For the price is not a 4 star, I was this weekend, the only thing I rescue are the beds and lunch, the spa, several things not working, the pool full. For being that they give turn.

The place is very nice, but only in the pool we had excellent attention… One of the ladies receptionist with short hair and glasses attended us with very little manners… a pity, because one goes to those kinds of places to relax. Entering, being made to wait and being treated badly the truth is not recommended. They also caught our attention in the locker room, where there is a jacuzzi because we were "talking", not screaming… A pity that they have staff with a lack of education…

It is not advisable to use the garage service, it has a cost of 600 pesos and they charge you 1000. It is very annoying the service they provide in this regard and they charge more time than actually taken. A pity because the rest of the service is acceptable.

If you go in season you are charged separately in addition to the charge for using a garage: both things are excessive: for the total price should include both services since the spa itself is the heated pool, a jacuzzi, a dry sauna and another wet. Services such as massages and so on I do understand that they assume extra cost. The rooms are small but little noisy and cozy. The restaurant service is very good. I would come back but not in high season where I think it would get very uncomfortable since it has no features for one to be comfortable with so many people.

The bathroom was not very big but with everything you need. The kitchen had minibar, microwave and electric kettle, it is great to be able to heat what you have leftovers from some food, and unlike other hotels to have cooler you always have fresh drink and you can keep your food. Coming down the elevator on the 3rd floor you have the entrance to the spa, the pool is huge, always clean, the whirlpool is great, the best thing is that in your suitcase you do not have to carry towels, obviously give you everything to bathe, apart you get the robes for the spa or the pool and I thought Or amazing we got the towels for the beach inside a bag ready to take away and enjoy your day. The breakfast is varied, you have from bills, cake, toast, fruit, cold cuts to scrambled eggs with bacon! The attention is excellent of all, but all the employees… I only have to congratulate them and recommend 100% the hotel!
