The environment is beautiful and very inviting.

In my opinion, during my visit to Batam, this is the best hotel so far. The location is excellent, right next to Batam Harbour Bay. Very easy if you want to cross to Singapore or vice versa.

I have stayed at Montigo for various occasions and have seen the physical changes in the property throughout the years. The newly revamp Kids Club was great.

Staying at Montigo Resorts Nongsa was a truly memorable experience.

Had a really nice stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was honestly one of the best parts, lots of choices and everything tasted fresh.

Have stayed over at this hotel a few times. Room is usually clean and comfortable. Lobby receptionist and generally the staffs there are overall friendly.

Stayed for 4 days in February and didn't want to leave! A beautiful boutique hotel, tranquil lush surroundings and tastefully decorated rooms which are so homely and comfortable.

My sister and I just returned from four wonderful days post-cruise at Tempat Senang Boutique Hotel 10Feb to 14 Feb and stayed in the Thai room. It was a perfect way to end our trip.

Room overlooking the lake view was gorgeous and spacious for myself and hubby. Amenities were sufficient and also have free minibar drinks.

Very nice hotel just that location is a bit off the main city. There is free shuttle service but need to make advance reservation.
But Grab car is cheap dont have to wait for shuttle.

Affordable and clean accomodation. Basic simple buffet breakfast, basic amenities (small pool and gym) but has a IndoMart just 5min walk away.

Had a little birthday stay and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They even prepared a mini decor in my room which made the day feel extra special.

The rooms is extremely clean, staffs are very polite even though it's their fasting month. One of the staff that escort us across the streets safely and back even its not part of their jobs.

Overall we had a pleasant experience. The room was new, clean, and well-maintained, which we truly appreciated. The facilities also felt fresh and comfortable.

My always go to place when I need a one-feet-away staycation from harbourbay ferry terminal. Service was good, all staffs are very nice and friendly. Of course its very affordable too~

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Harbour Bay Boutique Hotel and Spa, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

My friends and I had a wonderful 3-day stay at the hotel. We were warmly greeted and well taken care of throughout our stay by the kindest, most professional, and friendliest staff — Ariff and Faris.

Vegetarian breakfast buffet spread was good. Affordable room rates. Nothing much to complain at this price point.

Manage to Book a room with add bed request. Room is comfortable and staff is friendly.

Our second stay at AP Premier (Dec 22-26) confirmed it: this is THE hotel for our family in Batam.

2nd floor is connected to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall. Convenient even when it rains.
Traditional "atas" hotel room. No socket/charging point next to bed.

I'm giving 4 stars but want to give 3.5 stars and this is not from my face to face staff interactions, those were great.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Resort Batam last weekend.
The hotel had a high rating and provided excellent service.
The staff were friendly and helped me with everything I needed.

Good location between two malls in walking distance, with ready access to some good restaurants and eating places as well. Room was clean and room service was prompt.

I and my family had an excellent stay at Aston Inn Gideon Batam.
The room service was fast, attentive, and very professional.

I had a splendid evening here at ESKA hotel. We had our hitea with the 3 of us. Our server Julfry who is also the head bartender was delightful and amazing. He was genuinely kind and so polite.
