Good location, near to BCS Mall Top 100, Clean rooms at a moderate price. Breakfast was mediocre. However the irritating and obnoxious noise coming from the mosques was unacceptable.

The room itself is pretty nice and quite fairly priced. I do not recommend the restaurant at all. The food is mediocre at best but the cost is considerably high with additional 21% service charge.

Economical, BCS, A2 Food court within walking distance. Shuttle service available to nearby malls.

Good location, quiet surrounding, provide one way pickup from Batam Center or Habour Bay to Hotel. Free shuttle to Shopping Center, Hotel breakfast is good.

My family & I used to always stay at this hotel before they renovated it. Years after, we are finally back here & I am impressed with their new lobby looks. I saw some familiar faces still working there and their services are really good & they are very friendly. Breakfast menus are changed everyday so you won't get bored of eating the same thing. But there are so many mosquitoes early in the morning in the restaurant for breakfast. Although there are 21% service charge for the room service, it is still affordable and the food are worth it as it is delicious. Also, the portion is enough to make you full.

Its my go to hotel whenever I visit batam island, the staff are very friendly and the rooms are all very clean. Its very near Harbour bay ferry terminal and nagoya hill mall. BCS mall just 10 mins walk away behind the hotel where you can buy ya daily needs and drinks for ya stay. The reason I keep coming back are the food they serve in their room service menu, they're all so delicious and resonable price. Will definitely back here soon.

The room is nice and comfortable and clean. Hotel location also quite strategic because it's close to the local shopping mall. The service is friendly with professional staff. The only minus is the food doesn't taste as good as the price is.

Not very convenient. A2 food court the food pricing to expensive. You can get better price for food just beside Da Vienna Boutique Hotel. Room wise its good enough quite spacious. But location wise not very convenient to nagoya hill mall. But BCS is very near.

Clean room friendly staff. Just 10 mins walk to city square mall. Free shuttle to Nagoya hill shopping mall. Various delicious food in buffet breakfast.

Hotel was clean & nice but only thing was their breakfast! It was bland! They need to make it have flavor & they have to put more foods that are for breakfast like sausages? Overall hotel was.

89 Hotel in batam, but I can use map to vew and found the place esey including photo and sky, not only sg or m'asia, first time I in batam, map is use full.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. The room is clean and neat. It is also 5 min walk from BCS mall which is great. The Wi-Fi is also strong. The only thing which I am not satisfied is the breakfast which the hotel provided. The fried rice and noodle were bland and too add on there is no sausage for their breakfast. I hope that the food will improve.

The lady receptionist Very Unfriendly, the hotel was fully booked due to Xmas holiday, I reached at 10 am to check in But was told dat check in time is at 2 pm. When I asked the 2nd time after half an hr later, was rudely answered by the lady reception. Forward the matter to the reception Mgr who was much much friendlier. Finally got the rm at around 1130 am. Wat an Unpleasant Stay!

Hotel bagus bintang 3 tp mewah banget. Tenang untuk yg ingin istirahat. Disekililing banyak jualan kaki lima dan dekat dengan mall2 batam.

Haven't been staying at this hotel for quite a while as previously its furniture and room a bit run-down. I guess recently its been refurbished as now I can see that its more elegant. Room much better. Will take note of this hotel for my next visit.

The hotel is good. Although it might not be the best one I have stayed in Batam, but the staff friendliness is a plus. The spa centre within the hotel is good too. Worth staying there during the next Batam trip :)

Good Hotel but Lack Service from Receptionist staff. Room good but still have dust in many place. But thumb up for the locations cause easy for find food. Good luck and please settle the service problem and more inspection for the room Thanks.

Nice hotel. Fresh air and good ambient.

Good respectful hotel close to Nagoya hill and relatively cheap also. Have KTV inside and very nice food. Family oriented during the day and KTV is adult themed at night.

Thanks to 89Hotel for the room (5815) decoration for my husband's birthday on 2nd January 2017. Special thanks to Ms Monica & team for the awesome job. This is the 2nd time we celebrated new year here. More years to come. Nice people & food. Tip top service. For sure will come back here more often :) :)

Hmm… a bit costly. a hotel that provides convenience in the middle of town.

Located near BCS Mall and A2 Food Court. Hotel is good, clean and neat always. Currently under renovation. Visited again… renovation partially done… nice!

I really love this hotel. Have been to Batam for quite a number of times and Hotel 89 has been my and my family choice. The staff are very friendly. Good and fast service. My family just love the food served by the hotel restaurant. I'll definitely recommend families and friends to this hotel.

The place is nice, Staff's all are lovely n helpful. Place is neat n clean. Wonderful place to stay. Good breadfast.
