Front desk was friendly at check in.
Room was larger than I thought, very spacious.
Shower had full pressure which was fantastic.

Tabish is one of those rare people who elevate an entire hotel experience. The moment I walked in, he didn’t just greet me, he engaged with genuine interest.

Great hotel woth open air parking for SUVs and pick up trucks. Many franchise restaurants 3 to 5 minutes walk from the lobby front door. M Club/lounge access always stocked and clean.

I was only here for a conference, so I didn’t have to travel outside of the hotel. I did get room service twice. The food was good, and the staff were kind and helpful. Check-in was easy.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel, room was clean, breakfast was sufficient and staff were polite.

This property is becoming one of my favourite hotels in Sudbury. Love the staff and the laid back vibe. The place is very clean and the pool is actually a decent depth.

If you are looking for a spacious, clean, and incredibly convenient place to stay in Markham, look no further. Our experience at the Sonesta has been nothing short of amazing.
The Room.

All in all a nice little hotel, dated but clean. Breakfast was served hot by friendly staff. We liked the patio doors and were able to park just outside our room most days.

Older inn more like a 2 storey motel. Our room was a good size, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast, waffles, eggs, sausage yogurt juice and coffee.

Very clean hotel/rooms and quiet location. Staff was very friendly and the on-site bar is nice.

My favourite stay in Barrie. Staff here is extremely friendly & attentive. Check in and out went smoothly and rooms were clean upon arrival.

Of the 4 hotels we stayed in while driving to & from PEI, this was the best one we stayed in by far.

Overall the hotel is clean. It’s definitely older. The pool is big which is really nice, but it’s cold. The breakfast is good, scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, coffee and tea.
