I was in the conference room, but in reality the facilities are very similar to the competition. What I liked was the food, rich and portions normal. Maybe the parking lot without elevator and kingfish.

Very nice, good attention there was a bad smell on our floor I guess he was cleaning the bathrooms and taking out the trash but it was the first time that happened to me for the rest excellent.

Great hotel. It is very close to the airport, but not to close to be disturbed by planes noise. It is very modern, and it has amazing views, either to the river side or to the "faro" (a light house), in the Santa Ana hill. The staff is super helpful and friendly, and the rooms are really nice and clean. There is a good (kind of expensive though) restaurant, but the food quality, the options and the service are quiet good. They also have a very complete spa, with a pool, saunas, Jacuzzis, and a gym — all with great views. The internet speed is not one of their strengths, but I would definitely come back because of all the other reasons.

Beautiful place overlooking the Guayas River. Modern Hotel with two restaurants with varied and delicious menu. It has parking in front of the hotel. Very good attention.

Very large rooms. Nice sea-view from our room on 7 th floor. A short drive from the airport picked by the Hotel Shuttle bus. A very tasty cold welcoming drink (Guayaquil is almost on the equator and very humid) was provided, check in was quick & efficient, bags were taken up to the room by a porter who explained every aspect of the room (fridge/minibar, aircon, coffee maker, TV, safe, shower). Our rooms were identical for both visits and were on the front of the hotel with views extending across the river, lovely to look at during daylight hours but also good at night with all the little boats and the waterfront all lit up. The good sized room itself was a little sterile/bland but the bed was very comfortable and the shower dispensed plenty of hot water.

Excellent place with wonderful and helpful staff. Nice and clean rooms. Will not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

Tourist area of Puerto Santa Ana Guayaquil, nice place to visit and recreate, there are bars and restaurants very nice site and the security of the site is the most.

Excellent, they do events in the part that adjoins the Malecon. The best is the tranquility of the site that is in the back, especially at dusk that starts to run a soft breeze that makes you feel very relaxed.

Great place to stay with spacious and clean rooms. The rooftop pool and the private jacuzzis are perfect to relax. Breakfast was ok too, could have a bit more choice for a 5-star place though. Only 4 stars because of styrofoam coffee cups in the room instead of normal porcelain cups. Also the whole packaging to get one coffee pad is just ridiculous! It's 2018, so please think about the environment a little bit.

Luxury Hotel, ideal for special occasions. It has a restaurant and venues for events. The stay is expensive; However it is of high comfort and has several excellent services. Overlooking the Guayas River and is close to major tourist attractions, plus close to the city center.

Actually this property was great for many different reasons. The rooms are Good, nothing special but comfortable and had all you needed. The staff are amazing from front desk to restaurant and bar and housekeeping. All very polite and friendly. Location was good. Close to airport and things to see. Pool on the rooftop was good addition. Gym slightly too small and not enough weights. Other then that I would highly recommend.

This place is wonderful, the hotel is located on the banks of Guayas River, surrounded by colonial and modern architecture where you can go sightseeing. Nightlife is perfect too, a lot of outdoors bars and restaurants make your nights a joyful experience.

Very relaxing dining alfresco on the patio. Service was good. We ordered a sushi boat 28 pieces for approximately $50 the wait for our order was 20 minutes besides the wait it was excellent. I will definitely be going back.

Comfortable room, great views, good restaurant. As part of a guided tour, we spent our last night in Ecuador at this Wyndham. My only regret is that we did not get to stay in Guayaquil longer, it's a vibrant, interesting city. We had dinner at the Wyndham's restaurant, it was my favorite meal of the entire trip. Seabass cooked to perfection, nicely seasoned — just an excellent dish. They had a salad bar and dessert bar, too. Both were excellent.

The food at this site is very rich, but the michelada is SPECTACULAR, as is the sushi. The part that is outside with a view of the river is very pretty. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The sector in which is located the hotel is cheap and safe.

The best hotel in the traditional center of Guayaquil, close to all the shops, banks, malecon, and at the foot of the famous parke Seminar, better known as parque las iguanas. If you want to know the taste of the traditional dishes of Guayaquil yesterday, your cafeteria you must come.

Located on Av. 9 de octubre it's located near some of Guayaquil's tourist areas. Close to certain cafés. As far as the hotel goes, excellent service and friendly staff and huge breakfast buffet.

Reception staff very bad! Breakfast ok although with a bit of confusion (buffett, but with coffee served). Cleaning normal. Overall, expensive for what it offers.

It was a good stay but service in the restaurant was incredibly awful. We waited for our food for 2 hours and staff was under trained. I would recommend staying here but going somewhere else for meals.

It is a comfortable hotel located in the most commercial of Guayaquil and close to the Malecon 2000 and many interesting places to visit. Its facilities are in good condition.

Today, June 9, we were with our Teacher, Unforgettable, Dr. Anita Gomez, by tasting the Breakfast Buffet. Delicious products. Very good customer service. Congratulations and forward. I've gone to conferences more than anything and is super cool the space is big and their personal care is excellent.
The restaurant buffet is excellent and voucher worth it should go much hunger and have a palate q likes trying new things laa and the blend of flavors.

The staff has excellent service and the food is very good. The location is perfect to get away from the city even though that isn't quite separate from it.
