A hotel located in the north of the city. Good prices, privileged location, comfortable rooms, event room.

Magnificent place. Comfortable, hospitable and very good care.
Despite being in an area of high vehicle density, its position makes it ideal to avoid in and out trauma without further delays due to traffic jams.
It is located between two large avenues: Ave Orellana and Miguel H. Alcívar. Which makes arrival or evacuation very easy!

Comfortable and accessible, good parking and is located in a nice and safe area of Guayaquil. For business meetings it was super comfortable.

It is a comfortable and practical Hotel, with friendly people who are always attentive to their guests. It has a small gym, bar and pool. I think they should improve their breakfast, but that already depends on tastes.

Rooms with air conditioning old and noisy all night, rusty bathroom pieces, old motel-style towels, a 2 person soap and for vanity and shower. No, I don't recommend it.

A very cozy hotel, very comfortable facilities and especially in a strategic site of the city of Guayaquil.

The cleanliness of the room was very poor, we arrived the two days in the afternoon and just that time they did the cleaning.
A lot of outside noise and hallways.
Sunday afternoon there was no dining service.
The pool was not clean. There are no dressing rooms in this area.
The lighting and ventilation of the room downstairs regrettable.

The Hotel itself is in a great location for the airport, checkin was good with the young lady on the desk speaking excellent English and she was very helpful.
There is no tea/coffee available in the rooms as advertised, only a coffee station in reception serving instant coffee (but the filter coffee machines are still in the rooms, just not useable) The service in the restaurant was appalling, with the young waitress forgetting orders and ignoring customers. Wouldnt rush back as there are plenty of other hotels in the area with much better standards.

Clean rooms. Not close to any anything to walk to.

Decent hotel, basic breakfast, air conditioning in the room. Very good Wi-Fi.

Local events for training excellent and the menu of the day was magnificent.
