Travelling for work and staying in such a beautiful, luxe hotel. I’m so here for the green movement, reducing plastic bottle waste, fresh ice water stations on every floor, and energy-conscious rooms.

My wife and I attended a wedding downtown in the same city we live in and booked ahead so we could stay downtown. The service was great from when we walked in until we left.

Got the king suite, came with microwave, safe, bed, desk, and fridge.
Tv was able to connect to phone.
24/7 gym access. Pool and hot tub 6am-10pm.

Such a charming boutique hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. During my stay, I was in an executive suite, which featured two washrooms and a dining area—a lovely setup.

Could not say anything bad about this hotel. Had a pool, breakfast was great, and rooms were near perfection.

I frequent this location whenever I'm in the Ottawa area. It is one of my favourite places to stay because of how well you're treated by staff from all areas.

Holiday Inn Express hotels typically feature indoor pools, which are often heated and available to hotel guests only.

Easy access to the 402/ Border, room is beautiful design. I stayed in a H I, in Georgia 1 time in Baselton then 1 at the Atlanta Airport. Same design as this building. They have a great layout!

Very convenient location for downtown meetings and access to Parliament Hill. There is a wide variety of room types/views so take a look on the website to find the room type that you prefer.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The room was like new, and the employees were great. It is also located at a perfect place.

We hosted our wedding at The Retro Suites, and the management and staff were absolutely incredible from day one.

Convenient location. Quiet room and very clean. Love the retro decor! Staff are 5/5. Restaurant is very good.
Disappointed in what they euphemistically call a 'continental breakfast'.

Stayed one night at the Residence Inn Marriott Ottawa Airport and had a great experience. The amenities were solid, and I was able to get a good workout in at the gym.

Honestly we ended up here solely based on pricing. I am looking forward to returning on my travels. The place is very well kept, rooms are huge. Breakfast included etc.

Great hotel with a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the overall facilities were excellent.

Staying here was a really lovely experience. The room surprised us in the best ways, with amenities and considerations which were unexpected yet so welcome.

We stayed there last weekend. What a fabulous find! Great rooms… small but has sink… mini fridge. Most comfy bed! Has a court yard with individual gas bar-b q for the spring and summer!

If you want a nice apartment in a great central location, this is a great choice. Great value. The bedroom and kitchen/diner were good. Study a nice bonus. Bathroom very small. Kitchen well equipped.

This was recommended to us by family who stayed there previously and it was everything my wife and I had wanted in a hotel stay when on vacation.

Positive: It was beautiful. The staff were friendly and wonderful. Negative: The only thing I didnt like was there was no slippers or house coat in the room.

Went here with the wife and kids for a 1 day little getaway. Room was really nice and clean, view was awesome price wasn't very bad. Accommodations were very nice.

My wife and I came to Ottawa to skate on the Rideau Canal. The conditions were perfect. It was a bit cold but the ice was incredible.

I stayed at this hotel for work in Novemeber of 2025. Rooms were nice, clean and large. Each evening my room was reset. Breakfast was excellent.

My daughter had a basketball tournament in St. Thomas so we booked one night here. The rooms are updated and clean. The kitchen was an added bonus for us with burners, pots and standard dishes.

I would have given the room a five-star rating, however, I would only give it four because in the app the reservation was for a king size bed room.

We had a very pleasant stay at Residence & Conference Centre Windsor. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very relaxing.

I took a mini vacation but was somewhat disappointed that there was no hot tub. It would have made the stay a lot nicer. The staff however was good and helpful.

Our recent experience at the Bisha Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we booked, it was clear we were stepping into something special for my wife’s birthday celebration.

From the valet to the front desk, the service here was excellent and the rooms were clean. The pool was great too!

I really like my stay at the Sutton. Great big room (Even the regular one) with a good size shower. The location is great as you can walk to the CN Tower, the Eaton mal and a lot of great restaurants.

We enjoyed our family stay at this hotel. The beds and rooms were very comfortable. The staff were always professional and efficient.

My first time staying at this location, although I spend a lot of time travelling for business and usually stay at a Holiday Inn.

In my opinion this is the best hotel in Leamington. The manager and the staff helped me for all my requests. The rooms are confortable and cleaned all the days.

Stayed here for my first time while visiting Ottawa. The service was great, rooms were clean. We stayed in a 8 bed female dorm.

It is really well situated, affordable and well maintained. The history of the place is an added advantage. They have free jail tours at 11 am for guests.

We stayed here this past weekend for a hockey tournament and we had a fantastic stay.

Overall 4.5 star. Bring your pillows they are not that comfy and the beds you can feel the spring's. I also found some hair in the shower on the first night.
