Quiet, secure, and comfortable boutique hotel with fair prices. Well-located with 24-hour security in a walkable area near restaurants and amenities.

Good hotel for a few days in clean and safe location of Guayaquil, opposite the malecon — excellent staff and service. However the rooms do not look like the pictures, and are much older condition.

For the price paid, the service was exceptional. Note, however, that there are two areas in the whole city where there are standards and safety is greater.

The owner and the people around were absolutely lovely!
The hotel is in walking distance to the airport. I stayed for only one night as I had to wait for my connection flight the next day.
