from the restaurant to go to the front office area just to see what is the promotional menu on the LED TV bill board! Finally, after finished my food order. I order some drinks and was told this no more and that no more already. I was totally! When my drinks came. A fruit fly was actually visible trying to play dead on my Ice. Luckily I always have a habit to look at ice before pouring my drinks in. Finished our meal and proceeded back to our room. Realised that aircon is working already for good 5 mins and decided to take a 2nd break. Have to call in technician to repair again and it decided to end the strike. Requested for extra pillow but was told due to full house occupancy. It is not possible
as the hotel have ran out of pillow I certainly hope the next 2 days will not have anymore problems!
