Lousy, bad experience.

I don't recommend it to anyone.

Murali hostal was absolutely lovely and charming. They were more than accommodating by providing late night and early morning shuttles on request. Our driver also stopped during the late drive to get us some beverages. The rooms have central air conditioning and although small, super super charming. The administrator was patient and kind when dealing with the English barrier.

Excellent service, very comfortable its staff is very polite whenever we travel to Guayaquil we stay at Murali Hostel.

Great hostel to stay in Guayaquil! Daniel in reception was lovely and very helpful providing great advice. The showers were hot and breakfast was cheap & delicious.

A perfect place to stay while in Guayaquil the service was great, staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and more that enough for such a good price! Recommend them highly.

They are close to the Guayaquil airport and the ground terminal and good rooms in relation to the price.

A very nice place to stay. Good value for many. Close to the airport, bus station and a big supermarket. Clean room, hot water, air conditioner. The owner is very attentive and responsive person. He is always ready to help you. We stopped at Hostal Murali twice and we're going to choose it in our future trips to Guayaquil.

We arrived to Guayaquil at midnight and didn't have a hostel prebooked. This place is convenient as the reception is 24 /and7 and is in walking distance from the bus terminal (no need for a taxi). The owner is very friendly and speaks good English. The lobby is comfortable and there are even a few computers to use. The price of laundry is more than reasonable. I'd recommend this place especially if you're thinking of staying for a night here in Guayaquil.

Excellent place to stay if you have an overnight transfer at guayaquil airport. Friendly staff, good facilities and cheap food available around the corner. Even got offered a ride to the airport!

It is a clean and tidy place, the rooms are nice, very comfortable and have air conditioning (very important for the heat that makes) the staff is friendly and ready to help you.

Recently I learned that there is a Hostel in back of my house. It is a place for outside very nice I can not talk about or review on as it is inside, but if the sector in which it is located; therefore, the citadel has guarded, the police gives you rounds all night and this close to everything, airport, terminal, shopping centers, and if you are going for the shipyard and take the tunnel would come to the center of the city.

We Arrived at 11:00 at night and the person Q attended told us that there was only one room of $20 per person (we accepted because the other hostels were full) when we are filling the sheet with our data we realized that there were still rooms Available because we saw the keys hanging on the counter. There was No breakfast (when there was a sign saying that if there was one). There was no drinking water, and finally we were not able to provide information about transportation and costs. I give It two stars because the room had air and it was clean but for 40 dollars it was not worth.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for something cheap, this hostel is not your choice.

This hotel is very convenient since my flight back to Miami was delayed and I had to stay somewhere for one more night. They had a room ready for me in an instant. Great for emergencies.

She has good facilities but the care is lousy, the receptionist is rude, she doesn't say hello, apparently she wasn't taught manners at home, she would never come back.

The area where is located the well. Nothing spectacular, some 6-8 to get to the Center or to the malecon. The place is clean and well groomed. We had problems with the hot water. Care is regular to down, bit warm, distant, are not willing to give information. They are impersonal.

Very well located from the airport and busstation. Perfect if you just want to make a stop over for a night or 2 travelling to and from Guayaquil.

Whenever I go to guayaquil hostel murali is as my second home the super friendly and comfortable facilities and the personal recontra attentive all highly recommended.

Reguistra the slip and baggage employees don't know do their job fast. Cjn take each person des 15 min to half an hour. Leave, they chat — and the queue is waiting for you. I waited 2 hours. (In Cancun the same amount of people run for 1 hour). Finally in border surveillance computers and tail stopped again was waiting. I was at many airports in the world — and only in Guayaquil you lose a lot of time and nerves.
