As a 4 star hotel, I believe the level of service was really not up to standards. Our enquiries were not well handled as our check in time was supposed to be 2pm for 2 rooms as per agoda but we waited till 4.30pm and the rooms were still not done. Also, its not about the check in time anymore as we have already waited. The main point is that they said one room was completed constantly but in actual its not completed. So well thats honesty yeah? We are not being unreasonable but the hotel lobby was filled with crowd at first but it’s empty at about 430pm! I believe the reasoning like oh the rooms were over booked yesterday, there is not enough housekeeping so overall its really a bad experience and service. But the customer service agent was considered patient so no offence taken.

Spotted a flat dead cockroach on the floor mat in the bathroom. Fixtures in the bathroom wasn't stable. Tower and bedsheet does not smell fresh. Dusty carpet. However, overall other facilities are alright. There was one morning where tap water turned bright orange/brownish for sometime. Breakfast buffet varieties can be better.

I think only thumbs up for the location as it is near to shopping centre and the big size room. Besides these, a bit disappointed… the pillows r too high, no shower caps provided, can find some rubbish below tables in the room. The buffet breakfast quite disappointing. Will consider elsewhere for the next trip to Btm.

Location was conveniently to a shopping mall. However, hotel stay experience was a disappointment. 1) they have 4 lifts but only 3 were working. In the evening one of the 3 lifts broke down and was trapped inside for 8-10mins. They force open the lift door and everyone that were trapped inside quickly rushed out. I worried the lift will suddenly move again while we were rushing out of the lift. Luckily it was non eventful. In the end, only 2 lifts were in working condition. It was so so so difficult and has become a chore to take the lift and almost need to wait for 10mins to get into it. At times we took stairs. 2) water heater was out of order for 2 days. Has to shower with cold water. Imagine if you had a kid or baby, what would u do? 3) there were baby cockroaches in the bathroom. Not 1 but a family of 5-7. BCC seriously will need to take some strict action to uphold and maintain their hotel. If not they are going to lose business to nearby hotels.

Hotel apartment is infested with cockroaches, if you are fine it, probably a 4 star rating then. Hotel services is still fine. But… As its a holiday trip (not a army cohesion) I rather not to torture myself to integrate with these cockroaches.

It was supreme. The staff there was friendly, there's even a swimming pool I went to which was super fun, a time to chillax! The hotel had rooms like a house, super nice! The location was also very good, lots of nice food restaurants and shopping malls nearby. Overall, it was great and I really hope to go there again.

Lift access took 15min to board. It will be better to build additional lift access especially Fireman lift. For efficiency and safety.

Spacious rooms, good view of Batman if you can get a room in one of the high floors. Live band available in one of the open air pub's nearby. Shopping centre nearby.

Checked into BCC hotel at 4pm yesterday. Was given room 1208 & 1209 but was told by the counter that room service had to check room 1209 first to confirm ok before we can go in. So we stayed for a while at 1208 till they told us 1209 was ok. Did not think much of it… Did not use the room except to put our luggages and left for the mall beside it. Came back at around 10pm. Found a few small cockroaches in the toilet sink. After shower, found another cockroaches inside the fridge and another one crawling on my luggage. Started to look around and found a few small cockroaches near my shoes and when I start picking up — they all ran under the bed. Tried to shift the bed and more were running around near below the bed. My Son on the other bed started to check and found one cockroach crawling out of his pillow where he was just sleeping on. Called front desk and they immediately inform us that they will change our room. I immediately open the room door to wait for them and found 2 house keeping guys walked past my room holding a can of pesticide. I called them and told them about my room condition and they offered to use the pesticide to spray. But I told them that I am waiting for some one from front desk to come up to change my room but offered to show them the “evidence “ in my room. Also asked one of guy why if there are so many cockroaches and if they knew about it. He just smiled … Was given room 1220 which is a Premier room.

Poor food quality and taste. Not up to standards of a 4 star hotel. Rooms are spacious. Price affordable. Good location, near to shopping centre and eateries.

