Noooo if you make a reservation on line, you say a price, you arrive to the hotel will change the room for a worse booked on you go up the precioy the breakfasts are terrible I do NOT RECOMMEND you call early to reception to tell you that you have to leave at 10 am when they first entered aas 16pm obvii was wrong BUT THAT BOZO CALLS YOU TO THE 02H00AM.

Poor service, noisy rooms in the early morning the staff began to chat outside the rooms.

Good location, a few blocks from the Malecon. The room was comfortable and well equipped, the only thing we did not like were the curtains that let pass the light of the signs across the street. It is acceptable to spend the night and go on a trip.

Very nice room, and hotel located close to the Malecon 2000 and historical buildings. Around there are plenty of fast and specialized food restaurants. As well as several malls.

The worst experience of my life, never again, that hotel is a motel in the center of Guayaquil, the control of television with chain, there are not many channels and some are channels of pornography, I ordered the breakfast at 7 as it was on schedule and I did not get because it is now at 8,,, definitely the But experience during my time in tourism 15 year and Recaro for the service they offer, the President hotel that is in front costs the same but is superior…

Had a look at the rooms but decided not to stay there. Budget accommodation with very basic, smallish rooms. No English. Facade was just being repainted. From the outside it's looking ok.

Clean and safe, good location. No atmosphere, no windows. Most noice comes from people talking in the hallway. Reception operates from bullet proof box.

Beautiful place, wonderful care, food and agro-ecological excellent, and small details like Wi-Fi is a little low, no lunch on Saturdays and Sundays. Noise d city n the front rooms is compensated with breeze from the river and nature. Absolute kindness n care. Highly recommended.
