I had a great experience. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The staff was very nice, professional and attentive at all times.

Beds were very comfortable. Nice breakfast. Iced coffees with breakfast were excellent. Bar was good.

We spent one night and it was amazing!
The check in procedure was smooth and they also gave us the room earlier as we arrived in the morning. The room is clean and spacious.

The hotel is very well located, centrally, close to Bolivar boulevard and to all the sights located on the Malecon. The restaurant is ok, good food, high quality.

The entire experience was exceptional. The personnel demonstrated a high level of professionalism and friendliness, creating an environment that feels like a home away from home.

Always a fun family time at sheraton Guayaquil. Everyone makes us feel like at home. Rooms are clean food is great. Service, Sauna and steam rooms are our highlights.

I thought the lobby was great but they rooms were cheap looking, 😕 I've been a Marriott member for over 20 years and the rooms were plain and under designed. I think they had a 32" TV on the wall.

This hotel is more of a resort quality, it boasts so many amenities; large expansive outdoor pools with a bar built in and two restaurants immediately adjacent to. They offer 24 hr gym and FULL SPA

I have stayed at Hotel Puerto Pacifico twice now. The first time I needed transportation to the airport and the second time I needed transportation from the airport.

Easy walk from the airport. Good sized rooms. Clean. Comfortable. Roof top pool is a great place to relax. A good choice for an overnight stay near the airport.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me carry my bags up the stairs. The private room was clean and showers good. I met some cool folks the next morning who advised me on bike routes.

Lovely hostel! I loved the yard with hammocks and a pool. The staff are super friendly and spread a very chill vibe. Urdesa as a neighbourhood is quiet and feels safe.
