Wonderful place, calm peaceful atmosphere. You have your own key and just come and go as if was your own house, full use of kitchen.

We chose this hotel for it's location and everything was fine. No issues with the room. The clerk that greeted us was very nice and even gave us some wine glass for our room!

Such a great hotel when flying into Guayaquil and wanting a clean, friendly, and beautiful place to stay. The service at the front desk was just wonderful.

Good hotel for a few days in clean and safe location of Guayaquil, opposite the malecon — excellent staff and service. However the rooms do not look like the pictures, and are much older condition.

For the price paid, the service was exceptional. Note, however, that there are two areas in the whole city where there are standards and safety is greater.

Booked this hotel last minute when I realized I wasn't going to make my connection from Guayaquil to the Galápagos Islands.

I have been to Guayaquil 3 times since 2022 and each time I have stayed this wonderful family run hotel, the latest being this past week.
