Great hotel, the union with art makes it very interesting. The service is excellent as is the restaurant. The rooms are very good, although they do not have a good view.

The services that the hotel has are not good at all, when you arrive there is no one to help you with your bags; if you go in your own car, you have to manage yourself to open and close the door of the hotel garage, there is no one to provide you with that service; they offered a room with tv. With international channels, it was not so either, in this there were only local channels and one from the service provider itself. I really didn't like it.

Hotel that offers tranquility in its rooms excellent color scheme well distributed and paintings and sculptures give it an important touch if you are an art lover I hope to return soon.

It is nice comfortable and good price if you make a reservation for the promotions that go out on the internet.

Excellent hotel, very good service, the facilities are very good. The location not so much as it is in downtown Guayaquil and there is a bit of traffic, maybe X that its price is low compared to other equally infrastructure hotels that are left in the north and charge much more. My stay was very nice at that hotel.

The hotel is very good for that good and Nice, the security is also good, the breakfast I think is the best of the hotel you can eat up to satiate the most demanding hungers, the toilet was very good also the privacy. Recommended for work travellers.

The service has dropped a lot. Request Room Service One Friday and the room cleaning staff left the service in the hallway and was there Saturday and Sunday. Very unpleasant.

The staff is amazing, the food is amazing, the price is incredibly low and the quality of service and room is superior to other hotels we have stayed at in Guayaquil, including Oro Verde, Sonesta, Holiday Inn and Sheraton. Parking is included, and they offer an airport shuttle service. Book this hotel immediately!

I am an avid art lover and the sensory overload of fabulous works of art was amazing … the service was impeccable. The rooms were clean and filled with original art … there was a seahorse by the elevator doors on our room floor that I absolutely fell in love with … and suggested to Danny the attentive and gracious manager that he needs to have a gift shop with a replica of the jeweled seahorse … so that I could buy it and take it home … the real one was safely bolted down … which Is a good thing …! There was always an English speaking person on duty. For those of us people still struggling with learning Spanish … when we are in Ecuador … we are learning the language. But it is definitely a plus that this lovely hotel recognizes the need to communicate easily in my own language to assist in the experience of comfort. Also. The bath tub was nice and deep to soak away the travel weary… There was a delightful group of ladies having a wonderful lively and fun birthday party with live music when we were staying there … so we did observe the attention to detail of a large party … and the gracious attention each and every guest of that party was receiving from a very attentive group if wait staff … and also.

This is about the restarant, I had the Filet Mignon for lunch. Very fast kitchen with great table service. Reasonably priced. Best I have eaten in Ecuador.

Service was good, room and cleanliness was awesome. My only complaint was about their ridiculous rule of "no visits". I stayed in Guayaquil for a conference for 3 days and my friend couldn't go up to say hi! Come on guys, don't treat customers as we are kids. There is one single entrance, if I would try to sneak in somebody the visiting friends/family wouldn't ask to visit and if so, there is no way they can get in unnoticeable. It only makes customers uncomfortable.

Very nice and modern hotel, finishes of first and best care impossible. The only thing that 14 blocks from the malecon 2000 and is located in the heart of Guayaquil.
