We had an incredible stay at Hotel del Parque. Even arriving early at 5:30 AM, the staff were welcoming and accommodating with our luggage.

We chose this hotel for it's location and everything was fine. No issues with the room. The clerk that greeted us was very nice and even gave us some wine glass for our room!

It's nice and basic, no frills. Sorta like me, so it's a good fit. The bed is comfy and it's walking distance to the airport.

The security was great and they offer transportation to and from the airport. They make you a fresh breakfast and fresh drinks squeezed from fruits. The service was great.

Good hotel for a few days in clean and safe location of Guayaquil, opposite the malecon — excellent staff and service. However the rooms do not look like the pictures, and are much older condition.

For the price paid, the service was exceptional. Note, however, that there are two areas in the whole city where there are standards and safety is greater.

I have been to Guayaquil 3 times since 2022 and each time I have stayed this wonderful family run hotel, the latest being this past week.

Always Top Service from the very attentive staff, very close to the Airport, nice and short time bus transfer included, easy access to the shopping mall "Mall del Sol".

The hotel is in walking distance to the airport. I stayed for only one night as I had to wait for my connection flight the next day.

My friends and I rented three rooms for two nights. The large rooms were totally clean and the service was excellent. The neighborhood is quiet. We had no problems sleeping.

We've been here twice in the last month. The rooms are big! Lots of space and really comfortable! The breakfast is also pretty good!

I visited Guayaquiş fpr vusiness and stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is right next to the Iguana park and very close to Malecon 2000. It is right on downtown.