Wonderful place to stay overnight, hotel is relatively is clean and although the furniture is a little tired, it fits the purpose and is comfy. Toilets are big as well and beds very comfortable. The hotel is well situated near a mall and market, which serves to meet the needs of a leisurely traveller. Food nearby is delectable and really affordable. Hotel is affordable as well provides great value. Would definitely return to the hotel again.

Customer service are polite and smooth during check-in. Room are spacious but cleanliness can be improve. Overall satisfied with the stay.

Location of hotel is great. Convenient with a mall right beside it. Service is excellent as well. The down side is the room are not exactly clean. Bed sheet has stains and smells. Breakfast is free, but horrible. Don't expect too much from it.

Kamarnya besar, tapi "sepi". Lantainya kayu, tapi sudah banyak guratan jd terkesan tidak bersih. Keset dan handuk sudah tidak bagus seratnya, bahkan keset di kamar saya sudah sobek sisi2nya. Makanan juga tidak memuaskan. Saya prefer makan di luar hotel saja. Satu-satunya yang cukup menyenangkan adalah lokasinya di samping Batam City Square mall yang cukup lengkap.

Big dorm for single person. Good view to Singapore buat less options for breakfast.

We check in on 16-Feb-2018 stay over at Room 609 & 610. There are no hair dryer & not enough towel to used. When I called up no. 3-Room Service, I was told to call no. Zero. For towel & dryer. When I have called up zero I was told no towel & no dryer. What! Why? What kind of service is this? At the same time, I also called to said that Room 610 cloth hanger screw is unscrewed & that the hanger fell off. Why are there so many problem. Why things are faulty but yet undone before customers check-in.? honestly, our Family always love to stay in BCC, unfortunately service isn't getting better. There is no excuse for having/being "peek period" that service went down. Please buck up for future service.

It a nice and modern hotel Around 15min distance from port to hotel Front office staff is warm welcome for all guests Hotel room was huge Swimming pool. Free Wi-Fi, security check at the entrance, bar, game area. Restaurant was available in till midnight Breakfast normal More than 20 floor Behind the hotel waking distance is a local food court Beside the hotel is shopping mall.

Stayed in a 2-room apartment for 1 night. The hotel is located near BCS mall an a hawker centre, which provided all the food and shopping for a weekend getaway. Room is sufficiently clean although the provided amenities are abit lacking — no hair dryer or microwave oven. Breakfast is provided as well although the taste is nothing fantastic. You might find better tasting food elsewhere. For all the negatives, the price is comparatively cheap compared to some others.

Location: walking distance/ less crowded — shopping mall, amazing food stalls, affordable massage, KTV Rooms: choice of hotel or apartment, all well maintained and comfortable, gives off a luxurious yet homey feel. Service: never have been disappointed by their politeness and patience. 10 star for their customer service and ready to help attitude by the receptionist and bell boy. Amenities: swimming pool that cater to all ages, gym, massage parlour, bar and karaoke…

Location is great. The room is has poor lighting and the floor doesn't feels clean. Customer service is good but often the rooms are not ready on time.

I actually love staying at BCC because of its location. So near and convenient to get to the mall and many food and massage parlours/spas nearby without having to take a taxi. And the area is actually cheaper than Nagoya Hill. The bed is huge and comfortable. Although the detergent fragrance is a little too strong to some, but still ok. Room is also huge compared to most other hotels. Downside is Cockroaches. They never fail to appear each time we stayed there. The worse was during our third stay. I have phobia of bugs especially cockroaches. Therefore that has to be the last stay.

Visited this lovely place with my mum and we weren't disappointed. It's very clean and offers some "feel at home" ambience. We stayed on the 20th floor and the views from both rooms were great. The stuff as portrayed in the picture were as friendly throughout our stay. The Sous Chef (Sugeng Notto) and Team Captain whose name has eluded me we thank you! Till we meet again.

The location is good, with nearby shopping centre and massage parlour, great service from hotel and price budget.! Highly recommended.

Right next to BCS mall, less crowded version of Nagoya Hill shopping mall. Decent hotel with relatively flexible late check-out policy.

