Wonderful location, stunning service, absolute silence in the room (no, you don’t hear your neighbour take a shower or that loud car on the street). Perfect for a getaway without the kiddos! Très ressourçant et reposant ♥️ Just what we needed!

2nd Memorable stay, courteous and helpful staff, I loved my room, I felt safe, the measures put in place for the pandemic are exceptional. I will go back next year again. Thank you all.

Sister hotel to the Alt Hotel but kicked up a notch. Fantastic though not cheap restaurant on the 2nd floor. Rooms are more sophisticated and service is fantastic. I stayed in a King suite and it was quite lovely. 24 hour gym. I would highly recommend this hotel. A proud UNION hotel. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Well worth a return visit.

Amazing breakfast with excellent service. Good location close to the byward market. Stylish rooms and amenities. Definitely one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in.

Everything was amazing! The staff was so friendly and they went out of their way at every turn to make us feel comfortable. Simple things like handing us an umbrella when we went out because we didn't have one. They even set up drinks and balloons for us in our room because it was our anniversary, and wrote us a card. Our room was modern and comfortable and, most importantly, CLEAN! Breakfast was tasty and fresh. They never left the dishes empty, nor did the food stay out until it was rubbery. The waiters came by often to check on us as ask how everything was (not common in hotels). I also loved the location, right near the marketplace. Great place to walk around and enjoy the city. I really had zero complaints and I am the iffy one in the family we loved it and definitely hope to return soon.

I’ve been to many great hotels, and this is one of the top ones in my experience. The room was extremely spacious (one of the biggest ones I’ve been to), had a coffee machine (nespresso-my favourite) and a selection of nespresso capsules along with some teas. There’s also a hairdryer and an iron board which I found very convenient. Extremely clean (considering I’m a clean freak). The food is absolutely amazing, and the (included) breakfast has a small but really tasty selection of food that changes each day — healthy and diet options included.

2nd visit to a Le Germain establishment and always an outstanding service and attention to detail. I highly recommend. Thank you to all the team who made this stay in Ottawa more than pleasant for my whole family.

EXCEPTIONAL! My recent stay this past weekend with my family was absolutely amazing. We have became Le Germain loyalists after first staying in Toronto at one of their incredible properties. So when booking this trip to Ottawa we very excited to see they just opened there. The rooms — Perfect; The Staff — Disney like (can't do enough to satisfy and delight their customer). The Lexus car to drive and pick you up — Brilliant. I am a travel junkie. Flights and Hotels are all part of the experience. This place will not disappoint. If you like modern, clean, chic, and a high end experience without the attitude, this is the place. Great job. Can't wait to vacation in Quebec next and stay at your property.

Very pleasant stay. The hotel is brand new. Very nice deco. The restaurant wasn't open yet so we had a breakfast in the room. A bit disappointed by the breakfast quality but it's temporarily since the restaurant is not opened yet. The staff was very welcoming.

Well located, beautiful boutique hotel. Just opened, it still has finishing touches to be made. I'm excited for my next trip to Ottawa to experience the completed product.

Beautiful rooms, Nespresso machine, milk in the fridge, very convenient location. Opening price was REALLY good. Overall great experience.

Superb modern hotel located in downtown Ottawa, just a few steps from Parliament. Our room was spacious and clean. The service was very courteous and bilingual. We would recommend it to everyone. However, the hotel does not have parking, but there is one right in front at little expense.
