We had an incredible stay at Hotel del Parque. Even arriving early at 5:30 AM, the staff were welcoming and accommodating with our luggage.

I dropped in because I’m planning a wedding. The staff is exceptional here. William showed me the entire hotel and I’m definitely bringing my entire family back next year to stay here!

I was traveling alone and had a major surgery. All the employees were so attentive and made my stay absolutely excellent and comfortable when I needed them the most. Sincerely, thank you.

Excellent service—from reception to room service. Luis and Kyona provided spectacular world-class service and deserve a medal. Dylan, Julio, Carlos, and Ericka were phenomenal in the breakfast realm.

Had the private room. Great to have personal space with air conditioning and a personal bathroom. No hot water. Service was great. It was quiet at quiet time.