Wonderful hotel. Spacious room. Stay in room type with own whirlpool tub. Excellent.

I admit I have to agree with the positive reviews. Especially the services from the staff. Simply great.

Close proximity to batam city center mall. Rooms are comfortable and huge, great for families and in general, a weekend staycation. Food provisions are not the best, in comparison to the food which can be found in the market a mere 10 minutes away.

A good and comfy place to stay. The hospitality was nice and the location was good with a big shopping centre nearby. Too bad the access was a bit difficult and the condition of the road was bad. Oh, it also has a great view of the harbour and Singapore as well.

The hotel building is good. But I'm not satisfied with the food and room service. I called the room service to fix the air conditioner but nobody came until the next day.

Large room with large swimming pool. The gym room is also quite established. Recommended hotel to go in Batam.

Comfortable hotel for leasure.

Whit? Nae square sausage, tattie scone n black pudding and a roll n butter fur brekies haha. The hotel and the rest of Batam needs regenerated badly. The staff though are friendly and helpful and service was excellent, maintenance guy was quick to respond when the room tripped, no bad. Expect to be looked at if yer a westerner, a lot.

One of the best hotel in batam island and it seems to have one of the best service and rooms comparable to Nagoya hotel. Breakfast is included and hotel personnel is able to catch a cab for you saving a lot of hassle.

Horrible! Extremely Disappointed. Hotel room reeks of sewage smell. Checked in to the hotel on the 8th dec. Check in was extremely slow taking ages for them to process. Room was indeed large and spacious but very old and dirty. Bath towels were extremely dirty. We do not dare to shower with the dirty towels. We stayed on the 21st floor and has to endure the stinky sewage smell the whole day and night. We complained about the smell but they could not care less. Request for additional pillow and was told they cannot provide. Head frame was very dusty and there were cockroach in the room. Got bitten in my arms and thought. Yes It's near the BCS mall but the walkway there is stinky and uneven road. Breakfast was terrible. The food is horrible. It's the most horrible hotel I ever stayed in. Will never never step into this hotel again.

Strategic … complete facilities and serve tolerable … recomended.

Everything was alright except for the staff and room handling. Staff abit blur and doesnt know how to react to customers needs. Concierge service was great. Security and taxi was not a problem. Good area cause its very nearby to almost everything such as foodplace and shopping malls. Poolside was great with sauna. Breakfast was not bad. Room was spacious but abit dirty. Overall not bad. Just need improvements for housekeeping and reception counter. Then it will be great. Will comeback for a second time to see any improvements.

This is the first 4 star hotel that really spoilt my holiday. I stayed at BCC Hotel for 2 nights with my wife and 2 grand-children. We had paid for 2 adults and 2 children and also paid for an extra bed. When we entered the room, we saw only 2 towels, 2 cups and tea/coffee, and bottled water for 2 persons. Much later, an old rickety extra bed was brought in. When I called Housekeeping they said they will give an extra towel because in their mind, extra bed means one extra person. I kept clarifying that we have 2 children and that we need 2 extra towels and cups they reluctantly gave one more towel, nothing else. The next morning, more surprises were in store. When we went for breakfast, the staff refused to let us go in unless we paid for an extra child. When I explained we had already paid for the 2 children, the same mindset came across when the staff staid we had one extra bed so that means 3 people. It was getting unbelievable and I was losing my patience. On principle, I refused to pay and told him that they can call their manager to speak to me. Only then did they let us through. The same thing happened the second morning. This time I had my hotel receipt with me and I showed the staff but he wasn't convinced. I had to speak to the reception again and this time I threatened to see their CEO. I was allowed to go for breakfast, but by then our appetite was gone. By the way the food is below average for most items and the coffee is undrinkable because it is so diluted.

Service sucks. Asked for an adapter took 20 minutes to get brought to my room, didn't work took another 45 min to get another one.

Nice big rooms. Plenty of food and shopping nearby.

Everything is great but staff service need to improve. Love the bathroom very much and room is clean and nice night view. Good location because shopping mall and food court is right behind the hotel.
