Guayaquil Hotels

Here’s a natural, warm Google review that highlights the hotel and the staff without being too long.

My experience at the Unipark Hotel was excellent and look forward to my next stay soon. From the receptionist to the room service the personnel were great and professional.

The staff made me feel at home straight away. Nothing was too much trouble and went above and beyond there line of duty. All with a smile and no stress. Top notch! Well done Raddison.

I had a lovely stay here and the staff are very helpful and kind especially Hector. The bed is one of the best beds I’ve ever slept on and the rooms are very high end.

Really enjoyed our Stay at the Ibis.
The room was clean and comfortable with a great view. The location across from the boardwalk was ideal and the restaurant was Terrific.

We chose this hotel for it's location and everything was fine. No issues with the room. The clerk that greeted us was very nice and even gave us some wine glass for our room!

I had a great stay at the hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable.

Best hotel location close to the airport, by the Malecón 2000. From the hotel shuttle to security personnel, front desk welcome and service, our experience started on a relaxing note.

Fanny Paltan, proprietor, is the Hostess with the Mostess. She assisted our time in Ecuador tirelessly every step of the way with critical information about being safe in the country.

I have been to Guayaquil 3 times since 2022 and each time I have stayed this wonderful family run hotel, the latest being this past week.

Very friendly service in this elegant and modern hotel. Room was clean and updated. Bathroom had hot water and room had A/C. My room came with breakfast included. Breakfast was very good.

Nice hotel with cheap room but the room was big and the bathroom very large. Located walking distance to turistic place and city center.

Nice expiriences, the personal are all very friendly.

Excellent service! I recommend Hotel! Good strategic place to tour!

The room was perfectly clean and air conditioned. The clerk was kind and brought us spare towels. It is in the perfect spot too! There are plenty of restaurants and stores near the hotel.

Great communication for Americans. They arranged for taxi at a fair price. Rooms were spotless. Service is excellent 👌

Good hotel for a few days in clean and safe location of Guayaquil, opposite the malecon — excellent staff and service. However the rooms do not look like the pictures, and are much older condition.

For the price paid, the service was exceptional. Note, however, that there are two areas in the whole city where there are standards and safety is greater.

We spent one night and it was amazing!
The check in procedure was smooth and they also gave us the room earlier as we arrived in the morning. The room is clean and spacious.

The hotel is very well located, centrally, close to Bolivar boulevard and to all the sights located on the Malecon. The restaurant is ok, good food, high quality.

1st they allowed me to come a week later even though my booking said no changes.

Incredible place. Great friendly and amazing treatment from the whole Hotel staff. Specially the restaurant and Jorge Cierra from Front desk at PB floor. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Stayed for 4 days while traveling into town. The hotel is great. Service and attentiveness were strong.

The entire experience was exceptional. The personnel demonstrated a high level of professionalism and friendliness, creating an environment that feels like a home away from home.

The owner and the people around were absolutely lovely!
The hotel is in walking distance to the airport. I stayed for only one night as I had to wait for my connection flight the next day.

At Casa del Rio Guayas you will instantly feel at home.

Hotel del Parque was the perfect place to stay before our trip to the Galápagos.

Outstanding Hotel! Off the beaten path and extremely pleasant!

I stayed at Wyndham Garden Guayaquil and overall had a very solid experience.
The hotel stands out for its convenience and location, especially if you need quick access to the airport.

Very nice employees. The shuttle was waiting for us at the airport. Check in and out with no problems. The room has everything you need to be comfortable. Beds are very comfortable.

My stay at Hotel Suites Guayaquil was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel’s elegant design, combined with its top-notch amenities, made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience.

My friends and I rented three rooms for two nights. The large rooms were totally clean and the service was excellent. The neighborhood is quiet. We had no problems sleeping.

Great for the price. Clean room, very attentive host. Total sweetheart. If I'm ever in the area, this will be my go-to. Restaurants and banks nearby. Very close to bus station and airport.

Simple but has what you need for a short stay. Nothing fancy but for the reasonable cost it is a great value! Just a few minutes walking distance, you have a few restaurants.

It's nice and basic, no frills. Sorta like me, so it's a good fit. The bed is comfy and it's walking distance to the airport.

The security was great and they offer transportation to and from the airport. They make you a fresh breakfast and fresh drinks squeezed from fruits. The service was great.

Had a really welcoming one night stay at this hostel. The owner stayed awake till past midnight after my flights got delayed arriving which saved my arse!

Really friendly host, perfect spot to use as a base when heading to the Galapagos. Hostel has cheap rentals for snorkeling equipment and flippers. Only $1 a day compared to $10 on the islands!

Very good service, they treated us great, and rooms with air conditioning!

I stayed one day, it seemed like a very affordable hotel for its price ($27 per couple) plus, it is in an easily accessible area, nearby is Parque Centenario, a KFC, an Aki, and a few blocks away

Employees are really friendly and some of them speak English very well. They are helpful. The restaurant has certain day menus and those are not vegetarian.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, the shower had nice hot water and a decent but somewhat bland breakfast.

Nice place and in a safe neighborhood. Police Station is right outside. Good breakfast, beds are comfy and air conditioning works wonders. Friendly cat at the reception.

Safe space to stay in Guayaquil. Staff was very friendly, room was very bright and nice. Also they let us park our motorcycles for free. Would book here again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me carry my bags up the stairs. The private room was clean and showers good. I met some cool folks the next morning who advised me on bike routes.

Lovely hostel! I loved the yard with hammocks and a pool. The staff are super friendly and spread a very chill vibe. Urdesa as a neighbourhood is quiet and feels safe.
