A good place the pool could cater until later.

I had to stay for work and there were bugs in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

For the price, the service is poor. The rooms don't seem so nice to me. Defective TV remote Control, old and rustic cupboard, breakfast does not identify food… you don't know what everything is… if you would expect something best for the price.

At the reservation request the modernised rooms with split air conditioner. The staff are nice and helpful the rooms and they are clean, the breakfast has only the essentials.

Good place to stay, it shows that it is remodeled and they did a good job, but they must improve some details how: the parking in the front is not very comfortable, additional the dining room must be passed to the building back and you have to cross the public thoroughfare, what in my case by the rain was annoyed, additional the air conditioner is very large and old should remodel that as well as it does not fit with all the effort they made when remodeling.

A good place to stay a few days, basic gym, I liked the spaghetti with shrimp from the restaurant, about 200 meters there are 2 shopping centers and it is safe to walk.

I did not like it, I got a room that was not clean, the bed was undone and the bathroom dirty, I moved to another that has moisture on the walls.

Food options are scarce. The breakfast is really bad, the coffee of the worst I tried in my life.
The rooms are very noisy, the air conditioning team makes so much noise that it doesn't let you sleep.
It does not have a single outlet near the light table, there is only one above the minibar, you can not connect the charger of the phone and the computer at the same time, something incredible for a hotel.
The only really good thing is the attention of the staff.
I asked for a late check-out (18 hours) and they charged me the full day.
If I had to choose, I would not go back to this hotel.

Noisy neighborhood. The a/c in the gym doesnt work. Te a/c in the rooms sounds horrible. The service is not very polite. For the price not recommended at all.

Uncomfortable beds. Basic rooms. A. C. Unit sounds like a aircraft propeller. No bedside lamp. Pool open till 8 pm. Crawling things… I leave it at that.

I enjoyed excellent service good location close to shopping centres, despite being in a central location there is no noise, I agree that they should improve the issue of the key cards that are desprograman and there are q to go down to the reception to q re-schedule for the rest I like a lot I will be going back in any time.

It's a good hotel in Guayaqil. But sometimes have problems like internet is getting slow, Breakfast is almost same for everyday, most of the people in reception are speaking in Spanish. Apart from this is a ok hotel. For one week staying this is fine but not for the longest time.

Positive aspects: hotel clean, economical, close to the airport and some shopping places, breakfast rich, clean and friendly restaurant staff. Negatives: very difficult to sleep by the sound of airplanes, doors noises are heard to open and close. All voices from the outside, much noise heard by buses that pass on the street. Refrigerator in the room where I stayed was not used. Things to improve: to totally close the door of the bathroom, the bathroom mirror is very high. It would be ideal that was placed in room alarm clock. Television must be positioned opposite the bed, not a side to uncomfortable watching TV from side. They must place a information number mark to speak to reception and how to dial abroad). They must desonorizar rooms.
