We had a great time in the restaurant. Very comfortable place, with a quiet atmosphere. Amazing food, I was very comfortable with the menu and the dish that touched me.

The service at the hotel is very good, however, the gym has old equipment but all of it is in good state. If there is an event you might find a bit of noise so make sure your room is away from the rooms of the people involved in the event.

It charge $30 to add additional occupants and did not include the breakfast as advertised on their website.

The hotel has good customer service, the room is clean and the cleanliness is also good. I did not like that the room does not have the lighting needed to work i. E. It is not enough so it is exclusively for sleeping. The services of swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gym and sauna work perfectly. The lunch buffet doesn't have a lot of options. The convention hall is spacious and with good sound quality plus it has efficient air conditioning taking into account the amount of people and the inclement heat in the city.

Fantastic staff and great location for the airport. The rooms are becoming a little aged but are still comfortable. Don't plan to chill at the swimming poll area as it is very loud from some ventilators outside.

I can only comment on the rooms of events which are spacious and very elegant, the food of the restaurant and the attention is very good also, you have parking 24 hours under rate per hour and if you want to go shopping in front you have the Mall del Sol. It's close to the airport.

Very nice people. The safe in the first room was bad and I was moved. The real problem? I don't know why all the hotels in Guayaquil are noisy. External air conditioner equipment will sound loud! (All except the Wyndham. That's quiet.

The attention in the cafeteria is very nice, although they should improve the selection of meats for'oeuvres The parking area, it looks like a maze. The guards do not provide the correct care. There is an atm (machine) that receives the values for parking, next to this is a hombvre (who works for the hotel), which only chatting on a cell phone and not listen to the users.
