Had a wonderful stay in Batam and I’m truly impressed with this hotel’s service.
The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

This was our first time visiting Batam, and we chose favehotel for our 3 days and 2 nights stay. We truly enjoyed our time here.

I had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The highlight of my experience was definitely the excellent service provided by the staff, especially Dini and Willy.

I just came to Yello hotel. Had to walk about 20 min in the hot sun from ferry terminal. When I told the male receptionist, he said they could have picked us up. Why not inform customers in advance.

I was booking online for this hotel, it said included shuttle bus to airport.

Everything here felt great. It was peaceful, clean and calm. A perfect spot to rest during a trip. This hotel has a unique vibe which is amazing. The staff was really polite and welcoming.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Harbour Bay Boutique Hotel and Spa, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

The location is excellent, with easy access to the Ferry Terminal and a wide variety of shops just steps away.

The food and drinks were very delicious. I really enjoyed it, especially the service. The waitress named Cindy was very kind and did a good job. Thank you, I am very happy.

Had a wonderful stay at KTM Resort Batam.

I came here for a 3D2N stay for the 2 bedroom villa. Price was really great with nice bfast buffet included. You have a great view of the sea, surrounded by greeneries. Don't really have a beach thou.

Amazing place. Toilet floor was wet, please fix the leaky bidet tap. Apart from that, top-notch service, sparkly clean room!

The twin bed room is kinda small for two person honestly and the table could be bigger.

Had a really pleasant stay at Ando Hotel Batam. We stayed in the Family Room and it was very spacious, clean, and comfortable for our family.

Reasonable price and have a good service. Room was nice and smells very good.

A helpfull staff and fast response and room are affordable cheap and quiet as well. Come back for next trip.

The weather is very hot, but the air-conditioning is cool enough. The place smells nice, the décor is pleasant, and the restroom is clean. The bed isn’t very clean but still acceptable.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Eska Hotel. The romantic room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean, making our anniversary celebration even more special.

Perfect place to stay if you didn't want to spend money to travel to malls in Batam. It is very very close to Grand Batam Mall, and you can even just walk across the road just to go to BCS mall.

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at Harper Premier Hotel Nagoya. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.

I had a very pleasant stay at Beverly Hotel Batam. The hotel is well-located, making it easy to access shopping areas, restaurants, and main roads.

Stay 3D2N at this hotel with my family. Checkin was a breeze. Room was big and clean. There's a 24hr masage service in room Breakfast was ok with a good selection of food.

The room is spacious and well-equipped — TV with plenty of channels, a fridge that works perfectly, and a clean bathroom complete with bidet, toiletries, and a great hot shower.

Old Hotel tucked on top of the hill with scenic views Batam all round. Nice environment and fresh air but apartments lack a little repair. Hotel is old but still ok with big rooms.

The Crown Vista Hotel in Batam is truly magnificent and offers everything you could possibly need and more. There are countless positives about this hotel.

I love everything about this hotel. Yes its an old hotel but they are trying thier best to maintain a good place.

Very near to the Jetty. Overall service is great. Children play room is superb, my daughter is having a fun time there.

Reception is very friendly and helpful. Near hotel has a lot of local food and restaurant. I will be back to this hotel when I will go to Batam next time.

Good and clean hotel! Surprisingly nice!
We booked a family room, and the soundproof is weak. But we are able to sleep through the night.

Standard room space is acceptable though some may find it small, comes with a window which is a bonus.
Basic set up, no wardrobe or closet to hang clothes but have few clothes hangars.

My room was very clean and had a nice scent. The bathroom was fully equipped with everything I needed. The Wi-Fi worked smoothly throughout my stay.

Staffs were very helpful and polite. The rooms is ok for the price. Front desk is very efficient when ask for the toiletries etc. Breakfast spread is a plus for its varieties and standard.

Good location. Near to many eateries & massage places.
Nearest shopping is Nagoya Hill mall that's within walking distance.
My double room comes with a window that looks out to another building wall.

Location is good as it is near to the Pujabahari Market (to purchase local delicacies and bask in the market atmosphere) and Harbour Bay Jetty.
